Fantastic experience: I visit TX regularly and was experiencing some Lower back pain while in town. Lifetime was able to schedule me in quickly and help me get back to enjoying my stay in TX. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I visited one last time for another adjustment before leaving and my experience was the same as the first!

My car battery even died after one of my appointments, Dr. Harrison went out there to go help jump my car! Fantastic experience: Initially, I came in to get popped like a glow stick, because who doesn’t enjoy a good pop lol My first exam and adjustment was pretty standard. I popped, went home and felt a bit better but still tense. I came back a few days later to discuss my x-ray, and for the first time in my 25 years of life, was confirmed to have 3 slight curves in my spine which is what is causing my pain. Dr. Harrison approached my situation with a great care plan of 3 adjustments and a massage every week. With my busy work and single mom schedule, sometimes I have to change my appointment with a moments notice, and they have been insanely accommodating in that regard. I have been coming from roughly 2 months and have made EXPONENTIAL improvement. My pain is nearly nonexistent and my workouts have been much more productive since he has assisted in increasing my range of motion with regular adjustments. HIGHLY recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harrison and his staff have been great. I've never any major back issues, but I have had some serve headaches off and on. I have always been pretty skeptical of Chiropractic Dr's but decided to go and give it a try at the urging of my wife. After seeing Dr. Harrison, I can say that my headaches have drastically been reduced. He was able to pin point some things in my neck and get them corrected in a just a few sessions (Too much headbanging in the 80's, I guess). I still see him about once a month or so and I also schedule a message as well. After seeing him and getting a message from his talented staff, I'm right as rain.

Negative experience: I went there for a mild lower back pain as in on left side the muscle felt like it was pulled. He sold me this 16 session therapy of adjusting my spine to relieve and fix the pain, paid about $1056 for all the sessions. He uses this persuasion method to make you buy into his therapy plan you do not need. In couple of his adjustment sessions he twisted my back, which on the second attempt my back didn't pop but he went for it again this time twisting harder and I felt something tear in my spine and my back pain got worse. On the next session my pain had increased to a 10 again and he decided to not try the twisting motion again and just do the normal adjustment of pushing your back in. My pain never improved and new places started to hurt such as the middle of my back in the lumbar area. After the sessions ended he never contacted me. He knew I was still in pain but never encouraged for new sessions. Now I think it was because he knew he screwed something up major. He will tell you that he has never had a patient that he wasn't able to fix but that is a lie. Two weeks later at work my lower back let go. Could not stand or walk, I would wake up in the middle of the night in shear pain screaming. I end up resting for days and had to miss work, took about 3 to 4 weeks of being careful with my motions. Once the pain became manageable I started doing very light exercises that are good for lower back pain and slowly my condition improved, found the exercises online. But I always had this new pain in my spine in the lumbar area. I finally got brave enough to go to an orthopedic spine doctor to see what has happened to my spine. MRI scans are showing two herniated discs in the lumbar area. The doctor said this is a permanent damage that will never heal to be the same as it was. I'm only 30 years old and have to live with this for the rest of my life. I can't seat comfortably, can't get in my car like I used to, can hardly put socks on in the morning to go to work, my movements are limited. Jay Harrison damaged my spine discs when he twisted it hard. He destroyed my back. I am devastated, when I get older my condition could become worse to the point that I would need spinal fusion surgery. I got fooled by the positive comments here. If you look below he and his wife that work there both have given a full 5 star rating to their own business to boost their rating. Who would do such a thing? I would not be surprised if some of the other comments are fake. If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself and your money and do not go to him, instead go to a real doctor, one that will not tear up your discs. I never had back problems in my life until I went to Jay (first time at a chiropractor). The damage he has done to my discs cannot be undone. I am putting this comment here to warn people about my horrific experience. Edit: "Unfortunately this is a false review from someone who has never been to our office" You know exactly who I am Jay, your response just shows what a dishonest liar you are. You moved me to the other solid table and did twist my back on two of the sessions. I paid you over $1000 for all the adjustments in one bill. Are you saying you took advantage of me and overcharged me? I have the bank statement showing the bill. Jay, you miss diagnosed my condition and damaged my spine by doing adjustments that I didn't need and sounds like you took advantage of me and overcharged me. Also, I see that you and your partner just removed the 5 start ratings you gave to your own business because I pointed it out. The comments are important for people to give their experience and that is exactly what I did. I knew I made a mistake signing up after the first week of the adjustments, but didn't realize it was going to be the biggest mistake I had ever made and was going to change my life forever. I should have listened to my instinct and asked for a refund and saved myself.

Fantastic experience: I'm always shocked that I never have to describe my pain to Dr. Harrison. By checking my spine, he finds the trouble spots on his own. He is also an educator for whole health. The office has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I've been a patient here for six years, and have no plans to leave.

I didn't know what to expect, but I was very surprised to see the amount of care and attention that Dr. Harrison invests into every single one of his patients, and his willingness to make treatments available to everyone. Not only him, but also Janey who greeted everyone with a smile and Natalia who is as sweet as can be! Everyone was very professional and assistive in my recovery. So much so that even after I was cleared from the wreck injury, I continue to assist for regular alignments and massages!

Positive experience: I've been visiting Dr. Harrison for almost a year now. Fantastic experience: I've got to share this. Ive been going to chiropractors almost my whole life. I do believe in it, if you find the right one. Ive had a pretty serious hip and back problem for the past three years. Ive been seeing a few different chiros during that time, with very little help. I started seeing Jay Harrison about three months ago and Im already getting better. I haven't been able to walk normal or even barely make it through a grocery store for the last three years. It has seriously affected many parts of my life. Over the past two weeks Ive been able to walk the way I am supposed to. Needless to say, its a very strange experience waiting for a shooting pain to hit me and it doesn't happen. Walking normal has become strange to me. Dealing with chronic pain causes serious issues in every aspect of your life. Its amazing what he has done for me. I had finally come to the conclusion that surgery was my only option. Now it is not. Thank you Jay for all of your help. If anyone is having issues, this is the most thorough chiropractor Ive ever known. I was tired of the band aid treatments that could also cause additional issues, and wanted to start correcting what ever was causing my problems. Dr. Harrison was very confident in his ability to help me. He explained every part of the chiropractic treatment program, and also provided a dietary plan that I was very impressed with. I now have my entire Family seeing Dr. Harrison. My 6yr old, and 4yr old think he's great, and they'd much rather see him, then go and get a antibiotic.
