Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved the new fall menu! You can never go wrong with Fit Flavors! Healthy meals on the go and the best staff!

Fantastic experience: These meals always hit. As a student athlete its not always to have high protein clean meals prepped. Fit flavors always delivers delicious food and has my body feeling good. Fill me up while hitting all my calorie/protein needs, next level. Staff is always friendly and helpful when picking out food. Menu is always changing with a lot of variety so you dont get stuck eating the same beef and rice like regular meal prep(my go to). If you are on the fence give them a try and they'll become your go-to.

Positive experience: Customer service has gone downhill. According to the website, they offer a 30-day return policy but, it is really a 0-day. I've been buying meals here for over two years but will probably leave. Staff at the location on Olive are very aggressive not one step in the door and they want to know if they can help you find anything. I usually say well, maybe if I look around first..... quite intense. Other locations are much better but, lack the authority to approve an exchange. Seems ridiculous to email them to ask for a refund since they could not complete an exchange in the first place. They refused a refund after several back-and-forth emails. All I asked for was an exchange for 2 items I never returned anything before and I've spent thousands with them. I will not pull down this review.

Negative experience: Quality has declined recently, and the changes to delivery have been disappointing. One positive experience was learning about Benefit Meals in St. Peters, which offers better quality and more food at a lower price. Hopefully, Fit Flavors will make improvements, but with so many alternatives available, staying competitive may be a challenge.

Fantastic experience: I have been using fit flavors for about 2 months now and I cannot recommend them enough. The food is healthy and delicious. I would give a 6 star if I could.

Fantastic experience: I just found this amazing service and am so excited. I went in and met Alex Taylor, the sales lead, who answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process in the most cordial, professional and patient manner. I had so many questions and she has a wealth of knowledge to share. She helped me to make informed decisions about my purchases and I left feeling very uplifted by her knowledge and customer service. I prepared my first meal that same night and it was wonderful. I went back the very next day to get more and was again assisted by Alex who gave me the same wonderful service.The customer service and the food are outstanding! I highly recommend Fit Flavors in Chesterfield.

Fantastic experience: I usually visit the Brentwood Fit Flavors location, but I was out over by this location so I stopped in to pick up some lunches for the week. The store and staff were lovely!! As usual, my food was fresh and well made. I love how they are always changing up the menu!

I have never found one that doesn't hit the spot! With the fall menu coming out I highly recommend getting in and trying the new options to get your fall taste, and still stay on track with your goals.

Luckily I was able to try fit flavors new fall menu and let’s just say it’s a hit in my household! I’m so happy to have such an amazing meal prep service right in STL! All of the meals come with all the nutrition information on the front so you don’t have to play the guessing game of what’s in your food. Outside of convenience the food is so flavorful!! My favorite has to be the honey sriracha beef!!! If you’re a busy person who wants to stay on top of their nutrition try out fit flavors!!!! 10’s across the board!!

It helps break up the monotony of eating the same type of meals without committing to a grocery list full of stuff I’ll waste. Definitely going to keep a few meals in my rotation! Fantastic experience: I love how convenient Fit Flavors makes it for me to eat healthy. I am single so cooking for 1 can be challenging. Most of the time I find that I am eating the same thing for 2-3 days or I am throwing so much food away because it goes bad before I have a chance to eat it. I am also one that will be too tired at night (during the week) to prepare the food I bought from the grocery store. I began my Fit Flavors journey on January 1st 2017. I can honestly say that this was one of the best choices I have ever made. The food is so good! Now granted, I have tried some things that I don’t care for, but I expect that as everyone doesn’t have the same taste. I would say that 98% of what I have tried at Fit Flavors, I have LOVED! I shop there twice a week as I eat at least 1 Fit Flavors meal per day. You can tell that they are dedicated to providing the best product they can and it sure shows. If you are thinking about trying them, please do as you will not regret it! I know when you first look at the menu, the prices seem kind of high. For me, I realized that I was spending more money in throwing away/wasting food than I would pay at Fit Flavors……..so in the end it is worth it to me. All I do is put my meal in the microwave and in 2 minutes I have a healthy proportioned meal in front of me. Also, I had the luxury of meeting Jillian (the owner) not that long ago. I was floored that the store owner would be in the store working. She stated that she is there all the time. To me that makes a big statement. She talked with me about the menu items and about fitness and gave some great advice. She was so welcoming, friendly, and educated in what she was telling me. She really impressed me and I was so glad that I could thank her in person for changing my life. She is not the only one that is welcoming and friendly as her staff is as well. I can’t recommend Fit Flavors enough to anyone, so if you are unsure just stop by and check it out for yourself. This could be the first step to a new you as it was for me!

Fantastic experience: FitFlavors has changed my life!!! As a busy student with a part time job, I used to spend hours in the kitchen on Sundays to meal prep and save time later in the week… Now I go into FitFlavors and pick up delicious AND nutritious meals for the week. No prep time, no clean up or dishes, and I can still meet all my goals! I’m truly grateful to FitFlavors!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I began visiting your chesterfield location in august, 2021 when I began dialysis treatments. Since neither of us are unable to cook much now, your meals aided us(and continue to do so) in regulating my diet with kidney disease. Especially helpful are your charts which show for each meal the level of potassium, sodium etc. Also, your regular assistant at this location(Patti) is great and aids us in selecting our weekly meals on tuesday of each week. We look forward to each seasons change and we are happy that the meal selection has matured in tastes since we first started with your business. Your rewards program has also added customer value to your operation. Keep up the good work.

Positive experience: I would give them a five star but for a place is being very healthy. I'm shocked they only have two maybe three choices for vegan options.... almost doeemt even make sense Other than that, it's a great place

Fantastic experience: Amazing food at great prices I have been eating fit flavors alone for the last two months. With tons of exercise and there amazing meals I was able to lose 50lbs in 2 months. I would recommend fit flavors to everybody and anybody who wants to control of there diet and be successful on there fitness journey!!!

Negative experience: I needed a quick to go meal today and a friend recommended fit flavors for a nice healthy pregnant meal and I guess today they had someone super skimping on meals bc my Korean bbq meatballs were dry, tiny and overcooked. There’s approximately 8 pieces of broccoli with one skimp probably snack sized pepper chopped - I don’t mind spending money on food. Quite frankly I would’ve spent more money to be less disappointed. Definitely don’t recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a place like this for a loooooong time! I fit flavors does it right. I have eaten the chicken, broccoli, and rice for dinner the past week and it is delicious! The chicken is tender and broccoli made juuuuuust right. The peanut butter balls are a great little dessert after and are very delicious. My boyfriend loves the Carolina bbq salmon, and also the Buffalo chicken but he didn’t like the Mac n cheese. We love this place, I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very inconvenient packaging. The containers used are way to large to fit into any mealprep carrying bag, while there is barely any food inside of the container. They can easily size down their container size to accomidate customer convenience while not sacrificing the product in the containers at all. The presentation in the containers is atrocious, ruining the flavors of the food, again a problem that could be fixed with smaller, more convenient packaging.

Fantastic experience: These meals are so good and perfect for anyone who needs something healthy and convenient or delicious enough to stick to healthy eating. There are plenty of options and variety. All the nutrition info is also included!

Meals such as the salmon burger, turkey meatballs and Asian salad make you feel like you are getting a reward, not diet food. They do have healthy treats like chickees, brownie bites and even coffee cake, which I really appreciate. I love their seafood and vegetarian options, as well. I have the Thai Noodle Bowl multiple times a week, it is my all time favorite!
