Fantastic experience: Chierstie gives THE most therapeutic massage I have ever had. She uses a technique called Myofascial release. I never heard of it before and was a little skeptical but it is so surprisingly effective for such little effort she puts into the massage! You can literally feel the tissues changing it's crazy! I went to see her when my back was locked up pretty bad and she released it with very little effort. I felt AMAZING after, like I could run a marathon. If you need to see someone about your back pain, I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been to many chiropractors over the years, but I will never go anywhere else but PPM again. The entire staff are the most professional and caring I've ever met and I highly recommend them. My husband and I drive an hour for our treatments and are glad to do it. My massage therapist Chierstie is a true healer as well with her expertise in her Myofascial release methods and techniques. Everyone here is a blessing and I'm so appreciative for all they do. Fantastic experience: Do you have back pain, neck pain, or needing fertility preparation!?! I do, and if you have never had a myofascial release massage, run to this place! Chierstie Braas is an absolute miracle worker. I have had many many massages in my life, and I always thought I loved firm pressure massage. It almost feels as if she's not even barely touching you. As she does different parts of your body, it will literally shift and fall into place. I could feel the tension in my neck being pulled away as she was working on my lower back. For me, it will take a couple of sessions, which I am more than happy about! I like to look at firm pressure massage as a band aid It does temporarily help the problem. If you're chronic sometimes you need a surgeon to help your body get back to how it should be. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Had a cool sculpting treatment done by Elisabeth a couple weeks ago and the whole experience was great. She made me as comfortable as she could and set realistic expectations. I’m already starting to see results and I couldn’t be happier! This is a great option for those who can’t take time off to have lipo done and want to be able to carry on with their daily lives right away. If you’re interested definitely go see her!

Even my kids love going there. The office staff is amazing too, which makes a huge difference. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing the worst neck and shoulder pain I had ever endured in my life. I promptly came to see Dr Smith. After assessing my situation he recommended I get an MRI. Upon that he knew I needed surgery. He immediately referred me to Dr Mark Giovinini and they both worked together to get me back to my normal life. Up until my surgery Dr Smith was there helping me every step of the way. Doing the best he could to keep my pain at a minimum until I got into surgery. I have been going to Pensacola Physical Medicine for adjustments for over 3 years and I am always treated like family and taken care of. Thank you Dr Smith for always taking care of my wife and I. P.S. always sit in the massage chair closest to the window!!!

Fantastic experience: Truthfully there are not enough words to describe this establishment and each one of the kind-hearted individuals working here. As long term patient I have grown very fond of everyone. I went in with a hopeful heart after attempting to self treat a reoccurring back issue that I never learned much about from my previous chiropractor and physical therapist. Little did I know that not only would I begin to improve, but I would learn more about what causes the issues as well as how to potentially prevent and even recover more quickly in the event of reoccurrence. Dr. Smith is by far the most kind and genuinely concerned provider I've worked with. Since beginning treatment with him, he has seen me through some great days and helped me through some not so great days where I wasn't always sure I was even improving. But even when struggling I always get a sense of comfort from the sheer positivity that permeates from a team who very clearly enjoys working together and loves what they do. From the moment you're greeted by Ms. Liz in the front and every moment after, you never feel like 'just a number.' Each visit is a new visit with the same genuine concern as when you start. Good chiropractic care is phenomenal and has opened my eyes to my own self alignment. Paired with the very knowledgeable Ms. Danielle, for massage therapy, I simply cannot imagine a better experience. It's all a process. It's a healing process, it's mindset shift, its a path of growth and there's no better option in the area to start the path than with Dr. Smith and his incredible team.
