Negative experience: Really wanted this place to work out. Ariel was the groomer that we were scheduled with. I instructed them to be aware of his back legs and center chest for scrapes that were scabbing. Instructed to keep tail and head hair length and shave down body to even out his hair. His legs were not cut down at all, his belly was not cleaned up, hair cut looks completely uneven, there is a knot close to his mouth. The groomer did not even try.

Negative experience: Worst place ever. Beware for taking your fur baby to this place. They gave a ugly cut to our dog and when my husband went to get him, the lady at the counter said, they thought it is a girl. Seriously. They did worst job on grooming. It is a mistake of going to this place. Never never again,.

Negative experience: So this was my second time coming to have my dog groomed and bathed, This is also the second time they cut his hair uneven all over and did not shave his paws like I specifically requested since it was not done the first time. And they did not put his pet tracker back on his collar, this is very disappointing after spending so much money to have my pet groomed, I was told the owners of the business would reach out and call me but they have yet to do so and its been a week. And unless I would like to pay for yet another groom I’m expected to wait until Saturday to have this mess fixed because the groomer is on vacation. Very poor business management all around

Negative experience: We have used EarthWise for grooming several times before with no issues, however, today was a different story. Our dog returned with 2 bleeding nails, a cut on her leg, and 1 paw pad raw and bleeding. Safe to say we won't be returning.

Negative experience: I visited this business to utilize the dog wash area. The facility was lacking to say the lea a t. Very little supplies like fresh towels or brushes. Also it was not clean at all. The attendant said he would clean up but all he did was rinse out the tub but left dog hair from the previous pooch. I wouldn't feel comfortable going here pre COVID, but I definitely will not be back now. It is not sanitary at all. I only haven2 stars because the customer service was good. The facility however was awful.

The groomers are timely and they walk your pet as well as offer it water and treats (with your permission of course), something other groomers would never do. Very grateful for EarthWise

Fantastic experience: Had our 2 miniature poodles groomed here. Excellent communication and customer service from Saym on the desk. My dogs are a bit nervous and somewhat difficult but Codi & Mark were very patient and the dogs looked fantastic. We like that there are windows looking into the grooming shop so that provides peace of mind that the grooming is all on display. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This place took care of me when no big corporate store like Petco or Petsmart would. They accepted a walk in, made sure my Husky was comforted as much as possible, and got me in and out the door. I was very impressed at service. It was top notch. Support places like this first.

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my Icelandic Sheepdog puppy here for grooming twice now and they do a great job. She comes out clean and fresh and well cared for. Decent selection of toys, treats and food, vitamins and specialty items for pets. They also have his self grooming station, but I have not used it yet. Seems like a good set up though.

I’m a brand new client and couldn’t be happier with the convenience, pricing, and results of my 11 year old terrier’s full grooming appointment. I told Ariel about my Bella’s health problems, and she took it seriously. She even sells the Victor hero canine food I buy. We will be back! ~From December 2019 I just went back to Earthwise to use their self-wash station for my Bella, and I was so pleased with the amenities and cleanliness of the facility (on Wednesday’s it’s 50% off ) The new manager, Tina, is an awesome lady with a fun personality. I really appreciated her help, and she gave my Bella some treats on the house. I love that I have this local gem to close to home. ~From January 8, 2020

Negative experience: I have a black chow who is mistaken for a bear a lot of times lol. I specifically asked for an outline trim (does not require the use of any guard combs whatsoever) and my dog came back to me with very little hair (clippers were used to cut my dog). I asked if there is any way for me to possibly get a refund for the horrible job that was done on my dog and instead of trying to help, I received negative customer service from “the owner” of the store. She goes to say “well why didn’t you bring her up here yourself?” I say, “well ma’am, I am in school so I was unable to drop her off.” Instead, I sent the person who dropped off my dog a text stating exactly how I wanted her cut. The outcome? The complete opposite. I do not appreciate the tone, language and attitude of the employees I spoke with about the poor groom that was done on my dog and the haircut that was done. I appreciate the bath that was given but I do not appreciate how “the owner” handled the situation. I was told all outline trims are done differently and if I want my dog cut a certain way I should do it myself. This haircut was done yesterday, September 24, 2019, and I called them about am hour after they opened.

Fantastic experience: I really LIKE this place !!! It's quiet and they do not have a whole bumch of dogs in there to be groomed at one time, and that's better for the dogs !!! Kristie(?) was my dog's groomer and did an excellent job with her !! I will surely take her back there for her next haircut !!!!

Negative experience: I was very excited about the shop due to the high rating, but sadly was disappointed. After dropping my sweet puppy off to run errands, I soon received a call not too long after saying that they couldn't groom him, and he was cut in the process. I was mortified, and stuck since I started an errand and couldn't leave. I did leave as soon as possible to find my poor baby scared, cut a bit on the leg, and his hair on his body was practically gone and trimmed oddly making him look mangy. He still had a very hairy face. The only positive was their offer to pay for the vet bill for the leg cut, and the owner was nice and took full responsibility. I don't know what officially happened as the details did not fully come out, but my baby has been groomed elsewhere before with no problem. We only chose this place because we needed a place to also take the cat for a nail trimming. We are still waiting for the hair to grow back, and really just to give him a break from the trauma before going back to the norm with grooming.

Fantastic experience: The staff and owner are exceptional and provide the best service. My dog loves to visit with them. Food is high quality and makes a big difference in my senior dog's activity level. He still is a puppy sometimes. As long as the store is around I will never buy from another pet store.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for grooming, they verified my name and name of the pet... when I came to drop off my dog they told me they did not have vactination record on file, and were unable to take mybdog in. This should have been disclosed at the time I called to make an appointment so that I could bring it in with me. Unfortunately this is the last time I will be coming in, and it's a shame because I have been extremely happy with them in the past.

Fantastic experience: Great place the staff is always helpful and kind. That might not mean much to some people but seeing a friendly place in an establishment is very refreshing. We especially enjoy the tube to wash or dogs as it makes it easier to clean them.

Fantastic experience: Just went there for the first time today since there aren't many places open on Sunday that offer self serve pet wash in Acworth. I and my two dogs were immediately greeted by one of the staff. She was extremely sweet even though we got there about an hour and ten minutes before closing. We called to confirm that it was ok to come in that late. (Baths can take about 45 minutes for our large dogs) My daughter and I went to work after being shown all that was provided with the bath. The soap dispenser sprays from the same hose you would use to rinse, making it extremely convenient and easy. Towels, brushes, aprons, soap, deodorant spray and cotton balls were all available to use. The soap dispenser had three soaps to choose from; mango tango, hypoallergenic and oatmeal. The dryer worked great and the employee checked on us often to see if we needed anything. There was a decent assortment of treats for the dogs (we always buy them some after baths). It was close to closing by then so I didn't ask about nail trims or anal gland expressing. We really liked how easy it was to use the self serve and they have self serve wash specials on Wednesdays making them only $8 per pup. We will definitely go there again. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Unbelievable place. We got Groupon because this place has a good rating on google. Don’t be fooled. My golden doodle got groomed there and they made deep cut where it is very close to skin and some so uneven. If you have a dog who doesn’t require simple I mean really simple grooming, don’t go there. Because Assumption of this falsifying reviews I attached pics. ( I couldn’t put full pic of my dog, I don’t want my dog to be embrassed) I am looking for new grooming place

Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful staff. The facility is great for washing and drying your pup. The staff will show you how to use everything. I love taking my English Cream Golden retriever there for his bath!

Fantastic experience: We love this store! They are really nice and knowledgeable. We get both dog and cat supplies. Also, our dog lets them trim her nails. We especially like the self serve washing room for bathing dogs. It is so much easier than bathing our dog in the tub. Visit them!

Negative experience: Not professional at all! Made an appointment and they changed ownership and never told me to bring in shot records.. wasted my time. Very inconsistent and I believe they gave my dog an ear infection the last visit so Idk why I was even giving them another try.. don’t go here, go across the street to Delightful Dog

Negative experience: I went to Earthwise today to give my 8lb 15 year old Maltese a bath. I had bought 3 baths for $30 a while back. The worker there said they were under new management and would call the manager to see what they could work out. She told me to go ahead and give my dog his bath. I gave my dog a bath (which was 5 min tops). When I was done, I was told that they would not honor the previous washes I had bought. And then charged me $15 for the bath!!! So I paid $45 to use their WATER! I even asked her if she could do it for $10 and she said no. I will never go back! That’s customer NO Service!!

Fantastic experience: I recently adopted a shelter dog . He is very scared of me leaving him and being with different people. I left him today at Earth Wise . He did great ! They made him feel comfortable and groomed him for me . They were very sweet and he felt comfortable ! I will be taking him back again !! Good job Earth Wise ;) Jayne Coleman

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Earthwise is amazing! They are so helpful and really worked with our anxious Golden to make sure she was comfortable and relaxed for her grooming appointment. All 3 of our dogs look, smell and feel wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We went for the self wash and left very happy with a clean dog. The tubs were larger than places we've used in the past with ramps for dogs who need them. They supplied 3 soaps, blow dryer, towels, conditioner spray, ear cleaner, and brushes. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We'll go again!

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! The store manager, Robert is always friendly and helpful and loves on my Pomeranian, Stout. Leota does an AMAZING job grooming him and makes sure to listen to exactly what you want. Stout looks perfect— a cleaned up version of himself and not like a little squirrel which is exactly what I had wanted! The store has a great selection of food, treats and raw products.

Fantastic experience: I went in to find a new dog food for my 2 dogs...I went to 2 other stores and by far the young lady I spoke with at EarthWise was the most knowledgeable. She walked me from display to display and explained in detail about each of the foods and the companies that produced them. I had been in before and had gotten great advise from the other staff (owners). It's clear these people care about animals and really make it a point to help customers! I love this place! Oh and I have brought my dogs in for baths and it was such a pleasant experience, its a relaxed environment and the dogs were so clam when I picked them up- FANTASTIC!!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family for the weekend and decided to stop in. I have an extremely picky 16 year old cat that has digestive issues. The girl that helped me took the time not only to recommend the right food but educated me on supplements, things I never knew exited. Long story short my cat is responding well. I wish I had a place like this where I live!

The staff was extremely nice (to me and Max) and they are really knowledgeable on the foods. They even gave Max some treats (he really love that). I was concern on how Max would like the raw food. Not worried about that anymore. I never seen him clean the bowl like that before.
