Fantastic experience: When I sprained muscles in my back a few years ago, there was a domino effect and a ton of other issues in my neck, back and spine came to light. I couldn’t even leave the house without a TEMS unit on as the pain was so bad! My doctor said surgery was the only option. The surgeon said surgery was the only option. I believed there had to be a more natural way, at least to try? I knew the Drs at Pro-health chiropractic from chatting with them at events as they support the community like we at THE MAX do. Fantastic experience: We brought our 4 month old to seen by Dr K, for limited range of motion of the neck and shoulders. He was thoroughly evaluated and Within 2 appointments there was noticeable improvement in his neck mobility. Fantastic experience: Above and beyond. That is how I will describe the quality of care I personally experienced in this office. Dr. Sousa is very knowledgeable and continuously expanding his expertise. He goes the extra mile and genuinely cares for all those in his care. A family friend was experiencing severe chronic migraines multiple times a day to the point where he was practically living at the hospital for relief. He had small children and his family needed him but he couldn't function due to the migraines. My family was already receiving treatment from ProHealth Chiropractic and were pleased with the results so we recommended he gives it a shot. As he was receiving treatment, first the hospitalizations left the picture, then the meds, then the migraines. He was able to return to a normal life and his children got their dad back. My mom was bed ridden after an injury that progressively got worse and had to roll out of bed with assistance to be able to get on her feet. After going through treatments under the care of Dr. Sousa, she now has her active life back. No more pain and has full range of motion. My wife has scoliosis. Doctors said the only way to correct it is surgery but it wasn't bad enough to do any surgery. She has been receiving regular treatments at this office and has reversed her scoliosis significantly. She also received pregnancy care that provided much needed relief. I have had multiple major accidents that put my spine out of alignment. It was causing a lot of lower/mid back pain and hip pain. I went through the initial treatment and everything is now back to normal. I used to drive an hour+ 3 times a week just to receive care before I ended up moving closer recently. I get that it's a bit of a drive but it is 100% worth it. Just need to put in the time, effort, and patience. I recommend this office to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Prenatal Adjustments- I Highly recommend Dr. Kiara and Dr Sousa! I saw both of them on a weekly basis for Prenatal adjustments during my last 3 months of pregnancy. They are both trained in the Webster Technique which is a gentle method that focuses on pelvis alignment. Originally my hips were not aligned which would could have made a natural birth complicated. After their care, my hips were aligned and baby settled into the correct position. I truly believe they helped my delivery go so smoothly. After baby was born, we trusted this team so much, we had our 6 week infant checked and adjusted as well. Our newborn was so tight, he wouldn’t sleep with his head to the right side. After a few gentle maneuvers from Dr Kiara, our baby now sleeps with his head turned right or left without any fuss. The team is so kind. This isn’t your typical doctors office. The whole staff will know you by name as you walk in the door. You are not just another patient at this office, you can tell the staff and doctors truly care about everyone they are helping. We will continue tosee this team for all our future chiropractic needs!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr. Jason yesterday for an issue with my lower back. He was immediately able to diagnose a herniated disc and other issues with my spine. He did a full evaluation and we came up with a plan not only to correct my issues, but a plan that will have long term health benefits. Needless to say I am thankful for him and his entire team!

We brought our 4 week old who was dealing with gas and acid reflux. We could not be more thankful for this practice & what they did to help our son. Dr. Tiedt & Dr. Sousa were so kind and knowledgeable. With their help we were able to get him comfortable to lay flat on his back and get some much needed sleep. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr. Sousa, Dr. Kiara, Holly, and the entire PROHealth Chiropractic team more highly! I originally saw Dr. Sousa in 2022 for severe back and neck pain. However, due to their holistic and thorough approach to overall health, I became aware of several underlying medical conditions which saved my life. Without their help and genuine care, I would not be living the pain free life I am today (and preparing for my first 70.3 Ironman no less!).
