Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Laurie enough as a nutritionist. From day one, her empathetic and therapeutic communication style put me at ease. Eating has always been an emotional experience for me, influenced by stress, life triggers, and the happy moments as well. As a full-time student in an accelerated Master’s nursing program, the stress had me gaining weight, so I reached out to Laurie for help. Laurie helped me identify my triggers and taught me practical ways to manage them. She introduced me to a macro-tracking system, which brought a new level of self-awareness to my eating habits. I always thought my diet was relatively healthy, but tracking opened my eyes to areas for improvement. Although I eased into the plan gradually, Laurie was patient and supportive throughout the transition. If you’re looking to make foundational changes in your eating habits, Laurie is the person to go to. She always responds quickly and you really feel like she’s “in it” with you. The regimen I worked with her helped me to understand macros and continue even after working with her. She is passionate about what she does and always greets you with a smile on her face. If you are thinking about signing up for a heath coaching plan - don’t think twice! Fantastic experience: I've been a Profile member since October 2022 and this is the best health and weight loss/nutrition program I've ever done. The coaches here at the Alpharetta location make all the difference between this and other things like using an app, following an online group, or doing a mail-order meal replacement/prep program. I feel like I'm finally losing this weight for the last time.

Fantastic experience: Deciding to join profile was one of the best choices I’ve made in a long time. I first started when I was 3 months pregnant and wanted a healthy experience for myself and my baby. Paula, my amazing coach, helped support me through an amazing pregnancy with their Mom Protocol program. I gained 23 pounds with this pregnancy, had a healthy/happy baby and am back to pre-pregnancy weight 2 months postpartum. Fantastic experience: I have been with Profile for 3 years and it has been so great to have one on one coaching to help with my weight loss journey. I started with reboot reduce and lost over 40 pounds. They also helped guide me through my pregnancy and postpartum journey on the mom protocol. I have learned so much and really changed my mindset for eating healthy and being healthy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been mostly working with Janice who has been great. I’ve been on the Reboot plan for about 7 weeks and I’ve lost a total of 21lbs to date which I’m really excited about. The 1-1 coaching is a big part of why I chose Profile so I can do a better job of holding myself accountable. I’ve chosen to come in every week to meet with my coach but you can also do it virtually. Most of the Profile food is ok but there a few things I certainly didn’t like, this includes the Key Lime Pie shake and mustard flavor chips. The project starts off as a pretty low calorie intake so you should lose if you can stick with it. You’re also paying a lot of money for the program so that’s motivation to o stick to the plan as well. Just something to be aware of, there is a monthly coaching fee and then you need the Profile food. I’m in my mid 30s and trying to lose a total of 47lbs. Starting weight was 247 lbs.

Fantastic experience: I’m 66 years old and I had pretty much given up on the possibility of losing the weight I needed to lose. I had tried and failed so many times I had zero confidence. But I started Profile in January 2021. It did kind of help that we were in the pandemic and I thought there’s no big trips or parties coming up, so great time to get started. I have lost 25 pounds which is a miracle for me. I have 10 pounds to go. I tend to forget how much I’ve lost and get discouraged if I have a no loss week. The only reason I have made it this far is the consistent support and positive focus of my coach Tyler. Coming in every week, even the “bad” weeks has been critical. Several employees had already signed up and were having great success. First of all, the Profile staff and coaches are wonderful; they really care about you and getting you to a better state of health. The food is fantastic but the protein shakes and bars are the best tasting TREATS I've ever tasted. Over 8 weeks I've lost 17 lbs and 8" overall!!! Best part of all? I haven't had a migraine since I started 8 weeks ago and I've had them for over 40 years.... true! Love this amazing program. I feel so great!

Fantastic experience: I’ve lost 37 pounds in three and a half months on the Profile by Sanford plan. And it’s been easy. I’ve been on countless other weight loss plans. This one is different. The meal replacement items actually taste good, and there is lots of variety. There are shakes and soups and chips and bars in lots of flavors. It took a couple of days to adjust, but after that passed I was not even hungry. I saw immediate results both on the scales and in the way I felt. I feel so much better. It’s very hard to describe how much better I feel. My work requires me to travel at least 50% of the time. I was worried about how that would work. But that hasn’t been an issue at all. I just have a shake in my hotel room before I leave for the day and pack a bar and some chips in my briefcase. No one notices that I’m doing anything different. While there is some cost to the program, it is more than offset by what I would be spending on food. I can buy several meal replacements for what I would have spent on one fast food lunch. The biggest expense has been buying all new clothes because my old clothes are all now too large. But I haven’t minded that one bit. The best part about the program has been the support of the very knowledgeable staff. I can call or drop in with questions, and they are always friendly and helpful. I can not recommend this program highly enough.

We did well at maintaining our goal weights until we moved to Georgia and did not have a "local support team".
