Fantastic experience: Y’all I didn’t even work out and I lost 16 pounds and 3 percent body fat! If you need someone to encourage you and hold you accountable, this is the gym for you. Trevor is positive and easy to get along with, and the hybrid program is such a nice transition into living a healthier life! 10/10 recommended!!

Fantastic experience: This is equally a tough review to write and one that I couldn’t wait to get to. Words, and limited character space can never truly express the level of gratitude, and admiration that I have for Unleashed and it’s trainers. When I began my journey two months ago I was 135 lbs, and had a body fat percentage of 23%. My idea of a crunch was to grab the remote control without knocking my bowl of chips off my stomach. I had accepted that physical fitness just wasn’t in the cards for me. My self confidence had begun to decline, which is a bad thing when your career is based upon making others feel confident and beautiful. I was scrolling Facebook and seen an ad for the gyms six week challenge and was intrigued. It was close to my salon, and I’d be able to go before work. Best of all it claimed to be a FREE six week challenge. Now like all things in life nothing is truly free without a catch. The fee for the challenge could be returned to you as long as you followed the guidelines and met your goal. I had a choice to make and let me add nothing is a better motivator than putting some serious cash on the line. I decided both for my self esteem, and my health that this was a decision I had to make. I needed guidance, structure, and positive reinforcement. I had joined other gyms in the past with the best of intentions; I’d go for a few weeks and get burnt out both with having no clue what types of workouts I’d be doing, and having zero accountability, and training. A lot of gyms like to play the family card and claim to have a membership that is full of encouragement and friendship. Unleashed however doesn’t only claim it, they are. I’ve met so many wonderful and inspiring people outside of the trainers and that keeps me pushing to reach my next goal. There is people of all body types, and ages. Everyone always greets you, and helps encourage you when you’re feeling that burn and contemplating giving up. I would have never been so successful if it weren’t for people who have no idea how much they impacted me. I’m a researcher and after signing up I looked into just how reasonable 6% body fat loss on six weeks was. Needless to say the internet had me petrified I had just lost a lot of money. The average was 1% in 4 weeks. I needed a percent a week. I’m so very happy to say that it is more than possible. I followed the meal plan, never missed a workout, gave it 110% each time. Not only did I meet my initial goal, I surpassed it by double. As I type this review I’m currently down to 118 lbs, and a body fat % of 11.5. The meal plan was the hardest for me to change, yet has become a new way of life for me and my energy, and sleep have dramatically increased. Where I use to dread going to the gym I look forward to my early mornings and getting together with an extended family and pushing myself even further. If you’re looking to change your life, and truly willing to follow the advice from some amazing people I highly recommend Unleashed. They changed my life and I can never truly express my admiration for the family I’ve joined. This is one decision you will not regret!!!!

Fantastic experience: Whew... Where to start?! First of all big shout out to Deborah and Manny and Rafa for taking care of me!!! This was all you guys!!! 126lbs lost!!!This was my first 6 week challenge ever and I crushed it all thanks to God and the Unleashed family who strengthened me! I am forever grateful because this challenge not only cleansed my physical body but my mental, emotional, and spiritual aspect as well. They give you all the tools and encouraging, attentive support throughout the whole process. You just have to act on it. And now my health and the health of my family is positively impacted. No more prediabetes, no more high blood pressure, no more high cholesterol. All because I have been educated in a loving manner.

Fantastic experience: This place has the sweetest people and kindest trainers and they rock your weight off! It’s a great place to get pumped before work after work and learn how to start your journey on becoming a new you that you love. I do not attend anymore but if I wasn’t out of state I’d come back to them in a heart beat!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have had the pleasure of being apart of. I joined through the recommendation of a friend who was doing their 6 week challenge. It took me a bit to take it seriously and reach out, but what made me go in was not only the change in my friends physical appearance but by her change in mood. She seemed so much happier. No matter how hard workout kicked her hurt she always loved being there and saying how nice and genuine everyone was. So I decided to get in on the 6week challenge myself and I got a friend in on it too. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! From the owners Manny and Trevor to the amazing staff and trainers I have never felt more motivated to just be a better version of me. They truly care about you and what your end goal is, how you are doing through out. There is great accountability from staff and other members and you really get a sense of family with everyone looking out for you. Meal plans keep it easy and your workouts give a great full body workout. I was in a rut for a long time, I had a gym membership for another gym I hadn’t stepped foot in for almost a year even though I was still paying the monthly payments. But I learned to have an all new appreciation for being healthy as supposed to just trying to shed weight quick. I love to sleep in when I can but somehow I got hooked on the early morning classes so I feel pumped to start my day. If you have concerns about keeping up, don’t worry, you go at a pace comfortable for you but that still pushes you and modified movements if you have/had an injury. THESE PEOPLE REALLY CARE. I know a lot of people are skeptical about challenges, if people actually hit their goals or not. Well I used to be one of those skeptical people and I just finished my challenge and I surpassed my goal. I’M HERE TO TELL YOU, YOU CAN DO IT TOO. Try your luck or take a leap of faith and I promise you won’t regret it. They set you up for success because they want everyone to succeed in the most fun, positive and motivating ways. So anyone interested in this, try it and if you don’t want to do it alone, bring a friend! Nothing is impossible when the very word itself says I’m possible.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! The exercises are HIIT based group classes that everyone can accomplish. The gym is very clean and has well cared for equipment. It's in a small industrial suite and they have mostly free weights and resistance equipment like bands. I did their 6 week challenge and it really works! The 6 week challenge is you can choose: lose 6% and/or 25lbs. In 6 weeks. I was not a member before this. It does takes a lot of effort, but they help give you all the tools to succeed. They have the perfect balanced workouts throughout the week and can answer any questions, concerns, or help with emotions you have. I felt my whole body get stronger and leaner. I have a injury to my ankle and all the trainers modified every workout, without sacraficing the workout objective. If you want a truly passionate, caring, positive skilled team of trainers this is the gym for you!

It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are the workouts will always be challenging and the trainers are always looking at your form to make sure you won’t get hurt. Positive experience: Great small gym. Friendly staff. Family orientated. Just extremely over priced , they are trying to charge the same as orange theory fitness. Great place but there are other gyms that charge a third of the price and you get way more. I would have joined, had it been a like 50 less a month. Im experienced in these kind of gyms. It just wasnt worth quite that much. If i was willing to pay that much i would join orange theory. But still a great place a great workout.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of "fitness classes", I've always been a free weights kinda guy. My wife, who looks amazing, has been coming here for years and finally talked me into trying it for two weeks in support of the hurricane victims. This is a great workout! I actually enjoyed the workout and the instructors are detailed in explaining each movement and the proper technique. I am still not a fan of fitness classes but I am a fan of cross-fit and Unleashed Strength!

Fantastic experience: OK I came here 2 years ago and did an intro class I was impressed then but just couldn't make the commitment, life! Now I've been back and I took my third class today. Just have to say amazing! From the friendliness of owners and staff to the friendliness of their members, the encouragement, the follow through and the training is far beyond anything I've ever experienced before. I have to say if you are looking for an actual gym to join definitely spend your money here it's worth every cent. It's not just in the gym training but goes beyond that outside of the gym. Follow up text messages, follow up messages on Facebook, they're holding you accountable and they want to make sure that you're making the changes outside the gym not just inside when you're there. Come here, take a class....heck even tell them I referred you, you won't regret it at all. Ps. Did I mention they support the community as well, fundraising and currently helping victims that have been struck by hurricane Harvey. They are definitely going to be like family. Pss. They are taking donations like diapers, canned food things of that nature because they have a member actually driving out on Friday morning to Texas to give all these items if you want to donate anything like this please bring it by, by tomorrow night. AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: Unleashed Strength is awesome! They have a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere where not only the staff, but other members motivate you to accomplish your goals. The staff knows everyone by name. At every class they emphasize challenging yourself, getting a good workout, and safety at all times. I've been a member for a year and I'm 100% satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I have been one of those people that would purchase a gym membership but in the end I don't end up going and just end up sponsering the gym. This gym on the other has motivate me to get up and go. All the trainers are great they really want to see you succeed on what ever goal you have. They very welcoming, energetic, and over all helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was first introduced to the people of Unleashed Stregth Gym by a friend, we went on a hike with some trainers & gym go-ers. I was impressed with the people first, then decided to check out USG. I fell in love with the training, the facility & the trainers. They are all so interested in your goals & current abilities, they have the knowledge to help you improve your physique, health, eating habits and mental well being. I've never met more personable trainers in my life and the gym goers are amazing also, I felt like "one of them" from the beginning. Everyone is an encourager here, no bad vibes. On my own exercising for years I had lost my motivation for 2 years, I got bored, lazy & out of shape! USG has renewed my desire to be fit. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: 5 weeks into it and the workouts have been intense but rewarding. I think the true benfit from this gym besides the workouts are the accountabilty to commit to the diet and healthy lifestyle. Lots of positive attitudes from the trainers to the other members. Once you get your "what, why and stuggles" on paper this gym will help you reach your goals. Signed up for the 18 month program and i cant wait to see who ive become for my growing family! Manny, Trevor, Alex, and Rata are there for you every step of they way.

Fantastic experience: Take a chance I came upon Unleashed Strength Gym one day through Facebook. Naturally, I did what any normal person would do and I checked them out on every social media platform I could find them on. After much consideration, I decided to take a leap of faith on this gym and I am so thankful that I did. From that very first call I received from Trevor, to scheduling and even rescheduling my first workout (work and nerves played a part on my having to reschedule) the trainers were patient, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. All the nerves I felt about joining went completely away, and I have been getting the best workouts ever since. If by chance you do have some sort of injury, or your level of endurance is quite low, the trainers will modify the exercises in a way that will not only ease the pain but also allow you to get the best workout as possible. With an amazing support group from the staff and members, going to the gym has never been a drag or a bore. Take the leap of faith on Unleashed Strength Gym, it's amazing trainers and staff; Sheri, Alex, Rafa, Trevor and Manny. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I love it here at Unleashed Strength Gym!! All of the trainers and owners care very much for their clients, always making sure you see results. If you have injuries or other limitations they'll give you exercises to work around them. They'll push you farther then what you thought you could do while still keeping an eye on you to prevent injuries as much as possible. Form is key! Everyone at the gym is supportive and encouraging. They really make you feel like you're a part of a community, a family, which is the best part to me. I highly recommend you try them out, but be warned, you'll be hooked! They're attitude is contagious, but in the best way of course.

Fantastic experience: Unleashed is awesome my wife and I always get a great workout and there instructors and wonderful Alex and Rafa are great! We are getting results and we have been there for 6 weeks and have lost a combined 35 pounds. They have many class times so finding one that suits you well will be easy. Owners Trevor and Manny are great they are usually present if you need anything. I would recommend Unleashed to everyone it's a great place!

Fantastic experience: I've known Manny and Trevor for about a decade now, they trained me to get ready for college ball and to keep me in shape in the off season. I took a break after college and they welcomed me back with open arms. I trust these guys 100% when it comes to my health and fitness. They continue to show me love and support after all these years. Like they prepared me for college athletics, they are now preparing me for the police academy. There is no other gym like Unleashed Strength. Nothing but love for these amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Manny since I was a freshman in high school playing football and even in college. These guys care about your well being and pushing you to your full potential. I just recently started working out again after a football injury and they always have an alternative workout ready for me when my injury starts to flare up. I trust the Unleashed staff 100% when it comes to my best interest.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym since April and I can honestly say that I am a changed person. A couple months before I joined, I was so upset and constantly negative about the way I looked. I heard about this gym through a friend and the moment I walked in I knew I was making the best decision. All the trainers and leaders there are such AMAZING and SUPPORTIVE people. They aren't like other gyms that just want to take your money and only see you as number but once you walk through the door you are greeted with a hug and asked how everything's going. It's just awesome! It is how June and I started weighing in at 164 pounds and in the last couple months I have gone down to 146 it has felt amazing. You have all this constant support and family feeling from the other people at the gym. My confidence and self esteem has risen and it feels great knowing that they do charities every month so not only are you working out for yourself but also to help out in a different cause! I recommend this gym for everyone it is simply one of the greatest investment you will ever make for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Found this place almost a year ago through a Groupon deal. Researched it a little and realized my old personal trainer from LA Fitness that I went to nearly 8 years ago was the co-owner. Knowing how great he was and what good shape I was in back then decided to try out the Groupon deal. Near one year later I'm 30lbs down and still dropping. Nothing about gyms is easy, nor is anything a sure deal, takes a lot or work and discipline, and that is exactly what this gym helps teach. They help keep you motivated to show up to the workouts, but using social media like Facebook they keep in touch with you and encourage involvement to help you be accountable with your nutrtions and outside gym activities. Also Rafa and Alex are awesome trainers that can always offer a substitution exercise in case of lack of strength or injury.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a safe, comfortable, inviting, challenging, and uplifting environment to grow both mentally and physically, Unleashed Strength Gym is the place for you. The staff is incredibly invested in each and every person, and the people are great. They do a great job modifying each exercise to benefit various body types and capabilities. I personally enjoyed the way they orchastrate their group classes. Additionally, they support each client and truly care about his or her success. Fantastic experience: Unleashed strength gym is been so great you get a Great workout from Rafael on full body workout and Monday and Wednesday Alex ,they both great trainer and have to come see and do it to experience your self...it a Great gym.

Fantastic experience: I work out with Rafe every Thursday night and he makes sure to bring it every week. Every work out is killer and he is very supportive and informative. Unleashed cares about their community and treats everyone like family.

Fantastic experience: Went to the 6pm class this evening as a guest of my daughter. The staff here is so friendly and treat you like family. I have not worked out in a very long time. At the age of 63 with a couple of bad knees and shoulder, Manny was able to modify all the exercises to fit my needs. I never felt like I had to keep up with anyone else, just worked at my own pace. This was a wonderful experience! Since it is Valentine's Day we got a special surprise at the end of class. We had to close our eyes and wait until we could open them. When we did, there was "Cupid" with long stem red roses to hand out to each person and there was a bunch of rose petals all over the floor. Thank you guys for a great evening!

Fantastic experience: Manny, Trevor and Alex are amazing trainers! They have so much to offer and make me feel that I can achieve my goals. I have been attending the gym for 10 months, lost 32 lbs and many inches. They are kind, genuine, thoughtful, and very positive people. These are the kind of people that I look forward to seeing when I work out, no matter how grumpy I get. :) They have become my extended family and I will always appreciate their hard work and efforts they put into my life. Fantastic experience: I just started coming to Unleashed about a week or two ago and I absolutely LOVE it. Alex, Manny, and Trevor are all so personable and they will do close to anything to get you in and get you started working towards your goals. They continue to push you through your workouts and make sure that you have the correct form throughout it all while telling you how awesome your doing. The other members of the gym are just as nice and welcoming. I've had a few members say things like 'You did great today!'. It's definitely very motivating!! The workouts are intense but just the right amount of time to get you in and out while still feeling like you kicked butt. I definitely recommend coming and checking it out if you're looking to improve your physical health.

Not only would she go to the gym 3 times a week but also go to functions outside of the gym like the beach with all their members. The trainers/ owners also know all their clients personally and their families which brings a family environment to the gym. I recommend everyone who reads this to at least try this gym. Their unique style of group training, support and encouragement gives me the motivation to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Unleashed is not an ordinary gym as you are truly treated like family. The vibe is energetic and you instantly feel the camaraderie amongst the group. They provide all the necessary tools for you to successfully obtain your fitness goals; whether it be fat loss, muscle definition, endurance training or weight loss. They provide meal plans, grocery shopping tours, and meal preparation classes to ensure clients understand the importance of "eat to live...not live to eat". Another great thing is they organize events for clients and their families; such as a seasonal potluck, challenging hikes, movie night, feeding the homeless, and raising funds and/or awareness for several charities. Unleashed Strength is by far the best gym in the Inland Empire with the most amazing trainers in the business. Manny and Trevor changed my life and continue to inspire me on a daily basis.
