Fantastic experience: The doctor there is a great one he would listen and work with you from start to finishes

Negative experience: Dr strait practitioner of assembly line medicine Didn’t want to listen to anything I was saying and rushed me out the door. Tried telling me I had a collapsed lung even after I informed him i had a collapsed lung before and that’s not the case this time; that I can tell cause I can still breath. Test proved it was not a collapsed lung. Also wish he would have at least listened to the rest of my concerns before insisting on something I knew it wasn’t before rushing me out the door. Been there before; With a dr Josh who was amazing I will say. listened to all my concerns and was able to help I came back to see him and guess he wasn’t in that day or something as I got the poor Dr strait that day. So rating Varys by who’s there frankly. Word of the wise call and ask who’s in before wasting your money there.

Fantastic experience: This doctor and all others always takes care of me well worrys about my well-being always gives me precautions on medication and side effects.. tells me what's going on with my health and always been professional and respectful and the team as well.. I been here for years now and I never had a issue. Thank you guys

Fantastic experience: Been feeling icky with the flu / chest infection type thing and the staff at this office were the friendliest and most helpful people I've seen in awhile. The doctor listened to my issues and put me on the quick path to recovery. This place is the one... just go there

Fantastic experience: This place and the staff is awesome!! They take pride in their service! Dr straight n Dr Joshua are very very intelligent Dr! They listen to what you got going on , and prescribe accordingly!

Fantastic experience: The most down to earth kind hearted Doctors here. They actually care about the patient and don't treat you like a number . The nurses are all very kind as well.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff are rude and impolite. They take your money and push you out the door as quickly as they can. I had a sore throat with corresponding symptoms, and the doctor didn't offer any tests. When I asked for a steroid shot, he said no, even after I said I wanted one. Wastful, distasteful, and inconsiderate. Don't waste your time or money.

Fantastic experience: Dr Strait is awesome he understands everyone is different everyone has needs and is completely non-biased. Hes very straight up (no pun intended) and to the point. accepting of trans, former addicts, lgbt, everyone. the receptionists could use some english classes but are overall nice. they accept a LOT of insurances, and are considered an "urgent care" under insurance just fyi for the fees. there are no appointments walk in only. best time is around 1030 ish or afternoon. This place is awesome. my son with adhd was between drs and they helped him get through with his meds until his next appointment. my friends son is trans and was in between with his injections they also helped him. they help so many people i love this place!

Fantastic experience: I find this facility to always be A+… Dr Strait is thorough and treats us respectfully & definitely takes care of our needs. We obviously have a goal in mind when using Now Care & Dr Strait & he never disappoints. I trust his decisions for my healthcare & he will always be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Staff were friendly and professional. I went to get a wound checked out. I needed a tetanus shot and antibiotics. I was in and out in under an hour and was able to get right back to work. They’re very considerate of your health, time and money. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. From the low cost visit, to the spacious waiting room, to the friendly nurse, it was as enjoyable as a visit to an urgent care clinic could be. And major kudos to the good ole fashioned Dr. that actually really listened to his patient without any criticism or judgment and offered the best known remedy. 10 out of 10, would most definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr Straight is an great dr..I. wish there were more Dr's like him.Yes the practice is small but very pleasant and personable and great staff..Dr Strait was the only Dr back in 2007-2008 that took very care of my ex fiance that was dealing with a painful cancer and took good care of my family to..Great dr..Thank you for being the best Dr ever

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for urgent care. Dr Straight and his staff are always personal and professional. We chose to come here over our personal physician simply because of his bed side manners and personal time with our family when we visit. X Rays for two of my sons in the last year. And multiple visits with our large family! A home town GEM in Plant City! To add to it, Dr Straight encouraged me to see a new primary physician and work on my health. He and his team are the best. A+, all day

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Strait for various needs since 2011. I have also seen Dr. Schreier as well as Josh & Glenn when Dr. Strait wasn't in the office when I needed to be seen. I can say from experience these guys are great at what they do and they care about what they do. If you are sick or injured and in urgent need of a doctor but don't need a hospital emergency department, then Now Care is the place to go. Not only are the medical professionals great, but the office staff are also great. The receptionist at the front desk always greets you, Perla is always there to answer questions and help in any way she can, and Verna is always full of laughter and smiles!! You won't find a better urgent care/weight loss - management team anywhere!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here several times throughout the years we have lived in the Plant City area and Everytime I have been satisfied with the experience. From bronchitis to stitches and sports physical for my daughter. The entire staff goes above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful with any issues. Dr Strait is an amazing person. There have been many occasions that he has been there for me more than he will ever know. Just slowing down and talking to someone like he does is one of the kindest things a person can do, and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Love this Office! All staff are very courteous and kind. I happen to find them looking for an after hours care. They're very professional, quick and knowledgeable! They explain in detail your options for treatment. Front desk work quickly, to get you in to see the doctor and help with discomfort. I have no complaints from beginning to end of any of my visits. I ended up getting a shot and didnt feel anything, they have the best nurses! Dr. Strait has wonderful bedside manner and does not rush his patients! He explains and articulates very well. The patient gets the final say for treatment options. I would highly recommend this office to family, friends and anyone trying to find a doctor! The facility is clean and well kept. Thanks Dr. Strait and staff, you've never disappointed!!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr were all very nice and professional. Dr has very good bedside manner, was not in a rush to get to next patient he spent time to make sure all my concerns were addressed. The staff had great personality. I would go here again if I need. Have gone to other walk-ins in the area and the dr's there were not as nice.

Fantastic experience: This place is great, I've been going here for years. Dr. Strait is awesome! The staff is wonderful. The building may not be the newest, but they help a lot of lower income families and they keep everything very affordable. Anyone who says otherwise must have been born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
