Fantastic experience: Family medicine taken to the peak, Trusted doctors and nurses make this wonderful mini hospital function like one, Dr. NJ Udochi leads the team and functions as the anchor point to complete wellness, book an appointment on the website and take a trip to you neighborhood health clinic and get a check up! Oh fun fact don’t bring apples, they keep the doctors away you know!

Negative experience: I just don’t know how to express my frustration with this horrible placed. I was a patient for 3 visits only and I couldn’t do it anymore my waiting time was over 3 hours all 3 visits. Today decided to walk out after two hours and a half waiting. Plus the room smell bad and had trash over flooding with Pap smears is nasty I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACED

Negative experience: At first, I was excited to go because it was an all black medical practice. But I am embarrassed for the many things wrong I saw during my visits. Every single time that I have gone, I have had to wait more than an hour to be seen (even if it is just for a simple follow up). The rooms where patients are seen are disorganized and very messy. The staff are running around, always behind and forgetting things. I always have to do a co-pay when I visit due to my insurance, but afterwards I received a bill in the mail. When I asked them about it they said it must’ve been a mistake. If I had paid that bill without asking them, I would have lost money. Very disorganized.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Wish I could give negative stars. Do NOT waste your time, literally! I always have an issue with this office and will be looking for a new physician. Takes MONTHS for them to refill prescriptions, takes HOURS to be seen by the doctor. You’re unable to get in contact with the office directly. You have to go through a 3rd party customer service line and they NEVER follow up with you. So you have to go to the office physically to get anything addressed “faster” and even then, it may not be addressed for a long time. Money hungry and will report FALSE information to your insurance to get paid more. Doctor is okay, but everything else about this office is HORRIBLE and not worth getting the care of the physician. I would never recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Udochi for over 5 years now, in which she was a referral from a family member of mine. Dr. Udochi is always spends the adequate amount of time with me during my visit. Dr. Udochi has a very great bedside manner. Dr. Udochi even responds to my concerns and inquires even when she’s busy and in between patients.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Udochi for over 30 years. She is an outstanding physician and very comprehensive. She's my family's physician and I highly recommend her practice for anyone looking for good family doctor.

Negative experience: There is ALWAYS a long wait to be seen here. People are seen HOURS after their appointed time. People without appointments on the books are told to come in without the front desk's knowledge. The waiting room is always FULL of people. The front desk staff can only make excuses for the delays. . . .the doctors are running behind, the phones are down, the system is down, so everything has to be entered manually, etc. I haven't visited the office for some time. I had seen positive reviews, so I figured the issue with appointment time had improved. Most recently, I made an appointment to get a physical and a blood test. I arrived at 3:10 pm for my 3:20 pm appointment and signed in. While I was waiting, there were several issues concerning other patients waiting too long. A couple of the patients left. I was meeting someone later at the mall at 5:00, so I really didn't mind a LITTLE wait. At 4:00, I went up to the desk to ask how long it would be and got the regular excuses. I told the attendant that I really just needed a blood test, that I could do with out the physical today. It didn't matter. I was still told to wait. I went back to my seat. At 4:15pm, I was finally called up to the front desk and produced my insurance card. I was asked when my last visit was and replied that I didn't know. I was then told that I needed to fill out new patient forms as my last visit was 2 years ago. Wait, what?! I could have been filling out those forms during the hour I had been sitting here. I asked for my insurance card back and promptly left. What a total waste of time! This long wait was the main reason I hadn't returned to this office all that time. If my children or I had been ill, we went right to urgent care instead, where we were seen, diagnosed and treated within a reasonable amount of time. I will be finding a new doctor for my family. A doctor who respects their patient's time.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Summit Medical Group and Dr. Njide Udochi. The care I receive from her is exceptional. Dr. Udochi is not only knowledgeable but also take time to address all my concerns and questions. The staff at Summit Medical Group is very friendly and displays high level of professionalism. Fantastic experience: I’ve known Dr Udochi for over 15 years. I have referred all my family members to her and all of them have been with her for more than 10 years. She’s a good Dr, and not just being a Dr, but also cares personally. I left her to a new Dr close to my house one time because I thought she was too far from me. I run back to her because the new Dr didn’t care, I was just a patient to her. Even though her place is always busy and her also being busy, she always has time to talk with me personally about my well being. She’s a great Dr and I’ll recommend her to anyone who ask.

I remember my first time and I explained that I was having hot flashes, etc., and that I think I am going thru menopause. Well, I forgot to mention that I wasn't quite 40 and my prior doctor brushed me off. Not Dr. Udochi, she immediately said to me, "Well, let's run tests to see!" How refreshing to have a doctor that listens to you...for the record, I'm a patient for the rest of my life!

Negative experience: I never do reviews but I do not want anyone else to experience what my sister and I went through. Do not schedule an appointment here. All of the reviews are true. I experienced basically everything the reviews are stating. I wish I looked prior to booking. The wait time is always over an hour and the staff is extremely unprofessional. They use paper and have files for everyone which I’m sure is against HIPPA. When addressed about their unorganized practice I just got blank stares. Please preserve your time and peace and do not book with this medical group.

Fantastic experience: My son is 9 and autistic with limited vocabulary. I moved from bel air md. Let me start with if anybody who has an special needs child keeping the same doctor and same routine of people in his life is sooo important I moved here in Columbia 3 years ago and never changed due to wanting to keep the same routine. In Harford County it was hard getting my son the services he needed because his doctor wouldn't jjust listen to what my concerns are and a school in bel air md who didn't know how to handled him. After speaking with this doctor she wrote me a referral right there to see Kennedy for a full evaluation. Let me remind you my son is severely autistic with limited vocabulary this should have been done She talked to me for 2 hours in that room and if you have a special needs child that means alot. I cried while talking to her and to know I have someone in my sons corner helping me advocate and be his voice that is everything. This doctor does not meet with her patients for 5 mins she actually cares and I do not mind the wait time. If you want in and out shop go to a doctor who only sees there patients for 3 mins and barely knows you or your situation. I recommend her to everyone especially if you have a special needs child. O yea i also got information on outside school therapy. Thank you thank you. Thank you for just listening to me and hearing me. Also I got my 9 year old blood drawn too. They help me. The whole staff. And yes I came late and I have a hmo and did not call to get then doctor changed no I did not . They gave me the number and I called and got it change there. DO NOT LISTEN FOR REVIEWS THAT COMPLAIN ABOUt wait time if you want it done right.

Negative experience: Please don’t waste your time here!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to like this doctors because it was the first all black medical practice and fairly close to my home. However, I will never visit this doctors office again for numerous reasons. The front desk is horrible, you try to call and there have been times I’ve got the busy tone or no one answers. You’ll be lucky to get an operator that then sends you back to the number that didn’t work the first time. They don’t seem to be very advance technology wise as everything related to a patients history is just in a folder?? They’ll does love have you waiting hours even with an appointment! I had an appointment at 12:30pm and didn’t leave until 4pm. Ridiculous! They’ve tried to charge me twice for a visit and when I called about it they told me the only way to reach someone about billing was through email and no way to call. The first email address they gave me bounced back saying the email address was full and could no longer receive emails. Oh! And PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE THEY GIVE YOU ONCE THEY PUT YOU IN A ROOM! They charge $15 for that and label it a “Brief Emotional Assessment” they informed me it’s used to check for depression and that it’s not mandatory. But nobody explained that to me. Once put in the room I was instructed to fill out the paper while I wait for the doctor. This seems very on brand for this practice as of recently learning they were in court for fraudulent billing claims. Lastly, I went there once for extreme period cramps and they gave me medicine to try just for me to get home and realize the medication had expired over 6 months ago. It’s very unfortunate how the service is here because I feel Dr. Udochi is a great doctor and cares for her patients but this is not enough.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE!!!! Never on time, constantly kept waiting for up to 2 hours past appointment time, no privacy for patients to speak with administration. Doctor does not communicate, and the staff is not communicative about care and procedures. They will gladly make appointments, but refuse to answer basic questions about record transfers, prescriptions, or referrals. Do not waste your hours of waiting at this place.

Negative experience: By far the worst experience I have ever encountered!!! The Doctor is great but the staff is the worst when it comes to scheduling an appointment. They do not value time or honor appointed scheduled times. This is the second time I have made an appointment and drove a hour ride to be let down. The staff showed no sympathy and was very nonchalant! Been a Law Enforcement Officer for 8 years and always made sure I had the best Doctor and best Dentist and best Insurance. This Medical Group will no longer have my service or support!

Negative experience: I WISH I HAD THE NEGATIVE REVIEW TO GIVE! We had an appointment at 3:40 and we were still there till 5:30 waiting for someone to come and do our lab work. They just need money from you and your insurance company. We ended up walking out without any service. I never see any pathetic service like this before. The staff are nice as they want to help you but they are also helpless from this unprofessional management. I am going somewhere else where they can value your time.

Negative experience: I had lab work done 2 weeks later I’m still waiting on my results. I call the office and they said they haven’t received them . I said how that was 2 weeks ago in January. She then proceeds to say no one has gone over the lab results. which one is it . ?At this point it’s terrible that the doctor or nurse never contacted me about my lab results. I’m looking for a new Doctor !!!
