Fantastic experience: You must have your cortisol checked if you have a history of trauma, anxiety, fatigue, or depression. I had been working with a trauma specialist counselor for 3 years and was having great results. Life threw me another curve ball. Every morning I would wake up with my hands trembling, severe depression, fatigue and anxiety - by noon the trembling and depression was gone. The next morning, same thing....like Groundhog Day (the movie)! Medication was not helping. My counselor suggested having my cortisol checked. Wow - Dr. Baxter's testing revealed my cortisol was off the charts. I started his treatment and within 6 weeks - no trembling, depression/anxiety gone. I still have some fatigue but Dr. Baxter said it will take around 6 months for my cortisol level to be normal. Looking forward to having energy again :)

Fantastic experience: We've been fighting for answers about our son's health since he was 6 months of age. We saw specialists, nutritionists, PCPs, etc. He has a fairly complex case, and we were searching for answers to his symptoms. We were uncertain if his symptoms were correlated to food allergies, illness, infection, or another medical condition as his immune system is weak. Dr. Brett Baxter was able to guide us in some lab work to determine some answers. At 10 years of age, we finally are reaching back out to Western Medicine to try and get an official diagnosis, but we would have never had a platform to return to Western Medicine without the work of Dr. Baxter. In the past year or so, we have been very pleased with the puzzle pieces that Dr. Baxter has helped us to put together. By working together with us and Western Medicine, we can say our son is able to function and feel better than he probably has felt his entire life. Fantastic experience: By far the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. Joseph Vannicola was incredible. Very thorough. My neck was incredibly sore for days and him adjusting me helped so much. Not fully recovered but I’m back to about 75% after one appointment.

Fantastic experience: My son is 16. Over the summer he became ill and was diagnosed with viral pneumonia. His liver enzymes were extremely elevated and also diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome, an autoimmune disease. We went to Dr. Baxter for a second opinion as to how to treat his diagnosis. After 6 weeks on the supplements, his liver enzymes are back to normal, decreasing by 300%. He was retested for autoimmune antibodies and the test came back negative. We will continue to trust Dr. Baxter and his excellent care.

Fantastic experience: After battling IBS symptoms for years, joint pain, insomnia, and menopause hormone issues, I went down to see Dr. Baxter instead of going on therapy that an OB/GYN ordered. After doing several tests and getting those results, I have to say after a few months and now several months later I feel more energetic and just all around better. Fantastic experience: After more than a year of working with Children's Mercy to help my daughter who had been dealing with unexplained reflux and vomiting daily, we saw no improvement. We had ran through all options of tests and prescription medicines, and as a mother I felt hopeless and lost as to how to help my daughter. By God's providence, a friend told me how she had great success seeing Dr. Baxter, so I got my daughter scheduled for a consultation. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Baxter has been outstanding. I injured myself at work and had a herniated disc in my lower back. I literally had to lay down flat for a week and could hardly walk the 2nd week. By the 3rd week, Dr. Baxter had me both mobile and hopeful that I would find normalcy again. He performed the McKenzie method on my back several times and taught me some breathing techniques and exercises. Fantastic experience: After some failed self guided and professionally guided trial and error attempts to diagnose months of gut problems, I was recommended treatment from Dr. Baxter by a friend. I am feeling much better now thanks to his work. Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with stomach problems for about 7 years and never had any solid answer until I scheduled an appointment with Dr Baxter. I had seen doctors before but every one of them wanted to go straight to lactose intolerant or celiac or IBS. I knew that what I had didn't have anything to do with food but no doctor could confirm that until I saw Dr. Baxter. Fantastic experience: I have struggled with major gut issues for over 5 years Thank God for my sister-in-law, who recommended Dr. Brett Baxter! I was a patient of a major medical facility for over three years. After extensive tests, & surgeries, they suggested counseling. Mayo would not take me as my previous facility had already exhausted all testing that they could do for me. I was pretty hesitant that Dr. Baxter could find something no one else had. Fantastic experience: Dr. Baxter is a LIFE SAVER. I have had insane stomach issues my entire adult life and I have seen a variety of doctors for 20 years trying to crack the case of my stomach. I've been diagnosed (then undiagnosed) with a wild amount of potential issues. Everything from "your pancreas is failing" to "oh, it's just stress - see a therapist." Over the years, I've had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, MRIs, CT Scans, depressing amount of blood work and an ungodly amount of "Trial and Error" with medications to try to figure this thing out. Until my friend suggested Dr. Baxter, I never had answers. I assumed I would be eating the BRAT diet the rest of my life and would never get to indulge in red wine or spicy foods again. Dr. Baxter and his team ran some very easy tests (done at the comfort of my own home!) and they found some interesting things about my digestive system - things that no one else could find over the last 20 years of appointments, tests, procedures. He put me on some of their functional medicine and within two months, I'm completely healed. I no longer wake up multiple times in the night having to run to the restroom and get ill. I can eat without having to run to the restroom right afterwards or being afraid of eating anything while I'm out in public in fear I won't be able to get to a restroom fast enough. Fantastic experience: I can't express enough thankfulness for Dr. Baxter and the help that Nichols Chiropractic provided me - it has been completely life-changing for me. For years, I struggled a lot with anxiety and stomach issues. In 2022 early summer, the struggle reached a pinnacle and I felt completely debilitated (nausea, anxiety, depression). I didn't know how things would change. I already had received help from Dr. Baxter in the past, and decided to take advice and try out the Neurofeedback program, even though I wasn't convinced about it. Long story short, doing the Neurofeedback therapy (as well as taking certain supplements that blood tests showed my brain was lacking in, and becoming aware of a possible gluten issue) changed my life. The brain map showed that my brain waves were not functioning correctly at normal state in regard to anxiety, and this was corrected through the program. I highly recommend giving Neurofeedback a chance, and at least looking into it if you struggle with anxiety and can't seem to experience lasting change. This last year (since September of 2022) has been the best year of my life and it is unbelievable how much my brain has changed. I have newfound lasting peace of mind and a true lack of OCD anxiety type state of mind that I used to experience often. I truly believe that in addition to the help of Dr. Baxter, counseling was crucial as well. Seeing a good counselor is very important and very helpful. My relationship with my family, friends, and most of all Jesus has been incredibly impactful and are the reason for the miraculous change I have experienced. I have never known this way of thinking until this past year, since September of 2022. Fantastic experience: January 2023 to July 2023. 6 months and 33 pounds. Balanced hormones, liver enzymes within optimal range, better sleep, more energy… The list goes on. After finding Dr. Baxter my entire life has changed in just 6 short months. When I first began on this journey, I was suffering. After 8 years of infertility and unexplained weight gain I was too embarrassed for my photo to be taken. I had gained 55 pounds in less than a year. I was barely eating and still gaining. I felt overwhelmed by my weight and I just felt helpless. I met with Dr. Baxter for the first time in March. He told me his thoughts on what was going on with my body, but wanted to do some comprehensive test to confirm his suspicions. When we received my tests back, he was spot on. I had PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome), my liver enzymes were elevated, my hormones were all over the place, and I had a yeast overgrowth in my gut (explaining the sugar cravings). He came up with a plan that included a liver cleanse, supplements, and a low carb diet to help manage the symptoms of PCOS. Carbs were my favorite food group so I knew those would be difficult for me to give up. But with the help of my husband, a drive to feel better and look better, and a hope to finally conquer my infertility issues that I had been struggling with for years, I doubled down and began the low carb journey. I was able to find so many low carb swaps and recipes online and able to change my shopping habits so that we would only have healthy low carb options available to us in our home. I had a great support system that encouraged me daily, and a partner who wanted to lose weight as well. We both felt so much better after just 2 weeks of eating this way. Now here we are 6 months later and still losing, feeling great, and my labs are showing so much improvement! I am no longer suffering. I am thriving. I don't hesitate for photos now and when I compare pictures from then to now I cannot believe the difference! The hard work has paid off. We are still on our fertility journey, but our hope has been restored and we are so excited to continue on this journey with Dr. Baxter!

Fantastic experience: I had been battling weekly migraines for almost 3 years when my parents introduced me to Dr. Abby Moore. She worked on my neck and shoulder area, gave me some AMAZING neck cracking action, and I haven't had a migraine in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of bloating, gut issues and skin issues. Every time I ate, I would feel discomfort. Through testing and treatment Dr. Baxter helped me feel normal again. Fantastic experience: My son struggles/struggled with ADD. He is a very bright boy, but could not focus long enough to even write his spelling words. After not having success in first grade, and being tested for other learning disabilities and no learning disabilities found, we were at a loss of how to help our son succeed. Truly, as a “last ditch effort” to avoid putting him on medication, we saw Dr. Baxter. He not only identified dietary issues but also encouraged us to try neurofeedback with him. After about 5 sessions, we had a whole new child educationally. His grades improved drastically(failing to B’s). He could complete his homework. He actually finally enjoyed reading! After the complete 20 sessions we had others telling us the differences they saw as well. He was calmer, more focused, and was so pleased with himself because he was finally having positive successes! If you have a child having similar struggles, I would highly recommend Dr. Baxter. Fantastic experience: I cannot express how happy I am with Nichols Chiropractic! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and I was constantly put on medications by rheumatologists that made my symptoms worse. Within weeks of starting my functional medicine protocol with Dr. Baxter, my fibromyalgia symptoms went away. I finally feel like myself again. If you need answers, go see them!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Baxter's approach to healing! The thorough labs and individualized program Dr. Baxter developed for me using diet and supplements resolved not only the problem that conventional medicine couldn't help, but also resolved decades-old problems that I assumed were unfixable. I was literally vomiting every single day and eating had become so painful. Stress would cause my gut to become bloated and painful. The staff are helpful and caring. 8 weeks under Dr Baxters's recommendations and I feel 100% better than I have felt in years.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Baxter as a bit of a last resort after 6 frustrating months of terrible G.I. issues. I dropped a couple thousand dollars, went to 2 different G.I. specialists, and was poked and prodded in numerous different ways, only to be prescribed P.P.I.s and told I have "functional dyspepsia" and that it might get better or worse or stay the same. During this ordeal I lost 25 pounds, because I couldn't eat and looked emaciated. Dr. Baxter was confident he could help, ran a few tests, and informed me that my guts were messed up in about 12 different ways. After 6 months of tests and shoulder shrugs, I was incredibly happy to have someone tell me there was something wrong and it was fixable. We adjusted my diet, came up with a treatment plan, and in about a month I had regained most of my weight (again, a good thing because I was under 5% body fat by the time Dr. Baxter got ahold of me) and was back to eating a somewhat normal diet. After 2 months I felt back to normal, if not better than my prior "normal". I'm happy to report I have returned to taco Tuesday and can even wash them down with a margarita. We've still got a ways to go, but I'm excited to continue to work with Dr. Baxter to get the rest of my issues squared away and possibly find a new "normal" after a lifetime of dealing with G.I. issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baxter's expertise and skill in functional medicine is top notch. I started working with him toward the beginning of this year with gut health, anxiety, and sleep issues. From the initial consult he already knew what could be going on, ordered tests to confirm it, and from there we started treating the root cause of the symptoms with supplementation. Fantastic experience: Last fall I was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease called IBM. It causes weakness in the muscles caused by inflammation which also brings on fatigue. I also have had a history of depression. I have tried several roads for my depression and fatigue. TMS has helped with the depression but not with the extreme fatigue I have been experiencing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Baxter is the best!!! It may sound cliche but he truly gave me my life back! Functional medicine is the real deal and he knows his stuff. I developed chronic fatigue syndrome (at least my GP was starting to call it that) after having mono almost two years ago. I just never recovered from the fatigue and brain fog that went with mono. It was BAD!! I couldn't work or do much of anything except lay in bed or take short walks around the house. I had no life and felt awful all the time. My GP ran a few tests after 7 months but it showed nothing out of the ordinary. They had no idea how to help me. A friend then referred me to Dr. Baxter and I am so, so glad he did. The tests Dr. Baxter gave me revealed multiple problems, so he started me on a multi-step treatment plan to improve my health. I was ecstatic when I began to notice improvement. It did take a while because I had a lot of issues to fix, but I've improved so much in the last 10 months. I wouldn't say I'm 100% back to normal yet but we're still working on things and I'm planning on returning to work in August, which is a huge step for me. I continue to improve all the time. I believe now that I will eventually be even better than my previous "normal". I've had medication sensitivities for a long time but I've been able to tolerate most of the supplements he has given me. Also, Dr. Baxter and all the office staff are always so kind, patient and thorough whenever I go in. It's a great atmosphere, and you get actual TIME with the "doc"! I want to add I am not putting down my doctors or traditional medicine. I think they do a great job with many things, but functional medicine fills a hole that many people are looking for. If you have any sort of chronic illness, whether doctors can identify it or not, functional medicine can likely help. It is based on science and often-times uses more current, newer tests that haven't made their way to conventional doctors' offices yet. Fantastic experience: Dr. Baxter's expertise in the functional medicine field has been a god-send for our family. I first went as a patient myself 18 months ago and was immediately given answers to issues I had for years, with no resolution from my regular family doctor or ENT specialist. Fast forward, my son was experiencing numerous issues that compounded and needed quick resolution. Again, family doctors shrugged it off so I talked to Dr. Baxter and he immediately named a few things he thought may be occurring with my son. After a couple quick tests we had found out there were three major issues that needed quick resolution. Dr. Baxter treated our son (and continues to do so) and it has been life-changing for him. His energy levels have increased, he is much happier, no embarrassing accidents, and persistent pain that plagued him is GONE. Better yet, it's all been done without antibiotics or pharmaceutical grade medicine. My husband and I are now better informed of how we need to help our son in the future and what issues we need to look for. I cannot thank him enough! Fantastic experience: So amazing! I am 14, and every day that I can remember I have felt sick and exhausted. I was missing one to two days of school every single week. I've been to multiple doctors, and gone to children's mercy many times and no one could figure out exactly what was going on. A friend recommended us to doctor Baxter, so we decided to try it, and on the first visit he told me exactly what he thought was going wrong and exactly how he planned to fix it. After taking several tests and confirming his suspicions, he put me on a vitamin regimen. Within a few months, I finally feel normal again, and am able to actually enjoy my life. 10/10 recommend. Fantastic experience: When I first sought help through Nichols Chiropractic I had a variety of symptoms including anxieties, inability to lose weight, and stomach pains/bloating. I began treatment a little over two months ago, and in just this short time I have seen such amazing and transformative results! Dr. Baxter has been more than helpful during every visit; he always listens to every concern, taking every “piece of the puzzle” into consideration. Instead of masking the pain or treating things individually, he linked everything together, finding the root of the problem and found the deeper meaning of the symptoms. After initially determining what my underlying health problems were, I was given a personalized protocol to follow that was straightforward. The results have been noticeable not only by me but also my friends and family. I have finally seen my weight going down, without being too restrictive like I have been in my previous (futile!) attempts to lose weight. Also very noticeable is the mental clarity and an overall sense of calm I have been experiencing for the first time in awhile. Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Nichols Chiropractic is amazing. I first came to see Dr. Valerie Gascon because my pelvis and hips were messed up after giving birth, and I was experiencing a lot of low back pain postpartum. She helped me so much with both. I was completely pain free after a couple months. Both I and my daughter have continued to see her for maintenance care, and she referred me to Dr. Brett Baxter for additional treatments. He helped me so much with supplements and neurofeedback treatments. I’ve also seen Dr. Abby Moore as backup when Dr. Gascon has been out of the office, and received fantastic care. She even found us a new chiropractor in South Korea, where we are moving! The whole staff has become like family to us. There’s always someone happy to help watch my daughter (now 2.5... she grew up here!) while I’m being treated. We will really miss this place. I can honestly say I’ve received the best, most comprehensive care here. (And even made some friends)

Fantastic experience: I heard about Neuro Feedback from my daughter and then was referred to Dr. Baxter from my therapist for the anxiety issues I was living with and I’m so thankful I went through with the treatments. Dr. Baxter and his staff are very friendly and welcoming to their patients and the results I got have changed the way I feel on a daily basis. Before the treatments my anxiety was affecting me daily with poor sleep, daily dizziness and anxiety during certain events. I’m happy to say I am sleeping better, the dizziness is GONE and certain events that gave me anxiety have improved a great deal. I would highly recommend this to anyone dealing with anxiety and doing the treatments with Dr. Baxter.

Fantastic experience: I was searching for something to help my children with some issues and discovered neurofeedback sessions (clear mind) through Nichols chiropractic. In doing so I decided to go ahead and get myself mapped as well. I began treatments and within 8 or 10 sessions I felt some changes...after 20 I can say I felt better than I have in a long time! I have more energy, much more motivation , less irritability, and all around better emotionally as well as physically. Side note..the practitioner is very genuine and kind as well as knowledgeable . The office managers are also wonderful!! I have and would recommend this treatment to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Joe for over a year now. He has helped me avoid costly surgery, and reduced my intense sciatica pain from an old sports injury to practically nothing. I live over an hour away in a different town, but I still drive the whole way just to visit him. It is worth the trip.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baxter is amazing! Since seeing him, I have been able to cut my thyroid meds in half, I have more energy and mental focus, not to mention lower cholesterol and healthy blood sugar levels. My hubby decided to see him after the VA diagnosed him with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and wanted to put him on cholesterol meds. His labs also showed he was diabetic. After 9 months of seeing Dr. Baxter, his cholesterol is 160, his blood sugar is at healthy levels, his non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is gone, and he’s lost over 50 pounds, it has just melted off! We cannot sing the praises of Dr. Baxter enough! If you want to take control of your health, he’s the doctor to see!

Fantastic experience: When I first met with Dr. Baxter, I wouldn’t have thought that I was candidate for treatment by Functional Medicine. After all, I was doing everything right. I am a fit, healthy person with consistent sleep, nutrition and exercise regimen. My cholesterol, blood pressure, & BMI were all in a healthy range, but something just didn’t feel right. I couldn’t concentrate, I was extremely fatigued, and essentially felt like a zombie about halfway through the day. It was impacting my work and my home life. Brett walked me through a questionnaire and offered me feedback that day about what he thought might be going on, and then prescribed me with lab testing to verify what was going on with my body. Once I received the results, I was happily surprised that his initial feedback was right on with what the lab results were saying. Fast forward 6 months and I am feeling back to the way I felt years ago. My mental acuity is as sharp as ever, I have energy all day, I am recovering from workouts faster and just generally feel great. Brett is highly knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and is very personable. He explained all the lab work in great detail, and explained the inter-dependency between hormones, the nervous system and over health. I cannot recommend his services enough. Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe is very thorough and realistic with his medical treatment plan. I saw him for foot and elbow pain and we saw improvement within the first 2 treatments (1 week). He provides at home exercises so that you can help yourself as well. He put my needs first by accommodating my baby while I was in treatment sessions. Negative experience: Decided to go somewhere else, was told we would have to pay upfront to be seen after a car accident because they don't like sending bills to insurance companies, "because honesty they don't like to pay us sometimes" so we would have to pay then go after the money ourselves. What a rotten practice. Nothing says "we're in this for the money and could care less about patients" than that.

Fantastic experience: I was a skeptic of chiropractors and, for 25 years, had always found a way to "fix" my back on my own. Usually, the pain just got better over time, until I'd aggravate it again. But, this past summer, my back didn't get better, so I finally (reluctantly) accepted my friend's recommendation to visit Dr. Nichols, and I am so glad I did. Fantastic experience: Recently, I injured my back during a workout. The inflammation & pain was terrible (actually went to the ER at first). After a lot of pain meds, I realized that I needed to fix something deeper than the medication would mask alone. I went to Nichols Chiropractic. I was able to quit all the meds within a very short time. They helped not only with the pain, but as an athlete, they also helped me understand what needed to be done to help prevent the pain from coming back again. I'd not hesitate to recommend them fully! Fantastic experience: I have been having back problems for years. I finally couldn't take it anymore when by back went out, so I reluctantly went to see a chiropractor. My insurance hooked me up with Nichols Chiropractic. I was seen by Dr. Nichols himself. He explained what was going on with my back and went through a treatment program with me. He even discusses stretching and other lifestyle changes that will help my back condition. At first I saw him weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly. But with his help, slowly but surely my pain went away and my back got better. Dr. Nichols is always professional and polite every time I see him. Fantastic experience: I am 65 and walking proof that chiropractic care (along with some stretching) can relieve debilitating back and leg pain and give a person back an active life. Approximately 2 years ago, I began receiving regular treatments from Dr. Nichols for chronic back and leg pain that was seriously affecting my lifestyle - limiting my walking, gardening, and grandmothering. Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with Nichols Chiropractic. My problem was with my jaw. I've had TMJ for years and it kept getting worse. My jaw would always click when I'd open my mouth wide or yawn. Eventually my ear kept feeling like it was full. It was driving me crazy. That is when I decided I needed to do something. I had never been to a Chiropractor before. It was a great decision to give it a try. Dr. Nichols has helped me to feel so much better. And he was great at explaining the whole process. Fantastic experience: My experience with Nichols Chiropractic was terrific. I had never been to a chiropractor before and Dr. Nichols and his staff helped me through the whole process. I did not have a lot wrong but continued to have soreness and discomfort. After two sessions I felt better than I had in years.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, I'm 26 years old and I consider myself as a very active person. I love to play sports, lift weights/workout, and pretty much do anything outdoors. However, for the last ten months, I've been suffering from chronic neck pain (stage one arthritis, degenerative disc disease (ddd), and bone spurs) caused by an injury while training on-duty. This literally has driven me into a state of frustration and self-pity. My quality-of-life has been significantly degraded. I’ve been living like a lamb. I haven't been able to do anything I enjoy- playing sports, working-out, reading, writing, basically anything that could potentially elicit more pain or possibly exacerbate my condition. All of this being said, I sought the following treatments over the course of ten months: physical therapy, dry-needle therapy, medication, and steroid injections, all of which rendering no success. I pretty much believed that due to the ineffectiveness of the treatments, I will forever live my life with debilitating neck pain. However, this all changed two weeks ago, after my first visit with Dr. Nichols. He identified something that no other physician or doctor was able to. He then administered a course of action that he believed would be of great help to me. Just after four visits with Dr. Nichols, only one term can appropriately describe my progress “life-changing”. I significantly have much less pain. I am now confident and optimistic that I will recover from this agony. I actually went to the gym four times within the last two weeks without incurring additional pain. I am able to sleep now and it doesn’t feel like “death” when I get out of bed. I have nothing other to say than thank you to Dr. Nichols for reviving me physically, mentally, and most importantly, spiritually. Yes, this sounds corny; I know this, but, I don’t care. I am excited that I’m getting my life back!

Fantastic experience: Let me first start by saying I had never been to a chiropractor. I was referred by my dentist for jaw pain and frequent popping and fatigue- that lead to infrequent head aches. I put up with it for months thinking it was a jawbone or bite issue, but after determining I had none of those problems Dr. Remsing told me about Dr. Nichols. She described what great success her patients had with his chiropractic care. After one treatment I felt immediate relief! I did not require x rays, daily treatments, herbal teas or salts like you hear other chiropractors prescribe. Just muscle manipulation around my neck and jaw and after third treatment, spread over a two week period, I can honestly say I am 95% better. The office is in a great location, wonderfully appointed and the staff are the best! Thank you Dr. Nichols!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nichols is either a genius or a magician. I had been having problem with my eye glasses for about two years. Whenever I tried new glasses I had severe ache towards the back of my head close to the ears. This pain then traveled to my neck and shoulders, which made it very uncomfortable. As a result of that I had been using my old glasses and feeling very frustrated for not being able to use new glasses. Eventually,I decided to get an appointment with Dr. Nichols. On the very first meeting he recognized the problem and told me that he can fix. This was followed by about a month of hand and vibrator massage of my head, neck and shoulders. After a few visits he asked me to wear my new glasses for short durations and increase the time gradually. I did that and there was no pain. Now I wear my new glasses and don't have any pain. All this without a single pain medicine!! During the treatment, I found Dr. Nichols to be very friendly and genuinely concerned about my health. He made the whole process very comfortable. I will definitely visit him if I have any future problems. I would like to give him my strong recommendation.

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice with very personable doctors and staff. I am a triathlete with a full time career and two kids. I have used them for general chiropractic alignments, active release on my plantar fascitis, and stimulation on an injured shoulder. With a busy life, I tend to injure myself and this is the first place I head to when I am injured. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had been having tension headaches and TMJ problems for years (probably at least 10 years or more). I had gotten to the point I was taking Excedrin almost daily, laying on a heating pad every night with horrible headaches, lack of sleep, etc. and was unable to take the pain any longer. I consulted my dentist and an orthodontist and a friend who is a MD to ask what I should do to relieve my pain. All suggested I give Dr. Nichols a try. I have always enjoyed going to a chiropractor, but was skeptical of having to go multiple times and spend a lot of money thinking there was no way that could relieve my problems. I am so happy I listened to the advice I was given. I went to Dr. Nichols, learned from XRays that my spine had lost its curvature, he got me on a schedule for adjustments and traction therapy to help move my spine back to its normal curved position. After going through a short period of these visits (4 weeks) and a bit of follow up, I can happily say my pain is gone! I occasionally will still get headaches, but can always attribute them to poor posture while at work that day. The devotion of time to go to the appointments and the little bit of money that it cost was well worth the investment. I feel better than I have in years! Thanks Dr. Nichols!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this business enough. The service is professional, timely, efficient, thorough, and better than any previous chiropractor I have ever been to, no exceptions. The office staff is friendly, knows you by name, and is happy to assist with any questions you have. I came to Dr. Nichols with extreme neck and shoulder pain/tightness that I had for years due to a previous accident. This neck and shoulder pain would cause severe migraines that would often limit everyday activities. I had tried other chiropractors in town, but after repeated treatments the pain/migraines would always come back. After my first treatment with Dr. Nichols, I knew the treatment would be lasting. Dr. Nichols took the time to ask questions, explain the procedure, and assure that I felt comfortable with the adjustments to be made. After recommending a short series of treatments, (all that were necessary) I now am pain/migraine free and can enjoy everyday activities and sports which were previously limited. I am a very active person who enjoys all kinds of athletic activity. Part of this activity includes lots of running that typically results in tight muscles through the lower back and hip areas. Through Dr. Nichols recommendation of Traction Therapy these aching muscles are a greatly relieved by the gentle deep stretch this therapy provides. It really can’t compare to any stretching you try yourself and it is a must for those with tight muscles! Overall, Dr. Nicholas and his staff are professional, caring, and keep the patients best interest in mind. His treatments have satisfied my needs immensely. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Fantastic experience: Nichols Chiropractic is a great experience overall. At Nichols they really take a look at your body as a whole, not just specializing in one part. Dr. Nichols seems like the first doctor I've been to who cares about the functioning of my body as a whole, not just about my heart, or my shoulder injury, but my body as a whole. They have helped with several health problems and injuries! When I first started going to Dr. Nichols I was having problems with headaches all the time. After iTrac® Therapy my headaches started to go away! What a blessing to be released from such constant pain. I have also seen Dr. Nichols for other aches and pains. Recently I was told about a tear in my wrist by a Orthopedic Surgeon. That doctor told me that if they went in to operate it would likely just cause more scar tissue than help because the tear is so small. So he said there wasn't anything he could do for me. There has been no pain release from that doctor. However Dr. Nichols has helped decrease my pain significantly for a while at a time when he works on my wrist. Even if it can't be completely fixed it has been my experience at Nichols Chiropractic that they can at least help with the pain. But I have also experienced the release from pain i'd had for several years(in headaches) by their help. Finally I will say that the new facility is incredible. There is great equipment and flow to the office. The staff knows you by name and actually cares about you, you are not just a number to them! They take care of you. Fantastic experience: I had never seen a chiropractor before going to Nichols Chiropractic. I was suffering from shoulder pain that was causing numbness in my arm as well as having tension headaches. I definitely made the right decision. Both Dr. Nichols and Dr. Beugelsdijk were extremely professional and helped pinpoint the reason for the pain. After my initial visit, the pain lessened and after a few visits was gone. Their staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the services provided by Nichols Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Nichol's Chiropractic when I threw my hip out while training for a half marathon. I had also tweaked my neck a few months prior, but didn't want to go to the Chiropractor as I don't like having my neck worked on. When I went in and saw Dr. Nichols he listened to my concerns and worked with me to fix the pain in both my neck and hip. He got me back into training in no time, and also made me less hesitant to get my neck worked on. Since then Nichol's Chiropractic has become like another family! They are the best Dr.'s and staff that you will find, and truly care about your well-being! Dr. Nichol's even goes out of his way to make sure you get the help and treatment you need, when it may not be the most convenient of times. In the past when going to other chiropractors, I never felt like I was being heard when expressing my concerns. At Nichol's Chiropractic, you don't feel like just another patient, they make sure to listen and treat each patient as if they are the only patient they have. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff! I can't imagine going anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: A few years ago, I injured my neck in an auto accident, resulting in a fusion of C4-C6. I had a lot of pain from it, and saw a lot of different chiropractors, none of whom seemed to work out. A friend referred me to Dr. Nichols, and I went in. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Nichol's attention to my concerns with my neck (I had other doctors who didn't bother to take x-rays before working on my neck) and his willingness to treat my pain problems as a whole, rather than just my main areas of pain. My back and neck have never felt better, and I go two months at a time in between appointments without problems. Dr. Nichols has expanded his treatment beyond just my pain resulting from my injury; he's been helpful in helping me get back to running and working out like I used to, as well. I have to mention his wonderful, friendly staff who remembers me any time I go in; they do a great job getting me in for appointments quickly and painlessly, and even on short notice (I can usually go in for an appointment in the same afternoon or the next day!). I would absolutely recommend Nichols Chiropractic to anyone - I am so glad to have had (and will continue to have) such a wonderful and healing experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Nichols' Chiropractic for nearly seven years. I had just moved to the area and saw their "Now Accepting New Patients" banner and gave them a call. They were able to fit me in quickly and I was very satisfied with the staff, as well as the pain relief following my appointment. I don't visit Nichols' Chiropractic on an extremely regular basis, but I have always been treated in a timely fashion and everyone at the office always remembers my name. I don't feel like just a number, I feel like a valued patient every time I visit. The staff at Nichols' Chiropractic has seen me through many accidents (primarily horse related) and have always been concerned about how I'm feeling and often make calls to check on me. I'm very satisfied with Nichols' Chiropractic and I will continue to see Dr. Nichols and refer people to their office.
