Positive experience: As a whole , this pharmacy is great. I have used them since 2005 for my compounding needs. In recent few years, there is 1 particular person ( Tamara) who seems as if she is 100 inconvenienced by talking to you. I let it go quite a bit, because we all have bad days. I work in customer service, so I get it. I have talked and worked with Nathan and Mona, FANTASTIC folks. Tamara makes it very uncomfortable to ask clarifying questions, not a fan. I pay OOP for everything I get, so this is really not acceptable. I hope this makes it in the right hands and that some changes are made. I know working with the public is exhausting, but when you are that crabby, its time to move on.

Fantastic experience: Nate (the pharmacist) took a generous amount of time when training me how to use a new medicine. He even invited me to a private room on the side to demonstrate the steps involved in self administration and he remained until all of my questions were thoroughly answered.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Clark’s! They take the time to answer your questions their prices are very competitive and the shipping and delivery is amazing!

Negative experience: Was notified when I picked up script they don’t accept and bill insurance . Insurance company denied and said there is a over the counter that’s not 60.00 Insurance scam

Fantastic experience: This pharmacy bailed me out of a very bad experience with Wedgewood pet Pharmacy and I had my compounded prescription for my dog Sophie the next day. I should mention we live on the other side of the state and the script was shipped to me before she ran out of her meds. Sophie is a 70 pound, 13 year old Shepard/Husky mix and with Clark’s help, she will be around for a few more healthy years. The world needs more dedicated pharmacists like Clark’s!!

Negative experience: I’m calling this place Clark UNprofessional Clown Pharmacy. I mean seriously, what kind of pharmacy doesn’t send out for prior authorizations? I’ve never been treated with such incredulity for making the most basic of requests. You’re better off using one of the big chains, this place is bad.

They do their homework on the companies before any of their products land in their pharmacy. I highly recommend Clark, esp. for their compounding skills.

Negative experience: Staff are always rude. Once or twice I can understand, it happens, but constantly? it's not acceptable. For anyone who thinks they have a monopoly on compounding pharmacies, there are other options. Masks are also hit and miss. I was behind someone in line who was describing having Covid symptoms and neither them or the pharmacist had a mask on. You guys prescribe medications to people with a whole host of medical problems, I would think you'd be more cautious and show more concern for your customers. If you can wear wear hazmat like suits to compound prescriptions then shouldn't masks be mandatory too for sanitary/safety reasons? Not only for Covid but for other viruses and bacteria.

Negative experience: Amy constantly interrupted and spoke over me when I called. Couldn’t get a word in until I told her to stop and then acted like a child and wouldn’t speak for a while after I was done. Looking for another pharmacy.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to ask if I needed helped & also helped me pick out an appropriate sunscreen in addition to the compounding Rx which brought me to Clark’s. Dr Karen Plymel sees patients at this facility which is EXTREMELY convenient for us who live in northern Ohio. Would definitely recommend and we will continue to use Clarks for our prescriptions and supplement needs. GREAT JOB -keep it up !

Positive experience: Overall a good pharmacy. Not always the best communicators and some of the staff can be down right rude. However they do have a monopoly on compounds in this area, so I guess they can afford that. Glad they’re around as the next closest place to get my medication is over an hour away! Pharmacists are always helpful and happy to answer questions, you just may have to wait a bit.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Clark Professional Pharmacy by my girlfriends mother and I do have to say that they one hundred percent live up to their name. After dealing with the big chain pharmacies for years I finally came across a pharmacy that has a higher focus on customer service that’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the products that they carry. If they don’t carry something, they make it a point to order it for you at a very low mark up cost. They are significantly cheaper than any other pharmacy for my monthly prescription and the wait time is always super short. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Fantastic experience: The people who serve me at the front desk are efficient and friendly. The pharmacists try to make themselves available promptly to answer my questions. They are one of only a very few pharmacies in the area that are able to compound prescriptions that need to be altered from the standard dosages offered by the pharmaceutical companies. I also like that they concentrate on providing high quality supplements and cosmetic products that are healthy and not loaded with toxic chemicals which is not the case in most pharmacies. I only wish I had found Clark years ago because I now use them exclusively. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in here after being seen at the urgent care next door and was serviced very promptly. The woman at the counter was very polite and friendly. She was able to provide some insurance information for me concerning my co-pay up front, which I really appreciated. The gentlemen (who might have been a pharmacist) verifying my prescriptions noticed something wasn't covered, and was able to have an alternative prescribed for me instead. He was very very nice and thoroughly explained how to properly take each prescription. I cannot say enough how nice everyone I dealt with was!
