Fantastic experience: I’m from Philippines, I arrived in the US on 2022, got married same year, got my first job here 2023, got my first car ever, I gained new family, new home, new friends, new culture — everything is literally NEW. But something is missing, so I’ve been searching for a gym that offers a GROUP CLASS with which I’m used to when I was working abroad in Thailand for 4 years. My BFF and I are obsessed with HIIT group workouts, dance workouts, yoga, etc. We would always go to the gym almost everyday after work since it was just walking distance from our apartment. If we’re not in the gym, we do a lot of home workouts together. I do enjoy working out with people who are like-minded, motivated and disciplined to keep themselves healthy not just physically but the whole being. Regymen Ascension keeps popping up not only on my Google search but on Facebook Ads as well and I was like — this is the perfect place! Brandon was the one who welcomed me when I tried one class for the first time with coach Emily and WOW! That’s what I’m talking about! YES! This is it — my happy place! The place being clean and organized is just a plus. I love the dim lighting effects! The amazing coaches, James, Christy, Audra, Jojo & Colby, they will keep pushing you (keep ‘em coming y’all!). I feel motivated and ignited everytime I’m inside Regymen Ascension. The welcoming committee, I see y’all, thank you for always showing us those lively vibes everytime we come inside the building. The atmosphere, the community are so welcoming, I feel like I have a new family working out together for a common goal — to improve overall health and fitness. My full-time job schedule may not be consistent, all I know is that I’ll squeeze all the free time I get to book a slot at Regymen Ascension. I’ve been a member since 2024. I just achieved my 50 workouts, now I’m working on achieving 100’s! Super worth it investment for me, myself & I. I love their burn workouts, mix it up with build, box and yoga! On weekdays group workouts start from 5am the earliest, an ‘open gym’ in between and ends at 6:45pm the latest. Plus extra group workouts on Saturday & Sunday mornings too! Regymen Ascension offers a lot of fun and exciting activities every month! So, what are you waiting for? ;-)

Coaches are full of energy, very helpful with modifications and motivations. The lights and music make a great environment to really focus on your goals each class. Also, I love the fun dress up days and random challenges that always kick my butt. I usually burn about 5-550 per class - no way I’d do that on my own!

I worked out at regymen for almost two years and loved it, but then took some time off for some surgeries…when I was ready to return Emily was there to welcome me back with open arms and the motivation I needed to start building my strength back up. The classes are the perfect thing I need. I do well with the guided structure and mix of cardio and lifting!

Fantastic experience: Regymen is a family and you won't be disappointed! Every. Single. Coach knows their stuff! They correct form, and push you to increase weights, knowing you can do it! Give it a try, I promise you won't regret it! I've been a member since 2018. I finally broke down and did a 7 week challenge! I had given up on trying to get rid of the excess fat, bloating and baby weight. I worked out 3-4 days a week and could not lose a pound for the life of me. I actually gained 27lbs since January! I had seen my OB for hormones and it was a dead end- they do not know what to look for and how to handle issues I was facing. I joined the challenge truly expecting to waste my money. I figured what I'd been doing was not working, so why not try what Emily was pushing- I mean, clearly she knows something! She has an amazing body and very knowledgeable when working out. Enter 7 week challenge and talk about body withdrawals! I did what Emily said! No sugar. No alcohol (not even a drop). No carbs- breads, pastas, tortillas , chips (I did have white rice and quinoa, but in small doses!) at least 4 workouts a week and I took the supplements recommended. The hardest part for me was getting enough protein! I changed all my ways of thinking meat was bad. Cheese and meat became my life! Bloodwork was eye opening when I actually saw a doctor who knew what she was doing. 7 weeks later and I'm 15 lbs down, 10.5 inches lost in my bust, waist and hips; almost 2 inches lost in EACH thigh; 3.2 inches lost in biceps/forearms! I understand that so much of my weight loss is bloating and inflammation! Now my goal is to continue this path and gain all the muscle!

Fantastic experience: I've been at Regymen Fitness for 2.5 months now, and I'm kicking myself for not starting sooner. After moving away from home 3 years ago, I fell into a slump, not wanting to do anything regarding exercise. So I knew when I loved back this summer, I needed to hit the gym. Audra and James were coaches of mine at OTF back in 2018, so I knew I wanted to find them again. And that's how I ended up at Regymen. I love the workouts, the coaches, and the people. Fantastic experience: I am a member here and love the workouts. The workouts are made up of 3 sessions with smaller rounds in each session. This keeps the workouts interesting and challenging while lending to muscle confusion. I have been working out consistently for the last 4 years and consider myself to be in decent shape. My only complaint about Regymen would be that they throw you to the wolves in these classes, so you have to try and keep up. I feel like someone just starting out with a workout routine might be overwhelmed in this environment. I think they should have someone else stay with newbies besides the person leading the class to guide the person through this high energy workout and environment. With that said, I highly recommend Regymen if you enjoy a challenging workout in a group setting!! If you are a newbie considering it, members are usually willing to help you if you get lost!

Negative experience: During my enrollment the gentleman told me that I could unenroll at any time if it wasn’t for me. After I went two days, I wanted to cancel because I wasn’t able to fit it in with my lifestyle. I went to unenroll they told me I signed up for 6 months. I paid for a membership for 6 months that I didn’t use and my 6 months are over they are still charging. I’ve lost 1200 and they are still wanting to charge me more money. I requested a call from a manager. I get a email correspondence. I will never recommend this g to anyone!

It is clear the owners are very active in this business based on the entire experience from initial consultation, to the level of coaching available, to attitude of the front office staff, to cleanliness and organization of the equipment before each session. In a time when there are so many fitness options the team at Regymen Ascension has truly created something unique by obsessing over all the details necessary to pull it off. They are, and have attracted, a community of people that are passionate about life and seeing fitness as a tool to improve it. You can't help but make progress being associated with the team and clients with similar values. Most of all they make it fun to be challenged and be a part of this group.

Fantastic experience: From the initial contact to regular interactions have been positive with everyone at Regymen. I came not knowing if I could ever lose weight or get back in shape. I got hooked from day one, and will really miss it when I move.. I will recommend this place to everybody that wants to stay in shape, get in shape, needs motivation and feel good about themselves.

Negative experience: This location continues to scam you out of your money in any way possible. Very disappointed with how the management handled the multiple overcharging situations. If they ever realized it was their fault, it then took weeks to get any money back. I have been to other regymen locations out of state and never once had a problem, this is clearly a management problem at this specific location. Very rude all around. Hope you can figure it out.
