Fantastic experience: I've been going to Brandon for close to 2 years but am terrible about leaving Google reviews..sorry for the belated review pal! If my long term patronage doesn't tell the story already, let me enlighten you. Brandon is highly skilled in what he does and is incredibly professional. Over the course of my tenure with him, I have had various injuries that have cause muscle imbalance and guarding. His slow and methodical work has only helped alleviate these issues and any tightness I may accrue in day to day life. Plus he's a stellar conversationalist and pretty smart cat. 5/5 stars, 7/5 with rice. I've decided to stay in Boise a few years longer so I don't have to find another body work specialist.

His concentrated work on the Psoas is helping to release years of locked up low back pain. His healing work with Restorative Breast Massage has greatly improved my mobility and released fascial adhesions from an augmentation, along with helping aid in healing emotional wounds connected to heart, chest and breast. I've been getting bodywork for years and no one ever suggested at home exercises with la crosse balls; this has been such a great tip to battle the neck/shoulder pain from working behind a desk forever with admittedly poor posture. It is this well-rounded health approach that makes Body Epiphanies stand out. He is truly invested in helping you achieve your wellness goals without being "preachy", which I really appreciate. And conversations are always fun and natural. And if I don't feel talkative that day, that's cool too, he is very intuitive that way. The bottom line is I leave my bodywork sessions feeling lighter, more flexible and grateful.

Fantastic experience: Brandon is the best therapist for one major reason - his goal in treatment is to treat and PREVENT your problem. Almost all chiropractors and therapists seem to have a repeat treatment oriented business model, prevent your pain for a while but not prevent it in the future so you have to keep coming back. Body Epiphanies does not use this model. The knowledge and honesty of this business is 2nd to none in the industry. I have had job related back and neck problems for years and spent thousands of dollars getting treatment and never having lasting relief until learning about Brandon from a co-worker who recovered fully after a severe motorcycle accident! Body Epiphanies stated clearly from my first visit that the goal was to improve my health so I never had to seek treatment again, and that has proven to be true. After years of back and neck issues I have a 100% pain free neck thanks to Brandon and am elated for it. Fantastic experience: Brandon knew exactly how to approach my shoulder issue. After the first two sessions my shoulder is now pain-free. I am planning to see him every month or two so that I can stay on top of it. Fantastic experience: My session with Brandon was amazing! I was having a lot of shoulder stiffness and pain. His session of mostly Myofacia Release and Trigger Point helped relieve the pain and tension. It was much better than a massage. My posture was noticeabley improved after his session. Fantastic experience: I have had A LOT of body work done over the years and Brandon Treen is by far the best therapist I have worked with. 4+ years ago I had shoulder surgery for a torn labrum. The results were disappointing. Over the years I had lowered my expectations of mobility and recovery. After 6-7 sessions of deep and sometimes uncomfortable work my shoulder mobility has increased dramatically and my pain has decreased substantially. I can't recommend Brandon more highly.
