Fantastic experience: Excelsior Chiropractic has been such a nice experience. Their team is very warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean, calming, and airy. Customer service is top tier and they have a family feel. Most importantly they are great at what they do. My headaches and back problems have drastically improved all due to my adjustments and the care they have shown to me. I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing to feel better.

Fantastic experience: Suffering from pinched nerve in lower back was one of the most painful things I've experienced. Dr Mallorie was kind enough to work me into the weekend schedule to end my suffering. A quick x-ray to determine the cause, and a few quick pops to my spine and she had my out of place vertebrae in line. Sharp stabbing pain and muscle spasms were relieved. Can't tell you how grateful I am! Would absolutely recommend to anyone suffering back pain!

Negative experience: They keep sending me invocies!! They sent one for 29.61 in june. I didn’t understand why im receiving it and i paid it. Now im receiving another invoice for the same exact amount on November 15th! I have never visited this location again so it makes no sense. I call them to explain and they are like call on Monday. Call for what??

He also explained what he was going to do to correct and realign where needed. While doing adjustments he told me what he was doing and why. It was amazing! I already feel good.

I have been dealing with a health issue for 7+ years and Excelsior Chiropractic has been the most consistent and reliable care I’ve had so far. In fact, it was Dr. Hope to referred me to a neurologist as he felt I should have seen improvement from their corrections, yet I was still having issues. That was in 2017! I continue to be treated by Dr. Mitch (Saturday appointments!) and he continues to help me navigate my care plan beyond getting adjustments. This type of care and service is rare. Negative experience: Make sure you see all there five star reviews starting with Marc Hope’s on google. You know he’s the owner. Nothing says trust me more than giving yourself a five star review. Then read the links below and decide if you are really being treated properly. I wasn’t at all. Had two ok appointments third one was terrible! After getting home from that third visit I tried to do some walking on my treadmill and I couldn’t. My calves were burning and I couldn’t. When I tried to sleep I couldn’t. The pain was unbearable. I returned the following day and told him he needed to release it. He said he adjusted it and the proceeded to apply ultra sound on my sacrum. The machine kept beeping and shutting off while he was doing this. I believe that is a safety feature because it can sense when it is being used on bone. I don’t know if he was trying to boil the sacral nerves or burn the bone since normally it is used on muscle tissue. What were you trying to do Dr Hope? Burn the bone or boil the nerves? One potential risk with therapeutic ultrasound is that the rapid pressure changes during cavitation could cause a “microplosion” and damage cellular activity. I went back again later and Dr Mitch said he could do some soft tissue mobilization. That wasn’t going to help at all. I left and had x-rays taken on Friday morning somewhere else. It is posted down below in the comments. Also if you experience any burning feeling or sensations after a treatment that is possibly a new acute nerve injury that needs immediate attention. You should be seen by an orthopedic specialist ASAP. There are several in the twin cities metro area that are urgent care orthopedic clinics. That are open from 8am to 8pm everyday. Explain to them what occurred or what led to it and they will order all necessary diagnostic imaging ASAP. And when they explain the results and what your injury is you will probably want to see an attorney as well..this is an honest review of this facility. I was not helped at all. It’s about money not your wellness. Health care in America is forever broken because of unethical greed. I’d like to see an actual review from someone that was truly helped and didn’t have to continue going for ten plus years or ever again for that matter. If you broke your arm would you go to the dr 30 or more times to have the bone set? The answer is no!!!!

Dr. Hope has helped me with chronic knee pain that was preventing me from running, as well as a pinched nerve in my neck that caused numbness in my arm and hand. He and the rest of the staff have been professional, kind, and accommodating, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Marc Hope at Excelsior Chiropractic for over 10 years now. And he is a MIRACLE WORKER! I had been suffering from Vertigo and Constantly Being Light-Headed for 8 years (and had seen every doctor and specialist known to mankind) before a buddy suggested that I try going to Dr. Hope. Reluctantly I went and it turned out to be "The smartest decision I ever made". I am Vertigo Free and Fuzzy-ness Free! I go to Dr. Hope regularly for minor adjustments from time to time... along with any other issues that might pop up. As that was exactly the case for my visit this morning (6/25/20). I had a major elbow issue (which I had never had before) and he fixed it on the spot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. HOPE to anyone currently suffering - even if you have tried other Chiropractors. He is the BEST!

Originally I saw Dr. Hope and he’s wonderful, and in the last few years I’ve been meeting with Dr. Mallory and she’s amazing as well! Sometimes I don’t know when my neck is going to feel out of whack, but I can usually call and get an appointment with her fairly quickly. She works with me to keep me in alignment and is understanding of my budget and time availability and works with me, and is a wealth of knowledge when answering my questions. Fantastic experience: Excelsior Chiropractic is truly among the best of the best. Dr. Marc Hope is the owner and he is a gifted practitioner who combines a keen intellect with an expert ability to both diagnose the problem and do the manual adjustments that make such a difference in my overall health . I've referred 12+ people there over the last 17 years and every person has been thrilled with their results and grateful to me for the referral. The other two chiropractors who work with him - Dr. Mitch Melohn and Dr. Mallory Dombrock are also fantastic and I have had all three treat me. It 's also a plus that they take most insurances too. I have osteoarthritis and my Dad got so he could barely move his neck from side to side because the bones had fused. These docs keep my neck in great shape in addition to my back and even my knees. I would never be in such good shape without their continued care.
