Fantastic experience: Stopped into Cruz life with some back pain and was immediately impressed with the energy and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr Cruz took the time to discuss my situation and presented a few options. I had an adjustment and a laser treatment and walked away a new man. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: The changes with my son’s vision have been dramatic after visiting Cruz Life Center January 7-17, 2019. My 28 year old son has cortical vision impairment suffered from a life threatening Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) with herniated brain stem. His brain trauma led to a STROKE causing complete vision loss. He is now legally blind. Prior to his accident 15 months age he had 20/20 vision. My son and I traveled from Arizona to Cruz Life Center to have a 2 week treatment using the BioFlex Laser System therapy. This was a very difficult trip due to his injuries and new disability but we felt it was imperative. We were both happy to find Cruz Life Center did so much more than laser therapy. Our intent was to reduce inflammation in my son's brain caused by his life threatening head injury. The reduction in brain inflammation would improve his sleep, mood, focus, and cognitive abilities. Vision would be a secondary focus as this was unchartered water in the medical field of vision. Before receiving treatment at Cruz Life Center he recently started attending school for the blind full time. Ophthalmologists tested him to determine that he has no mechanical defects with his eyes stating he was completely blind and would probably remain completely blind with limited or no improvement in vision. Thankfully we found a local neurological Optometrist in March 2018 who diagnosed him with cortical vision impairment and was able to accurately measure his vision. With treatments his Optometrist helped him recover and expand his vision to a certain point. Before treatment at Cruz Life Center my son had 10° vision with his right eye and could see some color and objects in an oblong shape; like seeing thru a key hole. With his left eye he could only see black-and-white and had Zero degrees of vision. After treatment at Cruz Life Center his neurological Optometrist measured his LEFT eye at 7 degrees vision, and able to see some color and some images even though fuzzy. His ability to process objects overall using BOTH eyes is faster so his central vision has improved. When doing vision therapy exercises his ability to track objects is faster. His behavior is calmer and he shows less anxiety. He is sleeping better although he still complains of not sleeping well. The number one complaint of concussed patients is not being able to sleep so this is a big win. He continues to improve daily. I attribute being guided through the entire holistic health care process, provided by Cruz Life Center, to my son's success. This includes; BioFlex laser therapy, nutritional counseling, supplements and vitamins, change in diet, blood, urine, and saliva testing, chiropractic care, Accuscope, alpha stim, and massage therapy. My son was given the best foundational treatment under one roof and in a bulk amount of time to continue improving daily. Our goal is now to recover his 20/20 vision. Just last week he was reading a book without using a ruler or guide. This is hard work for his brain but it is a huge jump in his recovery. Our family was given NO encouragement from certain western medical doctors that he would ever see again. However, after our boot camp visit with Cruz Life Center we are ecstatic with hope and joy that he will see again!

Fantastic experience: Recently, I suffered with a sinus infection trying to remedy it myself but to no avail. Then I went to a regular doctor appointment and he did nothing to help me. I went in for a chiropractic adjustment with Dr Cruz and Lesia spoke to me afterward, asked how I was feeling etc. I explained what was happening and she mentioned they had time that day if I was willing to come back. Fantastic experience: I had gone to Dr Cruz years ago with back issues and he got me back in shape, but unfortunately I didn't keep following up to keep myself in shape. In December of last year I was in excruciating pain with my back, I could hardly move. I tried acupuncture several times and it only got worse. I knew where I needed to go, and that was to Dr Cruz and his experienced family. I have degenerative disc disease, along with several other problems, and I knew he could help me. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about the Cruz Life Center... My husband was prediabetic (type 2) and he refused to take medication per his medical doctor (as so many medications cause more issues) His Doctor had great concern for him, encouraged him to medicate, his doctor referred him to a food specialist, all the things most medical doctors do. My husband wasn't having NONE of it as it was all pointing to him taking medication that he was NOT going to take. After talking to a friend who was in a similar situation, he told Chris about the Cruz Life Center. Chris wanted to try Doctor Cruz and see what the Cruz Life Center was all about. I scheduled his consultation, and to my surprise, my husband was very receptive to the program Cruz Life Center offered him. Dr. Cruz has all state-of-the-art equipment, explained to Chris what all of it was, why he was testing him, what the results meant, how the results were impacting him, and how the program Dr. Cruz designed for him would help. He explained in detail why his body was doing and feeling the way it did. Chris had more understanding of his prediabetic diagnoses and the negative effects it was taking on his whole body. Chris did the program doctor Cruz designed- completed it and was very successful with it! He is no longer considered prediabetic, his medical doctor is pleased how far he has come and encourages him to continue on his path. Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement surgery in September which went well. However, I developed scar tissue which prevented me from bending the knee. I have had 3 laser treatments from Cruz Life Center and my knee is already improving. The staff is awesome as well!!!

Negative experience: Really good place to waist your money! My back went out, so I thought I'd give them a try. After spending a little over $500 on my first visit, the next day I was awoken with SEVERE sciatica in my left leg! I couldn't get out of bed the pain was so bad! I'd never had sciatica before but I'm 100% sure Dr. Cruz caused it! I returned again to him a couple days later spending another $180 and found zero help. Then I was told that I needed at least 30 more visits, and that I could come twice a day for the Laser/ red light treatment. $89 bucks for each 30 minute treatment! This place is run like a well oiled machine to get your money! They keep running at you showing you all these supplements that you need to be taking to which start at $100 bucks per bottle. Then then try to keep this creepy eye contact with you while doing there very best to sale them to you. Oh and I almost forgot the laser review book, showing all the people that they have supposedly helped unload there wallets! If you have WAY too much money and it's hurting your back then this is the place for you! But if you're really in pain, Please, Please don't go here!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been a skeptic of chiropractic care. Recently, I finally gave in to my husband’s concerns and made that first appointment. I am now on a series of adjustments and laser therapy and my quality of life has improved beyond my imagination. I can walk without pain and the limp that goes with it. Fantastic experience: I started experiencing severe back pain last spring. My doctor put me on a round of prednisone which was ineffective. Knowing a second round of prednisone would be recommended I began thinking about an alternative to conventional medicine. My late husband had benefitted from back adjustments at the Cruz Life Center years ago so I decided to give them a try. I went for a consult and it was recommended that I have laser treatments on my back along with adjustments for a period of time. After only one laser treatment I felt much relief. I could actually turn over and get out of bed much easier. I was soon able to get back into my daily routine. After the laser treatments ended I decided to try the treatments on my lower legs and feet due to numbness and pain in my toes. It worked! I’m totally sold on laser and back adjustments. I am able to do things I have not been able to do in years like getting down in the floor and getting up again unassisted. I am 74 years old. Fantastic experience: Cruz Life Center gave me relief that I searched for from several doctors. I went to Neurosurgeons and ENTS to try and find a cure to the pressure that builds in my head. Fantastic experience: COVID Compliant - I have had lower back and hip issues for years. I have seen multiple doctors and even specialist and all of them have really told me there was nothing they could do as it was nerve issues. I pastor a Church and one of the Church members said they went to the Chiropractor and it really helped them. I reached out to Cruz Life Center and scheduled an appointment to meet and talk about my issues. At that time we did an xRay and some scans and I meet with them a week later to go over them. It was at that point we set up a 12 week plan to do laser and adjustments. Like most people I was a little skeptical at first as nothing had worked before but then after even the first few treatments I began to see some difference. I have completed my 12 weeks of treatments and I can say that over the 12 weeks, I have not taken the ibuprofen every day (4 a day that is). I have probably taken in 12 weeks total was I used to take in half a week. I would highly recommend going to Cruze Life Center and see what they can do to help you. Fantastic experience: Update 5 years later I'm still doing laser. I recently hurt my shoulder and my neck has been stiff for a while. Laser work! I recommend for anyone with aches/pains. Before Laser Therapy my lower back hurt so bad and was so stiff I could barely get out of bed. Now my lower back pain is completely gone. I have also used Laser Therapy to recover from a fall I had and to get rid of the pain naturally without taking prescription pain medication. Fantastic experience: I’ve been in pain most of my life. Since getting laser on my knee and chiropractic on back and shoulders, I feel like a new person. Fantastic experience: I have been going to chiropractors off and on most of my adult life (now 75), and while all my previous experiences have been fine, I really didn’t realize how they basically had the same generic treatment for everyone. My treatments at Cruz Life Center varied depending on their assessment of me each visit. I really wasn’t expecting the level of individual care that I have received. This customized treatment is also extremely evident in the laser therapy, that when used in conjunction with the chiropractic adjustments results in faster recovery. I have to admit that at first I was very skeptical of the laser therapy, but am very pleased that I gave it a try. CLC is very professional & efficient, while at the same time, a very friendly and enjoyable experience My wife started going recently too. She had an area of inflammation in her hip due to an injury. Fantastic experience: After a trip to my medical doctor, I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. The options my medical doctor offered me were painful and would take a long time to heal. Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and it is a relaxing environment. I struggled with a cough that wouldn't leave for three months and Dr. Cruz and Lesia recommended laser therapy, as opposed to an inhaler. It took one session before I could LITERALLY feel my lungs opening up and allowing my lungs to breathe in a way I had not been able to in months! After 7 sessions, I was completely cough free! I don't use an inhaler anymore and I don't have any cough attacks. It has been since December since my last laser treatment and I haven't had any of my previous symptoms at all. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cruz and his staff are simply amazing!! I went there after a car accident, and they were genuinely concerned with helping me get better. The staff always greeted me by name and always had a smile. I never ever had to wait to be seen. Because of my accident, I had severe issues going on. Fantastic experience: I read about Cold Laser treatments for Arthritis. I did a Google search for Cold Laser in Asheville, NC. Cruz Life Center was the first on the list. Their website was interesting, and after a conversation with Debra I decided the hours drive was worth it. Now several months later I am so thankful that God lead me to Burnsville. Not only are my knees free of pain & almost free of stiffness, but I learned there was a procedure for Macular Degeneration and after much prayer & thought I started that also. I praise the Lord & Lesia my eyes are better, blurry faces are gone & I can see the words on my computer in the program I use to give Bible lessons. The love & care of all the staff makes the visit very special. I highly recommend Cruz Life Center to anyone with any kind of health issues. Hopefully, someday insurance will realize that cure is better than constant treatment. 8/2018 I am adding to this post. In Jan. I broke my arm in a place that required surgery. After I recovered my arm was not healed. Since I had received help here before so I knew the healing power of the cold lasar I came back to be treated. They had also added a myopulse machine which also help the healing. After several treatments my arm is healed, so once again I thank the great people at Cruz Life Center. So thankful for these healing modalities and the homeopathic advice also.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Cruz Life Center I just want to start off by saying how the staff made me feel very welcome, upon arrival, when I walked in the front door the first thing I saw was "Welcome Treven", that blew me out of the ball park. Once inside, Sarah was so awesome and so knowledgeable of her job, she greeted me by my first name and I felt such a personal one on one experience. She gave me a tour of the office and that was when she introduced me to Dr and Mrs Cruz intimately known as Lesia. They took me inside and sat me down and allowed me to explain to them why I was there. 10 months ago I came down with an excruciating headache that knocked me off my feet, didn't know what was going on, after 3 days I went to the ER, unfortunately in the Bahamas where I am from, I was not diagnosed immediately and after 9 days of excruciating pain, I was told I had Shingles of the eye unfortunately by that time the damage had already began neurologically. That's where my "journey" began. I stayed in the hospital for one week when the doctors told me they had done all they could for me, I was sent home with this problem that changed my entire life. I never knew pain like the pain I had encountered with this disease, I thought it would be easier to just lay down and die. After trying all avenues of Dr's visits, medications, treatments, therapies, domestically and internationally, I had given completely up. I went into a deep dark place where I didn't want to be associated with anyone so I resorted to much prayer and looking for help that I thought was not there for me. After 9 months I ran across the Cruz Life Center website. I started off by reading the blogs and I realized there was a ray of hope for me and I started researching their techniques of Laser Therapy for pain associated the Shingles. I called their facility and spoke Sarah who arranged a consultation over the phone with Dr Cruz and Leisa and they told me that I was a candidate for Laser Treatment. I will say to date, I have received a total of 20 treatments and upon the very first treatment I started feeling relief. I have 4 treatments left and I am beginning to feel like my old self again. I want to thank God first and foremost for directing me to such wonderful, professional and personable people, they make a "GREAT" team together and I must say, Lesia's hands are magical. Fantastic experience: Although I did not have an appointment, when I asked if I could be worked into the schedule it was a resounding yes. I was treated like I was a long term patient! The treatments were rejuvenating. The atmosphere is peaceful and being able to purchase supplements was an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Cruz Life Center has been nothing short of wonderful! They are all good, honest, open-minded and smart individuals. I deal with Lyme and Schizophrenia, and within 2 months treatment, with acuscope brain therapy, laser therapy and chiropractic work, I am feeling on my feet again, able to get involved, do chores, and take care of my self and my dog. I am more present and connected. I previously had anger outbursts and they have gone. I have put my issues at a distance and am able to cope better. Fantastic experience: My fiancé Eldred Carmack had laser treatments on his left knee three years ago and had great results. When his right knee started to bother him he decided to go back to the Cruz Life Center for more laser treatments. I went with him this time and brought a book with me as I thought I would be bored and sitting by myself in an uncomfortable chair while he was having his treatments. I was pleasantly surprised to fine that was not the case. I was able to sit next to Eldred in a very comfortable recliner during all of his treatments. Dr. Cruz, Lesia, Debra and Ashley were more than happy to answered any questions we had. Not only did Eldred have another wonderful experience but I ended up having the most relaxing week I have had in a long time. We now consider everyone at Cruz Life Center to be our Burnsville, North Carolina family. We plan to come back in the spring and have Accuscope treatments as both Eldred and I suffer from insomnia.

Fantastic experience: After having sudden major back pain I immediately made an appointment. They took me in that day and gave an exam, x-rays, and started treatment. I was feeling 100% better in a few days. Since then, I have had over twelve laser therapy sessions and adjustments to keep things in shape. If you travel or sit for a living I suggest getting on a program. The entire staff makes you feel like family and have always been accommodating and caring (they really do "feel your pain"). Fantastic experience: I was hit with Bell's Palsy and I went there for massages and laser. Before I knew it, the Bell's Palsy was getting less noticeable. Definitely helped with inflammation to the nerve. I definitely recommend The Cruz Life Center to anyone that has problems with nerves. The staff is very welcoming and relaxing.

Fantastic experience: I came up from Florida to try laser treatment. I have had severe back pain for years and have been taking medication. The VA did a MRI and found I had 2 herniated discs with Spinal Stenosis and one was Severe. They were talking Surgery. So I figured what do I have to lose. Well I have had 7 treatments and its remarkable. After the first treatment I felt a difference. But now I have gone 2 weeks without any previous medication, (except my Fish Oil). Fantastic experience: I've suffered with migraines and tension headaches for over ten years. I've been to numerous doctors, two ear, nose, and throat specialists, and a neurologist. I've tried numerous medications. I would get temporary relief with the medications, but the headaches would always return, sometimes more worse. I was having up to 6 migraines a month, and a tension headache almost daily. This was interfering with my work and my overall happiness. We have been to other laser clinics only to find limited knowledge of the body and healing, but Cruz Life Center's approach is the treat the underlying causes of pain, not just symptoms. By doing this, we receive healing and relief that is long term. Our daughter severely injured her ankle last fall at the end of volleyball season.
