Pend Oreille Chiropractic - Geoffrey Greenway

Negative experience: I went in to get my feet scanned for orthotics that were four years old. They didn't take my insurance (not their fault). They charged me a $90 'new client' fee even though I went there last time for my orthotics. I was told they needed to do the scan another time. Apparently if he touches any other part of your body it's an additional $20 fee. Also, when I tried to reschedule my scan they charged me a $45 no show fee even though I called and said I wanted to reschedule. These people are playing the insurance game and don't care about the client's health or wellbeing. The 5 minute sessions aren't worth it.

Positive experience: I brought my son in for a tune up. Dr Greenway had such a good way to greet him, and made sure to explain what and why he was doing. The visit was very gentle and pleasant and on our way out, we made an appointment for little brother as well.

Fantastic experience: Geoff is great! He gives me the tune ups I need when I forget that Im getting old and do something silly. Its nice that he knows sports related injuries well.

Negative experience: Very impatient, and conceded. Acted like he was gods gift to women. I could barely walk and he said hurry it up, we now only have 11 min. You can spend it in the hallway trying to get back here or be on my table already. He also stated after a few times that he can’t do anything more for me, and said they also should check to see if I have bone cancer!!!! What?? You don’t tell someone that, especially because it is not your specialty that you went to school for. A very unjustified statement. I will NEVER be going back! I am also telling others that ask me how my experience went. Not good at all!!!

Fantastic experience: I feel great after my adjustment. Very pleased with his service. He fixed my left foot as a bonus after inspecting my arches. He definitely know his stuff.

Dr. Greenway is very knowledgable, professional, and personable. He explained everything he did and the science behind it in a way that left me feeling very informed... and I learned a ton, which is what I value most when recieving any healing service. His services are both efficient and effective, as I never felt rushed and I felt very attended to. I also really appreciate his holistic approach, since this is my family's lifestyle. I am pregnant and felt very safe and relieved with the work Dr. Greenway did to help my back. Within an hour after my appointment ended I immediately noticed that the pain I was experiencing in my lower back was gone, and I seriously couldn't believe it. During my last pregnancy I experienced the same pain in exactly the same location in my back for almost half of my entire pregnancy, but had I known about Dr. Greenway I would have easily chosen to come to his office for relief. The office itself is very welcoming and aesthetically appealing, with living plants, healing music, and a warm atmosphere. I also love the receptionist Shelley, she was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciate how kind she was to my 2.5 year old son and she really helped us feel comfortable in the waiting room. Another plus, I loved seeing a quote on the wall about God and seeing pamphlets to help advertise for City Beach Organics (my husband and my favorite restaurant). Overall I will definitely return to Pend Oreille Chiropractic and recommend it to anyone! Thank you for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly and helpful, I did request that a mask was worn and everyone did, the Dr was very kind, he even held the door open for us when we entered the building. I took my 7 year old daughter to see him, he was gentle with her and he heard and listened to the concerns, he overall cared about her and treating her. He also would explain to her what was happening which made her more comfortable and confident, she enjoyed his adjustment. She walked away happy and feeling better. I would highly recommend this office and the overall enviorment was very nice and comfortable in the office.

Fantastic experience: Geoff is the man. Not only is he incredibly well informed, effective and generous with his time, but he also cares a ton. Sometimes I think he remembers more about me and my history than I do.

Fantastic experience: Geof, has been working on my family for 7 years. When your 8 year old grandaughter can look at you and say, I need to see Dr. Geof; you know that the difference he makes is well worth the time! He and his wife Kelly (our nutritionist) are a perfect team to keep you running comfortably!

Negative experience: He was rude to his staff in very embarrassing ways. He was pompous when he came out to get his next patient, not looking at them or addressing them by name. He leaves the treatment room door open, violating privacy and Hippa, but probably to boost his ego in hearing his patients scream in pain before the adjusts them to a better condition. I could not get out of there fast enough. Just the fact of how he treated his staff was enough for me to say he is disrespectful and arrogant. Plenty of other docs in town to choose a more courteous one.

Fantastic experience: Geoff is the only chiropractor I will allow to adjust my bones. His intuitiveness of the body is uncanny: he can assess your general health and habits my merely touching your spine. Some of us affectionately refer to him as "The Witch Doctor". Not because he cuts the heads off live chickens or practices secret rituals in the woods (I don't think he does anyways, but if he did, it's none of my business), but because he is more than a chiropractor. He is a healer, a wise man, a "shaman" if you will. I've been to at least a dozen chiro's in my life, and I feel very fortunate to have found him. Geoffrey, you are the best. Please never stop! When I was injured a month before walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain, Geoff got me walking again without pain. Recently I got my feet scanned for orthotics. I loved my hiking shoe inserts so much, I bought an extra pair AND a pair of custom flip flops for summer. I can now walk long distances without blisters (500 miles). I have never been able to wear flip flops without severe hip pain, but now I love putting them on first thing in the morning!! No pain! Thank you Kelly and Geoff for helping me stay healthy and to "keep on walking the Henro trail"!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Geoff after a car accident I was in that messed up my neck and back. It brought me comfort every time I visited. Not only would I leave there feeling 100 times better but I would have better knowledge of what by body was doing, and what I needed to do to make it better. He doesn't hesitate to answer any questions I have and he's very personable often checking in on what's happening in my life. He's knowledgeable to the point where he knows what I'm eating and what I'm leaving out of my diet based upon how my bones and muscles are reacting. I also use Aflac and they've been kind enough to do the Aflac paperwork for me eliminating an annoying step in the process. I rarely see Geoff as much as I used to and I feel like that's a testament to the good work he's done. I recommend Geoff to anyone that asks for a chiropractor recommendation.

Negative experience: Pretentious half-wit. Due to my travels, I have seen my share of chiropractors. This guy is the bottom of the stack. Not very helpful, not very knowledgeable. It seems that his wife (Kelly)? Is the one with knowledge he tries to spout. I honestly have to admit he does go the extra mile to try to please the females that come to him.
