Positive experience: Profile is an easy plan to follow, products are tasty and I have had weight loss success. However products is extremely costly and the coaching that’s provided is useless. I’ve had different coaches over the years and all give different info, very inconsistent. I’m not sure if the coaches are even licensed. Thus the reason I stopped using a coach, I know what I need to do on my own. Thank goodness I’m grandfathered into a low cost membership, because if that changed it would definitely be a dealbreaker, the cost of products are ridiculously overpriced as is, membership cost should not be!!

Positive experience: My Coach, Kristie, is great! A little disappointed in a couple of things tho. Several of my protein bars are crushed inside the rapper. For the price of the program, you'd think the quality of the product would be top notch. Also, the tracker app has a glitch. I was closing in on 1100 days of tracking what I eat and water consumption but now it's back to 364 days and has been stuck there for weeks. I hope you get these issues fixed.

Negative experience: My daughter and I decided to do Profile together and I am paying for both plans. She was unable to use the food bundle as it made her sick. They assured us that the charge for the food bundle would be taken off. Nope, still paying full price. We both cancelled via email/text and were told we needed a 30 day notice and had to sign a termination agreement? Really? When you say you will cancel something, you should and when you don't and then receive in writing to cancel the entire plan that should be more than enough. Today I was charged another $850. Unethical business practice.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Profile has been wonderful. It works!

Fantastic experience: I started profile back in March of 2022. I have tried so many different weightloss fads/diets. Profile is so much more than that. It's a whole lifestyle change for me with the motivation from my weekly meetings with my coach Aldo letting me know that life does happen and directing me with making healthy choices in those moments makes profile a success story for me. I'm currently down 38lbs and fitting into clothes I haven't wore in years. I would suggest trying profile you won't lose anything but weight

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Profile by Sanford in Sioux City, IA in May 2021. Since starting, it has completely changed my life in many ways - nutritionally, physically, and mentally. The coaches are kind, encouraging, and focused on finding ways for you to meet your health goals. The store is always clean and stocked with all the items I am looking for. I cannot recommend Profile in Sioux City, IA enough!!

Fantastic experience: I have had all good experiences at this store. Kristie is so accommodating, easy to work with and very responsive whenever I need something. All the employees here are friendly and very helpful anytime I need to go into the store to buy food.

Fantastic experience: I have been on profile for a few years with good success. My coaches have been wonderful and very supportive. They don’t make me feel like I’m a bad person when I have bad week or weeks. They are constantly trying to find ways to help me gain motivation, new recipes and sympathize with my trials and tribulations. I have tried a couple other weight loss programs never with the success that I have had here. I walk in and most of them know me by name and treat me like family. The products are also tasty and they are good about letting you take a trial home so you’re not stuck buying something you won’t like.

Fantastic experience: The profile plan really works if you stick to the plan. The food that profile produces tastes good and there are multiple ways to get your nutrition in so you won't get bored. The Coaches really invest in your journey and are so helpful with questions and advice. They are the best cheerleaders for you to stay on track. If you have tried other weight loss and are looking for something that really works - give profile a try! Combination of nutrition plan and coaching to address what you need to change really does work!

Fantastic experience: Profile has changed my life! The program is set up not only lose weight and get in shape but to break down old bad habits. It was a little hard to get started because there were many bad habits to break. But I continue to make progress. I feel confident in making good choices at restaurants and in the grocery store. When other challenges come up in life, the coaches are there to help you through it! Dinorah has been a rock for me challenging and encouraging me just were I need it! They are also continually progress to make the program better. For example, they recently added fresh meals that deliver right to you! Thank you Dinorah and Profile!

Positive experience: Losing weight is hard. I needed motivation and accountability. Profile provided me with excellent support through personal coaching and a program that fits my needs. While the cost can be a little shocking you have to look at the big picture. Losing weight improves your health and will prevent many health problems long term. The staff are so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. Profile was a great fit for me!
