Fantastic experience: My experience with Inspire physical therapy in Couer d'Alene was very good. The therapists I worked with were gentle, intelligent, and kind. Maraih and Torin were the main therapists I worked with recovering from a concussion, both offering me therapy that helped immensely! I also have a disability of chemical allergies and asthma, so it can be difficult to go into public places. They accommodated my disability to the best of their ability, and I always felt safe going there. Tu-Ann, who schedules and works out front, always watched out for me coming in so I wouldn't be exposed if another patient had on a fragrance I may react to. Appointment times were easy and flexible to schedule, the parking lot was nice and open, and all the staff was uplifting to be around. It was a healing environment to go to for therapy, and I would recommend them to all! Tu-ann and I even dressed up like PTA Torin for Halloween! Who else can say they had fun at PT? I can! Great office and staff!

Fantastic experience: I've received care from two physical therapists for hypermobility related issues, and I believe the care at this location was superior. They listened to my many concerns and out of the ordinary quirks, and was able to help treat some instability that was causing my pain. Even for unrelated pain/concerns, they provided some quick tips to ensure I could keep my body healthy and keep doing what I loved. The main practice that made this provider awesome was that they explained the exercises many times and ensured my form was correct for them at each session; this helped me make sure I was working the right muscle when I was doing the exercises at home. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy to find Inspire Physical Therapy Idaho! I Googled to find a place that could deal with my specific issue pertaining to imbalance/dizziness. From the first visit they made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and listened to my concerns. I have never experienced a "team player" environment, where I witnessed the collaboration in working to find me the best solution, or next step in getting me closer to answers about what I am dealing with. I highly recommend them!

I just finished PT after two total knee replacements in the past 6 months. The entire staff is incredible. Torin, my PT was incredible!! Cara was able to get me an appointment quickly for an initial screening and gave me some tips to be more comfortable in the short term. Fantastic experience: I received excellent PT intervention at Inspire as I convalesced from lower back surgery. Cara Clinton DPT was focused and precise with her evaluation and interventions. Home exercise recommendations were explained and printed out for ease of use. The entire staff was cordial and encouraging. I would heartily endorse Inspire PT as an excellent resource for patients dealing with post-operative recovery from back surgery.

Fantastic experience: Inspire Physical Therapy has been absolutely life-changing. I could barely lift my 12 week old baby or get a good night's sleep because I had excruciating back pain. I'm now able to move around with minimal pain and I can finally play with my kids again. I leave each visit feeling refreshed and with hope that things will continue to improve. Fantastic experience: I can not say enough good things about Inspire physical therapy. I always see Julie, but have met all the PT's, and they are wonderful! I am a Dental Hygienist suffering from carpal tunnel in both hands. Surgery was not an option for me with two babies under two. Julie has not only saved my career, but my quality of life with my little ones. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make my crazy schedule work! Every person there is well educated and so helpful! I will never go anywhere else! I can't wait for them to fix all my other ailments ❤️

Negative experience: the staff who does PT is amazing however the billing dept fails to assist after months of contact to fix a billing issue on their side. I wish I do not have to keep contacting them and I would love to make my next appt but I can not because I do not need a bigger bill and need them to resolve this billing issue once and for all!!

Not only is the staff knowledgeable of the body, they also know how to bring the human element into the mix. I had a major surgery on my hip and kind of felt like I was being bounced around. After my first session, my worries eased up immensely. I got the feeling that they really DID want to help you and not just collect a paycheck. If you have any hesitation with physical therapy or are seeking a physical therapist, I would strongly recommend Inspire Physical Therapy. You won't regret the desicion.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my experienceat Inspire when I decided it was time to address my back pain that had been on and off for 16yrs. The first time I had been seen by them, was when they fit me into thier scedual on a morning I could barely move. After my appointment I left with only half of the pain I went in with and was able to be back at work the next day. The staff is absolutely Awesome!. Great people to spend your time with, even if your in pain . They were caring and fun people to have conversations with. We had lots of laughs. I always left Inspire with a smile as well as my back feeling much better after each appointment. Honestly if my insurance covered it, I'd go every week- year round. So yes, I highly recommend Inspire Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Inspire by my doctor and am glad she did. All of their people were extremely helpful. When I went there I could hardly move my right shoulder without a lot of pain. When I finished I was able to move it with no pain. I would highly recommend Inspire for for PT.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Inspire by my Physician for pain in my lower back. I had a fusion in my back 3 years ago and started having flareups about a year ago and the pain has just continued to worsen. Cara and her team have worked me through these flareups to the point I'm on the verge of "graduating"! This team of professionals truly listen to their clients and put together a plan that helps you to progress and see the light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend you to allow them to help you, also!

Fantastic experience: Nerve damage to my right arm/hand made it near impossible for me to continue work as a electrician. I did some checking around and decided to give Inspire PT a try. Cara and her staff we're all very friendly and had a genuine interest in helping me make a quick and full recovery. I had fun working with Alison and Kristine (Teen) who both were brainstorming constantly and thinking of new and creative (sometimes humorous) exercises to help me along the way. After 6 weeks I have made a full recovery and some friends along the way. Thank You All.

Fantastic experience: Cara and her team at Inspire PT Idaho are amazing! They have set a new standard for my family and I in how care can be facilitated as they are professional and, in my experience, masters at their craft. Very simply, I have experienced relief from pain that has been hanging around for years. In my initial consultation Cara asked so many great questions and came at my particular case from the perspective of "it's your body, you know it better than me... how can we help"; and then proceeded to work with me on a plan to define what "better" looked like in my mind. We have since had my son see her as well. I also, want to give a shout out to Teen for putting up with me and pushing me! Cheers Inspire PT and keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: In July of 2021, I suffered a horrible back Injury. For nearly two months, I could not walk, drive, lift, sit or even shower without considerable pain. Multiple MRI's, massages, and medication resulted in little to no improvement. Eventually, I my Physician recommended I try physical therapy at Inspire. I was skeptical at first, but quickly had my skepticism shut down. I began seeing improvements after my first session, within a month I could drive and sit without pain, within two months I was nearly back to normal, and three months in, I was 99% better. That would be enough to give Inspire a glowing 5-star review, but what truly blew me away were the kind and compassionate Therapists and Assistants that work here. I never felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, unwelcome or inadequate. I enjoyed coming to Inspire so much, that I continued to show up, even after my pain had mostly subsided, just to spend time with such amazing people. There is no other place I would recommend for physical therapy, if I could give them 10 stars, I gladly would.

Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder and was referred to Inspire by my Ortho doc. When I met Cara I was surprised to find out that my treatment plan was not a cookie cutter plan that was pulled out of a book but a real plan that targeted my areas of weakness. Cara and her assistant Taylored exercises for my specific issue and it worked!! I'm back with them for a neck referral for bad posture and two appts in Cara taped my neck for correct posture and I woke up this morning with no neck pain!! Wonderful group!!

Fantastic experience: I had 7 sessions with Jerry at Inspire for a back strain. He was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to pin point my problem. After about three weeks of therapy and doing the exercises at home that Jerry recommended I'm feeling great and back to my usual activities. The whole staff at Inspire is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

I knew how severe of a situation I was in and they were my hope to get me back to any amount of the life I had known.
