Fantastic experience: I have been listening to Dr. Lewis Podcast for several months now and had found them very entertaining but also very informative regarding many health issues. Recently I decided to try their low cost diagnostic services and even though I am not having any real major health issues, they were able to help pinpoint some areas for me to work on nutritionally, as I had never had any comprehensive blood work done to see where I was at overall and where there could be potential areas of concern even though, as my regular primary has always told me, "I am within normal range" and never looked at me as a whole instead. Dr. Lewis and his wife have been more comprehensive and more concerned with my health progress than my regular primary care doctor, checking in on me and how I have been doing since our original consult. Negative experience: The knowledge of health and the products they offer are great. The customer service is okay, until you hit a snag. I was told I could return some products over the phone during one of my consultations; however, when I contacted them via email for an address to send the return to I was then informed that they didn't accept returns. Essentially, the money they would have "lost" for the return was far less than what I would have spent on further items, but apparently that was more important to them then keeping my business. The back and forth email chains were a clear indication that the people who work at this business are not on the same page as each other and the fact that the person who told me I could make the return later stated they didn't remember ever telling me that, was the end of my rope. I have worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years and give excellence to my clients. I didn't get it here. The only reason for a second star on this rating is due to the knowledge and good products. Their treatment of a pivotal situation with a client earns no stars at all. EDIT: As a response to the response below from the owner, MULTIPLE opportunities to make the situation better were offered to this business. Apparently our views of what makes "good service" are very different.

Fantastic experience: I heard about Dr. Lewis on the OPP, Ryan Munsey"s podcast and took the opportunity to have my blood tested to get a baseline of my general health. I am so happy with the results! I have been taking the nutritional supplements for about 2 months and already noticed an improvement in my overall health and particularly my nails. Fantastic experience: Drs. Stephen and Janet Lewis are amazing! For the past 20 years I have suffered from hormone problems. I have seen numerous doctors and specialists throughout the years who all told me the same thing and put me on prescriptions to cover up the problem, which only caused more side effects. My final straw was when I paid over $2000 for blood work and labs for one doctor to tell me nothing, in fact only the nurse called me back and basically told me the doctor was stumped, but "here take these pills". My hair was falling out and I was exhausted and only getting worse. I finally called Doctors Nutrition and gave them the $2000 lab work that I had already paid for. The labs were so incomplete and basically trash that even Dr. Lewis couldn't use them. He sent me to labcorp for a fraction of the price and called me within days. Turns out I was deficient in so many critical things! Things that are easily fixed, but none of the "specialists" even knew or even looked at! It does take time and diligence to stay on the plan that Dr. Lewis gives you, but it is worth it! I feel like a new person! Fantastic experience: Just started working with Dr. Lewis and his team. I have a few issue that Dr. Lewis is helping through a few deficiencies and anxiety. My blood pressure was slightly elevated at 145 to 150 and my resting heart rate was 80-85 bpm. After thirty days my blood pressure is 120 and my heart rate is 70-75. My anxiety has dropped off quite a bit and i seeing constant improvement every day. I will do a follow up review after my next blood test, and one more review at the six month period.

Fantastic experience: I missed one item on an order I placed, and since it was Saturday I thought I'd try to get the supplement at a local health food store. The potency I needed was 1200 mg.
