Fantastic experience: THE BEST! I’ve been to multiple physical therapists and Dr. Pauline is no doubt the best I’ve worked with. She’s helped me make significant progress with shoulder and calf injuries, as well as my posture. Dr. Pauline shows you the importance of your overall body structure and posture, and how they can be underlying contributing factors to injuries or healing, and how to address them. Not every physical therapist does that! She also did some Myofascial release and Dry Needling on my calf which really expedited my healing. Thanks Dr. Pauline!!

Fantastic experience: Until you feel as though you have lost the ability to walk you'll never understand the importance of a good physical therapist! One who is in your corner and who will be both patient, supportive, kind and your own personal cheerleader! I had a slip and fall accident in 2023 and felt hopeless, depressed and stiff as I laid in bed thinking this would be it for me. It was not until I met Dr. Pauline is when I had a chance at living a pain free life. She coached me through the pain by providing me daily digital exercises, along with heat therapy, massages and tailored stretches geared towards my injury. Fast forward to February 2025, I was fortunate enough (or not so fortunate) to fall and exacerbate the same problem areas. Who did I turn to? Cutting Edge Physical Therapy! I went from walking like a mummy to walking with confidence in just 2 sessions. It was not just the physical coaching it begins with the mind, which Dr. Pauline is sure to help you to acknowledge, accept and believe. This is essential to the healing process as we tend to go back to old/bad habits. Fantastic experience: My sessions were nothing short of a miracle. About 8 months ago I had the pleasure of receiving services through Cutting Edge Physical Therapy & Welness. My muscles were tight and contracted, lower back pain and even had trouble breathing. At the end of the second session I started feeling relief. Fantastic experience: After only a few visits, Dr. Pauline has successfully been treating me for severe lower back pain which flared up about two months ago. With a combination of directed exercises, massage, and heat therapy, the pain has been reduced in both degree and duration. Fantastic experience: I've struggled with a tight and painful neck for 20 years. Didn't believe it could be done but Dr. White has helped me fix my posture and position and given me exercises to strengthen my neck. It's actually helped! I'm a fan of the dry needling too. Fantastic experience: Dr. Pauline is great therapist my husband had a stroke he went paralyzed on left side and within 4 weeks she had him back walking. I was under a lot of stress and my posture was horrible neck pain was constant I did deep tissue massage it was a great massage went back for dry needling and another massage left her office feeling 5 years younger and with my husband walking. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Pauline, the beginning of September with agonizing and intense pain that I dealt with for over a year. I came after following through with my many other medical treatments that did not help at all. I was referred to see a PT, and I could not have chosen a better one! Dr. Pauline listened to my complaint of total body pain, and after the first visit, I became highly hopeful of recovery because I received so much relief. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and intentional with each session. Beyond this, Dr. Pauline has an encouraging, teaching, and thoughtful nature about her. Over my 10 sessions, I felt my pain diminish but also learned helpful tools/techniques that I will continue to utilize for the future. She has changed my thoughts on the musculoskeletal system forever. For instance, the restructuring of some dialy habits that were adding to my pain (e.g., incorrect posture). After 10 sessions, I am fully recovered, and I am able to gain back normalcy (e.g., walking for longer durations and without pain). Ultimately, this was the goal we set together at my first visit, and I am happy to say that we were able to obtain it. With all regards, I could not recommend her enough. Thank you, Dr. Pauline.

Fantastic experience: Hi Doctor Pauline Blessings. I had one session with Dr. Pauline for a very bad pain in my left foot. She did therapy on my leg. Just one session. Two weeks later I was feeling better. After that the pain went away completely in less less than a month. Praise God this Doctor has gifted hands from the Good Lord

She is a very knowledgeable physical therapist who takes the time to explain to her patients what might have provoked their pain, how to manage it and what to do in the long run. My mom came in with knee pain and I'm currently in France pursuing my studies so I was a bit nervous not being there with her. However, Dr. Pauline was very kind and made my mom feel at ease. English is not our first langage and I was amazed at Dr. Pauline's dedication in taking the time to speak with me on Skype during my mom's sessions in order for me to translate. She even sent my mom her weekly exercises in French! After about a month of weekly sessions with Dr. Pauline my mom's knee felt much better, she was able to continue her day-to-day activities. Plus, she also gained skills to continue taking care of her knee thanks to Dr. Pauline's valuable tips. I highly recommend Dr. Pauline, she is knowledgeable, kind and devoted to her patients. Fantastic experience: I did not know this type of relief was possible! Since my teen years as an athlete my knees have been popping when bending and/or straightening and would be significantly inflamed after exercise. It slowed down my ability to be active throughout the years. I could neither sit nor stand for prolonged periods. Dr. Pauline fixed everything in my first session. I am now pleasantly adjusting to life without pressure on my knees and lower back. My posture is better and I’m back to my active self again. Fantastic experience: Dr. Pauline saved me from chronic ankle sprain! I sprained my ankle overseas and did not take care of it properly. Upon my return, my ankle still hurt, I thought it would get better on its own. Im so grateful that Dr. Pauline advised me to come in. She gave me just a 15 minute therapy session to break up the swelling, and sent me home with some exercises I could do at home to maintain healing. Since my visit with her, my ankle has healed rapidly, a lot faster than when I though it would heal on its own. Its amazing how much valuable knowledge she has. She was patient and willing to share with me knowledge that I will hold onto for a lifetime.

She took the time to discuss my various skeletal issues and gave me recommendations on how to address them. The session included physical therapy which was very helpful. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr . Pauline; I had multiple complaints: my rotator cuff, my risk, and my knee that was injured while i was working out. I thought I would never be able to preform my daily tasks because I am over 50: until i was referred to Cutting Edge Physical where I met Dr. Pauline. Her clinic is extremely clean and pleasant, and her service was excellent! I had one session of dry needles in my knee and it worked miracles: I am scared of needles but when Dr Pauline introduced it to me, she also educated me on the benefits; I tried it: sure it was a bit uncomfortable and after a few day could still feel the discomfort in the affected are but it was worth it: it worked. After a few weeks I was able to start my workout routine, she did a paraffin therapy on my risk, and she worked on my rotator cuff, all areas were treated and I was able to go back to my regular routines. Dr Pauline is the best! This I a true testimonial.

Fantastic experience: It’s a great pleasure to write this review on Cutting Edge Physical Therapy in West Palm Beach Florida. I had the opportunity to meet Dr Pauline a few weeks ago in her office where l was treated with her new “Dry Needle Technique”. I suffer from what’s called Plantar Fasciitis in my feet and its an unbearable painful pain and its alot of cramps in my legs. Well well well! l got an amazing treatment only one and it’s going on almost 5 weeks and it’s worked and is still working so well. I really appreciate Dr P taking the time out of her busy schedule after hours too to give me this one treatment before l head back home to Maryland. Fantastic experience: I was directed to Cutting Edge Physical Therapy for Postpartum Recovery /Pelvic Floor Rehab of a borderline 2nd /3rd degree prolapse. Fantastic experience: I came to PT because of pain and stiffness in my neck caused by a narrowing in my spinal cord most likely a result of age related arthritis. My doctor prescribed PT to see if that would bring relief. Since I would be in Florida and not New York this winter I found Dr Pauline White De Freitas in West Palm Beach. Her evaluation of my problem indicated that my problem was exacerbated by my posture which she helped me to correct. Additionally she made me realize I was in the habit of tensing my upper body causing my muscles to become tight. Through exercises and methods she used to loosen my muscles I have seen improvement. She also provided me with exercises that I can do at home. I will be using these exercises she has given me to keep my neck from stiffening and hurting after PT is done. I also take with me an acute awareness of how bad my posture, stature and tensing up has been and will continue to work on developing new habits. Thank you Dr White De Freitas!

Fantastic experience: I walked into Cutting Edge Physical Therapy with a frozen left shoulder and and torn rotator cuff. I couldn’t lift my arm past my waist, could barely get dressed in the morning or open the refrigerator door. Within 1 month I gained about 75% range of motion and two months later I am almost “cured”. Dr. Pauline is a very knowledgeable and skilled Physical Therapist. She didn’t just focus on my shoulder, but worked with me on my posture as a way to prevent a recurrence. She is the real deal. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: One thing that I love about this place the most is the knowledge I receive before and after my sessions, whether it’s from athletic injuries or long term injuries. Dr. Pauline works wonders and if anyone is looking for a good PT, she is the one you need to come see. I have been injured and no one could seem to find what was wrong with me, but she was the first to help stabilize my symptoms.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pauline did an amazing job working on my back. I came in for low back pain and she used a soft tissue instrument on my back to release the trigger points and guarding in my back. She stretched out my legs, low back, and neck. I felt great and loose leaving the clinic and the following days. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this REVIEW regard Dr. Pauline (as I know her) I am a lady well into my 80's and had to have immediate Knee Replacement Surgery. My daughter took on the task of trying to locate someone in the West Palm Beach, Florida area whom she thought would be able to help me get on my feet. This was one of the most difficult task she could have, as needless to say there are many many Physical Therapists. However, after interviewing many while she came to Florida to be with her Mother, she chose Dr. Pauline. Dr. Pauline came to my house willingly to meet my daughter and my daughter chose her to do the job, which we all know would not be easy..... Dr. Pauline is not only capable, caring, dedicated and knowledgeable, she realizes what the human body can physically do and trained me to be able to walk again. She is "one of a kind" and I really feel I was lucky to have had her as I physical therapist. She is one of the most capable I could ever imagine anyone could be and puts "her heart and soul" into her dedicated work. Because of her I am able to walk perfectly without a walker or cane. I really attribute it to her diligence and caring and not giving me the opportunity to slack off.

Fantastic experience: Summer of last year my husband started complaining of pain in his right knee because of a bicycle injury sustained the year prior. The knee was also arthritic, and the pain was worsening even with anti-inflammatories and pain medications. Our primary care provider recommended surgery, but we decided to try physical therapy as our last-ditch effort before going under the knife. I first would like to say that Dr. DeFreitas at Cutting Edge physical therapy was recommended to me by a friend of mine who also sought physical therapy for an injury. Scheduling an appointment that worked with my husband’s unconventional schedule was half the battle for me. Then there was the first impression when I walked into the office. The quotes on the walls were very inspiring and made me believe that she understood how important the mind is when it comes to achieving goals. My fears about my husband beginning physical therapy during the heart of the covid pandemic – was put to rest, when I saw how meticulous the rooms were cleaned (even doorknobs were wiped down between each patient). Dr DeFreitas ensured that only 1 person was ever in the waiting room, masked and hands washed prior to beginning each session. As an RN, I saw that Dr. DeFreitas’s standards on cleanliness and was very high and in accordance with the protocols of the hospitals. Finally, my husband is now pain free, and was able to forgo the surgery of his knee. Not only did she work on his knee, but with taking Dr DeFreitas’s wellness classes he was able to gain core strength and flexibility in joints that we just thought were riddled with arthritis and inflexible due to the natural aging process. Boy, were we both wrong- and thankfully so. Today my husband is walking without pain and riding his bicycle again, all due to the therapy he received at Cutting Edge Physical Therapy and Wellness. Nothing beats seeing my husband’s smile as he engages in the simple things in life that brings him joy. Thank you Dr. DeFreitas for allowing us to ride together as a couple again!

Fantastic experience: I visited West Palm Beach for a Conference in June and contacted Dr. Pauline Defritas of Cutting Edge Physical Therapy and Wellness for a walk in visit. I have been suffering with pelvic pain possible from scar tissue from a surgical procedure I had done in the past. I experienced a lot of pain in the pelvic area and lower back pain down in the buttocks area. After the treatment I could feel immediate relief. I have been back in NY now for over a week and I feel fantastic. I can't believe I allowed myself to suffer so long. She is very competent and caring. I was never and in pain and Dr Pauline was very gentle and understanding of my nerves. I can honestly say that this practice is phenomenal. Since then I’ve been treated for 3 separate issues and have experienced great results. I am currently undergoing therapy for a recent knee injury and I would choose no one else to work with my injury. I was treated for a right knee injury last year and I have fully recovered the use of my knee.
