Fantastic experience: Polishuk PT got me from the sidelines to the finish line! As an avid marathon runner, I developed foot tendonitis that knocked me out for more than a year. But thanks to John's expertise, I resumed running and am now better than ever. In my first race back, I knocked off 7 minutes from my personal best, and surprisingly was less than 1 minute away from qualifying for the Boston Marathon! In addition to treating the initial injury, the Polishuk team created a long-term plan to help prevent future reoccurrence. The rehab focused both on the local pain, as well as establishing a strength training regiment for the supporting muscles and ligaments. In addition to John, I had the pleasure of directly working with Valerie and Danielle, who are also the best. The entire team is friendly, and the newly renovated space creates a welcoming atmosphere. Anyone looking for top-notch physical therapy, I highly recommend Polishuk!

Fantastic experience: I've had several PT experiences in my life, but none better than Polishuk. PT John B. truly helped me to discover the sources of my back pain. His state of the art methods of electrical stimulation, manual massage, pulsating massage, and stretching, along with his professional and caring concern for my situation made a difference and I am now living pain free. The PT assistants in the exercise area are knowledgeable, kind, and among the most positive and friendly staff I have come across. From the receptionist, PTs, and assistants, Polishuk manages to provide a positive vibe for those of us living with pain. I highly recommend this place for your PT needs.

I had been going to another Physical therapist for 20-plus years, but they could not see me for a week. Some friends of mine suggested Polishuk Physical therapy. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to be referred to Polishuk Physical Therapy by my primary care physician. Everyday activities were becoming difficult due to knee, hip, and shoulder pain. I knew I wanted to avoid orthopedic surgery, but I did not know what positive steps I could take. Scheduling an evaluation at Polishuk turned out to be the right step. Fantastic experience: I have just completed around 4 months of Physical Therapy at Polishuk Physical Therapy in Spring House. I previously had a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist visiting me at home after surgery. My PT was a former patient of John Battles from Polishuk, and highly recommended that I check them out for my continuing PT needs. John Battles became my PT and, putting my broken arm and painful shoulders in his hands, was the best decision I could have ever made. John has a gift of healing and, as I am blind, John took special time going above and beyond to explain everything in detail. He also helped me get back to work by specifying accommodations that I would need. That has worked out beautifully. Christine was my Exercise Professional. We bonded immediately, and she knew how to describe exercises and equipment to me that I could not see. I also appreciated the time I spent with Katie and Danielle in the Exercise Room. I was also impressed with how they coordinated their skills to help everyone, no matter how busy it got. Humor and laughter was always a part of my experience. Milana, the Owner, was always so kind and thoughtful. I always had a cheerful greeting from the front office people. Now that my need for their services has come to a positive end result, it is bittersweet, because I will miss going back and spending such quality time at Polishuk Physical Therapy. Fantastic experience: I’ve continued to use Polishuk Physical Therapy in Ambler, PA for the past 25 years. I first came as a patient after my back surgery ( spinal fusion) then after a broken foot, a meniscus tear, hand surgery and most recently after knee replacement surgery. Each of the 3 physical therapists-Milana, John, Dmitri and the PT aides are really knowledgeable and experienced. I found everyone to be patient, dedicated and really willing to work with me through each surgery/injury that I experienced. The office staff are helpful , kind and supportive to work with patients to schedule appointments and deal with health insurance issues . While the atmosphere is serious to help patients improve , the practice environment makes everyone feel welcome. Everyone of the staff takes his/her job seriously and works hard to help patients. As a patient , you get individual attention at every level of care .

Fantastic experience: I recently “graduated” from Polishuk and definitely recommend them to anyone in need of PT. I began PT at Polishuk after tearing my ACL. It was my first time in PT so I had no idea what to expect. The staff was very helpful in preparing me for the post-surgical schedule and making sure I had appointments lined up so I could begin the PT right away. Dr. John Battles was my therapist and I can’t say enough good things about him. He immediately put me at ease with his calming yet humorous bedside manner. He was thoughtful about making sure I continued to progress physically while making sure he considered the recommendations from my surgeon. I think he struck a great balance between keeping me accountable for doing the exercises while making sure I didn’t do too much. Lauren was my exercise physiologist. She was very helpful in walking me through the exercises and keeping me on track. She and the entire team were always very friendly and made me feel like they were invested in my recovery. Thanks so much to John, Lauren and the Polishuk team, I could not have gotten through my recovery without you!

Over the years, I've gone to PT several times before at other practices and this is far superior. Interiors really need updating - lighting fixtures burned out in many locations & overall just really tired looking. They keep it clean though which is of high importance to me.

Demetri assessed my therapy needs and solicited feedback to adjust as needed. He observed, listened carefully, and gave good advice on what to do and what not to do for my particular condition. The exercise gurus are also very pleasant and helpful in walking me through my assigned exercises and making sure I knew how to do them properly on site and at home. This will be my top choice if I should ever need PT or fitness training again.

Fantastic experience: Third time going through their program over last 12 years. Professional and treatment is spot on, my core was the strongest I’d ever been - at age 45! Second visit eliminated need for surgery. Everyone should Polishuk every few years just to tune up your body.

Fantastic experience: On a beautiful sunny day (JAN '21), I tripped and fell on the one step coming into my home and tore my rotator cuff. Being a RN for over 30 years, I decided at that moment I would not need surgery, but PT. Thankfully my orthopod (Dr. Chu) agreed (yes, I still needed the MRI) and suggested Polishuk's PT! This is only the second time in my life I have ever needed PT. I appreciated how everyone worked as a team. I always believe that everything begins with the front desk, yet most doctors and organizations don't realize this fact. Right from the start Kris was very helpful in making all my appointments for the next two months. I was assigned to Dr. John Battles, (the PT who never even told me he was a doctor!). John was able to answer any question I threw at him (now I know why!), and I had many. Not only was he highly competent, but I found it very helpful having the person leading my team who was both focused on my goals and supportive of my fears. (I was not expecting to need PT ever again.) I never felt rushed and knew I was in qualified hands. Then comes the team in the "gym" who also all work together so well. Brian, Anthony, and Katie were patient and helpful no matter how many people were present. Fortunately I never had to wait long, since they don't schedule more people than they can handle. I will miss the camaraderie of this team, though I'm very grateful to know that such a wonderful place is so close to home if I ever need them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I can not begin to express how wonderful my experience has been at this physical therapy facility. As a long time clinical nurse, I have had a few occasions over the years in which I needed physical therapy. Because I have had experience not only at hospital based physical therapy facilities, as well as the popular chain PT’s, I can honestly say, none have compared to Polishuk PT in Springhouse. I discovered them through a “word of mouth” recommendation. There are several reasons why they excel over the others in the area. The facility itself is roomy, comfortable, and clean. There are multiple private exam rooms. But mostly the amount of time and the obvious expertise the physical therapists provide to your personal recovery goes above and beyond anything I have received in the past. I have a history of a herniated disc and sciatica and most recently a knee replacement. My therapist was Milana and every visit she provided the extra care needed to help me heal. Heat, ice packs, laser treatments, massage and gentle stretches as well as electric simulation was all part of my therapy. The whole team from the office staff and physical therapy assistants work hard to make your experience as positive as possible under often painful and sometimes a lengthy recovery. What can not be underestimated is the support and encouragement you feel. The other PT facilities did an adequate job but Polishuk PT is outstanding. recoveries.

Positive experience: Polishuk offers a comprehensive physical therapy experience. I had a left knee replacement this past January. My PT session began with electric current applied to my knee followed by a knee massage and laser treatment by Milana. I appreciated her expertise.
