Fantastic experience: Skiinique is a beautiful med spa and I love going there. The ladies at the front desk are really friendly and helpful. My favorite injector is Mariella. She has the lightest touch. I tend to bruise with injections but she is able to use that gentle touch and leave me bruise free! I couldn’t be happier with the superior service, professionalism and overall experience I have when going to Skinique! I highly recommend this location and Mariella!

Negative experience: It has been 2 months since my first set of fillers and I am going to be honest I am not happy with them. The entire time I was in complete denial and living with what was actually not normal. I don’t want to shame or anything but hope that this can taken as an awareness. I got a second opinion today from another injector and they said it’s not normal to still have unevenness and bumpiness, they believe that it was the technique and injected into the wrong layer. Up to this day I would wake up with swollen jawline on some days. Anyway I just felt in disbelief bc I was in denial and now I’m just broken bc I have spent so much money into this business. I have been going to this spa to get Botox done for a year now with my usual injector, which she is very sweet by the way. But, about 2 months ago I got filler done for the first time in my chin, and jawline with the same injector. 2 weeks during my follow up, I had mentioned that my jawline was not symmetrical and bumpy, and wanted a little more chin done. During my follow up I had been told that the bumpiness would go away, just to continue massaging it and that it was very normal. Additionally during this follow up, I had my chin touched up, and jawline as well to even out my symmetry and my cheeks filled. At my next 2 week follow up, I stressed my concern on my jawline still being bumpy and now my cheeks are uneven and not symmetrical. Again, the injector has told me that it is completely normal, to continue massaging. This was on August 23rd and today it’s still bumpy and uneven. I decided today to get a second opinion, and was told mixed information between both injectors. Needless to say, I had dissolved my filler that I got done here and I feel just in disbelief, and lost in a HUGE investment. I hope this can be taken as something that you can build from and correct.

She was very informative and did great! I had a great experience and will definitely be back. They also have tons of other services to offer!

Negative experience: Spent $800 for Botox before some important pictures and afterwards they made an appointment for me to come in 2 weeks later to make sure everything was good and when I mentioned I wasn’t happy with results, they didn’t even offer to make it right and suggested I buy some stickers to wear at night, they didn’t even take my picture prior to the procedure so she had no reference. If I had known they weren’t going to make it right after spending that much money, I would have saved myself the trouble of going to that post op appointment to begin with. I will not be going back and I would not recommend.

Negative experience: I am visiting and was referred here. I have been corresponding for days to make this appointment with Skinique. One hour before my appointment Shelly cancelled. No one else was available to take me today. I even have a Mother’s day gift card that was on special, but is now unusable, I am going to contact about a refund but very disappointed. I do not recommend

Fantastic experience: I have found my forever Med Spa. When I walk in the front door, I’m greeted by Emily with her welcoming attitude and gives off such positive vibes. I’ve come multiple times, and every provider i’ve seen has given me amazing results! Their facials are absolutely fabulous, I can’t recommend it enough to friends and family. I will be signing up for a membership next time I come back, I just can’t get enough of this place!

Negative experience: Unprofessional, speed in speed out service, advertised discounted Botox but, really just the going rate. The tech or “nurse” was unprofessional even stated she was “burnt out” her actual words were “ I’m tired of working”, she tried to upsell me by telling me All about my facial flaws. Ok, nurse lady - I know all my flaws & so do all the other women walking through the door & no I don’t want cheeks like yours- they look fake!! I should have walked out- I asked for a brow lift & got 2 hoods instead. I ask for a fuller bottom lip & actually got that- crows feet? ….still there!! - crows feet should be a no brainer for a Botox professional- she was so not paying attention to my needs & just zooming through her day- it was not a horrible experience it was a horrid experience. I’ll never return - I wish I could get my 800$ back!!!

Negative experience: They are never open the hours that their website or Google says they are. Bought a Groupon for a friend and had to transfer it to me due to the fact they are never there so people with jobs can use them.

Negative experience: I called 3 times, and in each call they only told me old on, wait , I wait several minutes, and I hung up the phone. In short, look for another place that at least can answer a call.

Tram was super nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. I will def come back to her, and I would trust her with different procedures too. Tram, my clinician, does a phenomenal job! She suggests other facial products or services required for my skin at the time of visitation, which is a great plus for me since I'm not knowledgeable in that area. Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten my Botox and hydrafacial here. Both ladies were amazing and really know their stuff! Shelly does my Botox and Im not sure what she does different, but it seems to last so much longer than the two previous places I’ve gone. The best med spa I’ve been to.

Negative experience: After the last treatment of laser hair removal, right before my wedding, I developed dark spots on my skin on the areas I had received my treatment. They looked like I was sunburned in just those areas and were difficult to cover up. Those specific treatments (the last two I had there) were very painful more so then the previous. Since I had gotten several treatments before, I knew that this one was considerably more painful. I let the technician Shelly know that it was more painful than other treatments I’d received there with other technicians but she continued saying it was normal. One year later, and those post treatment “burn” spots have turned into permanent dark spots on my skin that I have to cover up. The technician Shelley must not have been well trained on doing laser hair removal as both times I had her for my last two treatments, it was unusually painful and left permanent skin damage. She was also unprofessional. It took me so long (a year) to write this review because I was hoping this skin damage would be temporary and minimal but unfortunately, it’s been a year and I have permanent dark spots.

Fantastic experience: YVONNE is the most amazing Esthetician EVER !!!!! I have gone to Yvonne for my Juvederm Fillers, Botox injections, Hydrofacial's, Face Peels, Lasers and Skinpen microneedling. She is very professional, knowledgeable, gentle and very caring. I have trusted her for over 12 years. I can not express the amazing job she has done to my face! I get so many compliments due to her outstanding job. She carefully listens to my needs, and never have I had any problems with my face! EVER!!!! I will never go to any other person. Fantastic experience: I hope by writing this I don't jinx my experience lol this review is so long over due. I started my journey with Skinique Med Spa about this time a year ago. I was fresh off Accutane and interested in getting skin pen treatments. I was recommended to wait one more month to ensure no damage to my skin. anyone on Accutane knows it takes about 6 months for it to leave your system. I waited two months, my skin is extra sensitive. I went for 3 skin pen treatments. I didn't see any results until after the 2nd one. and even better results two months after the last one. I then moved on to hydrafacials, which I love! they are the best thing to get right before "aunt dot" comes to visit. I get them with Shelly. she's great. with all her advice i've been able to talk to my dermatologist better. conversation is always good. the entire staff is friendly and welcoming, they remember you, they even followed up with me after my very first skin pen treatment, to make sure I was okay. I left their office looking like a tomato lol the office is super nice and clean. I got all my treatments signing up for their membership. omg and the best part are these acne shots they have, best thing ever!

My injector was extremely knowledgeable & completely put at ease my anxiety!! It was honestly such a refreshing experience not to be pressure sold on additional products and services like I have been on visits to other MedSpas. The whole process from booking to check out was entirely faultless!! I will definitely be returning soon!! Skinique is highly recommend !!!

Negative experience: I usually don't write bad reviews but going into my first appointment I had 20 units of Botox. I told her I would like to get my Botox right under my eyebrow for a lift. Which I've had in the past with plastic surgeons . she said she has never done that before and doesn't feel comfortable doing so. Which tells me she's not experienced at injecting Botox which made me feel uncomfortable. After telling her it's completely fine, inject where you feel comfortable, she only injected in 3 areas. Because I work in this industry I knew she didn't use my full 20 units that I paid for. When she told me I was all finished I asked how many units I had left.. she said oh.. u still have 8 more.. I feel like I was being cheated out of what I paid for. I said ok can u do my forehead or another area to use it up? And was willing to pay more if I needed more areas.. I would not recommend Botox or filler here. She is not experienced enough and I felt cheated out of my Botox. She could easily tell clients their finished and not tell them they still have more units left and use it on herself. Even After I asked her how many units I had left she was surprised and asked where I worked. I just want to prevent others from being cheated out of there Botox that they paid for.

Negative experience: I absolutely love The MedSpa at Hendrick, but due to a recent move, I set out to find a spa near me, that provides Botox. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Skinique. There is a huge lack of consideration for time and professionalism at this place. During my first visit, 2 different patients stormed out as they were upset with thier services and the staff gathered at the front desk discussing the patients and thier services, loudly. Due to scheduling issues, I was unable to receive my treatment the day of my consultation, as told when making the appointment. Also during this visit, I was being told that I had dark spots that needed to be treated, by a staff member in passing. I never asked for her opinion and was insulted. I had a gut feeling that I should not return, but I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. The hydrafacial I received was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary, and once the lights were turned on to view my skin, I noticed the pillow and sheets I had been laying on, were filthy. After 3 visits, and 24 units of Botox, I called to let them know I was not happy with my results. At this time, I was told that I may have to visit 3-4 more times to get rid of the line between my brows (as this was the only area treated). Besides the fact that I was NEVER told it may take 5-6 visits, I can BARELY notice a difference in my wrinkle after receiving 24 units. I am 28. Although my line is fairly deep, and the area includes a strong muscle, I should be able to see much more progress. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Money and time wasted.

Negative experience: The clinic is a nice place and the staff was pleasant, however the services were not up to par in the least. I discovered the place with a groupon and bought 40 units of botox with the plan to space out the injections into two sittings. I was very happy at first, my clinician was knowledgeable and discussed other services and I left looking forward to making appointments for future services. After a couple weeks, I noticed the botox was not doing the job I was used to when I got it at other places. I wasn't mad, just thought maybe it was diluted or something. I scheduled a hydrofacial and went back with the idea to express my concerns. I received the hydrafacial, my first, and was unimpressed. For the price, I got much better facials at other salons. I think I was paying for the machine that only seemed to apply and suck up various liquids. Whatever, I tried it and wasn't thrilled and felt I wasted my money on it. I'm not going to blame the clinic, I'll blame myself for not doing more research. But when I mentioned my discontent with the botox, the girl wasn't hearing it. We went round and round until I finally said that I was not happy and wanted some kind of reimbursement. She gave me the banked units I had left over from the groupon (that is now 40 units within 3 weeks injected into the same area, way more than recommended for my needs) and promised to talk to the owner and get back to me. No one got back to me. I got a survey in my inbox so I filled it out and expressed my concerns and again, nothing. So here I am, very disappointed and out over $700 in services with very little to show for it. It is a real shame too because their location was great and the staff was friendly...until I complained about the botox. Oh, and the hydrafacial? My skin was dry and flaky by the evening instead of dewy soft for three days as promised. Total waste of money! I won't go back and I won't recommend the place my friends either. All they had to do was acknowledge my discontent and offer a solution, but they ignored me. And their services are below par anyway.

The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is tastefully relaxing and very welcoming. JoLynn and her staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and very genuine. They go out of their way to give you the ultimate experience that caters to your needs and pays attention to details. They take the time to listen, care, explain, and educate. To me, that is priceless. Valerie is a top notch aesthetician! I highly recommend this spa to everyone and I will be coming back again soon!

Fantastic experience: I had botox, voluma, and a hydrafacial done by Shani in November. I am super pleased with my experience and results than expected. Most people don't even know I have voluma in my cheeks because they look *that* natural. In addition, the staff at Skinique are incredibly friendly, professional and always make you feel welcome. I would *highly* recommend Skinique Med Spa to any of my friends or family. They really do spend an extra amount of time making sure you decide on what is best for your face.

Fantastic experience: I'm 59 years old and gravity had started to make my neck and jowls sag--Not a lot for my age, but it was starting to bother me. I looked into surgery, but didn't really want to go through a dangerous invasive procedure that would require a lot of down-time. My daughter had heard about the Titan skin tightening procedure at Skinique Med Spa, so she set up an appointment for me. I had my first of three treatments today and I can already see results--the loose skin is tighter and I see more definition in my chin. I can't wait to see the final results after my third treatment! I don't know if this procedure is right for everyone, but my skin-type seems to be responding well and it was not painful at all. The staff couldn't have been nicer and it was a quite pleasant experience with gratifying results. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I Loved Skinique. The staff were very informative and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with Botox injections. They also designed a plan of care that was catered to my specific skin type. The biggest thing that grabbed my attention was the overall atmosphere, it was very welcoming and upbeat yet still remained very professional. I will be returning!
