Fantastic experience: I was looking for relief from my chronic pain. Since working with this team, my baseline pain of 5/10 has gone down to 2 or 3/10. As a nurse myself, I provide and expect person-first approaches to healthcare and they deliver that. I have felt more heard than anywhere else. I suffer from chronic/ intermittent muscle spasms, gait disturbance, and numbness and tingling. While my own doctors have yet to find answers to these issues , at this chiropractor office I have been able to take back more control of my daily living. My mobility, and pain have improved. I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chad and his staff are phenomenal. From reception to treatments - they help you understand how the process works and why. Through his care i finally have relief from bursitis, knee and low back pain. In addition to reduced levels of inflammation, I can exercise normally again - free of injuries. Chiropractic care is ongoing to maintain my health and so worth it.

Fantastic experience: Chiropractic first has been a life saver to me. Everyone here is so amazing! Dr. Chad has helped me more than I have ever had before. I had phase 2 spine degeneration and have two auto immune diseases that cause severe inflammation. I have drastically improved because of Dr. Chad. Dana is so amazing as well. Fantastic experience: Well organized and provides great information for a healthy lifestyle

Negative experience: Receptionist is very kind and it’s a nice & welcoming space. Thought they must be running behind because there were at least 3 people in the waiting room when I arrived and only one provider seeing patients. Nope, each person only seen for about 2-3 minutes. I didn’t notice rooms being cleaned in between patients either, at least from what I could tell. Even though it was our first appointment, only lasted about 5 minutes total including discussion and adjustment. Was told might get worse before it got better and might take 6-12 treatments for improvement. Didn’t find provider (I believe Dr. Chad) to be very personable. Maybe it was an off day or they were understaffed. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

Negative experience: At first they made me feel like they understood my need, but soon felt like I was not getting the personalized care my body needed.

Negative experience: Really had a bad experience where I did not feel heard for my needs in my initial appointment and they stick you in a room to watch a video to sell you their care. They charge a lot more than necessary. I felt that when I did not want to pay that amount, there was more pushing and trying to use credit to pay. There are better places in town.

Fantastic experience: My wife is a veteran of chiropractic care. She has been using it for decades, and she has a hard time finding a chiropractor that can adequately adjust her neck. She hasn’t had any problems since we started at Chiropractic First two years ago. I am relatively new to chiropractic care, but I have been very impressed by the care we’ve received here. The staff is personable, attentive and helpful. The care and the staff are top notch. There have been many times over the last two years when something goes out in my back or neck and I call up Chiropractic First and they get me in quickly and get me back in working order. My friend Tad, who doesn’t have a Google account, also thinks this place is “the bees knees.”

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Chiropractic First for a couple years...this time. I had gone for a number of years, thought I was good, then stopped going. Low and behold, I pinched my sciatic nerve a couple years ago. They got me in on the same day!! They were able to get me healthy again and I haven't stopped going. I can't stress maintenance enough. Fantastic experience: 5 years ago I could barely walk into Chiropractic Firsts office. With x-rays finding out I had a lot of issues. I thought for sure I would end up with surgery but with the constant care of Dr. Davis and his team I am now able to lead a normal life. Fantastic experience: Chiropractic First is by far the best chiropractor care around, I’ve been to a few others and none compare. Dr. Chad is very gifted at what he does and the whole staff and smoothness of operation is above any other facility I’ve been to. My son also saw Dr. Davis for a short time as he had constipation issues, he found the problem and was able to correct the issue and now he doesn’t have any problems going to the bathroom, this was a struggle for us for almost 6 months so to spend a short 4-6 weeks of treatment and get results was the biggest blessing to us and our little guy. I’m thoroughly satisfied and have recommended numerous people to see Chiropractic First.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the services of chiropractor first for about 9 months. My original reason for coming in was to achieve better blood flow. From week one I already felt better in body! I couldn’t believe it. I noticed simple changes in feeling more relaxed in my body. I was less tense, I slept better, I would pick up things easier. I noticed within a month I had very few headaches. My blood flow did get better and bonus I had all these other things get better for me too! Dr. Chad and sweet Dana are a pleasure from walking in the door to the quick adjustment! About a week ago I pulled a muscle in my back (hurt extremely bad) all I thought was I gotta get to the chiropractor . I have a ski trip planned in 2 days. So I prayed for my back, got in to see Dr. Chad. Got my adjustment for that specific area and walaaaaaaaa the next day I felt better, the following day I felt like I got a miracle☺️. Negative experience: They refuse to wear masks they don’t care about the public. They are selfish for not wearing a mask because they are not protecting their patients. You don’t need symptoms to have Covid-19 you all know this yet you still chose to not wear a mask. Gross, disgusting, unfathomable, any other synonym that fits. This place is nasty find a better one there are many good ones in Muskego and Waukesha who WILL respect you by wearing a mask.

Fantastic experience: Before I started seeing Dr. Davis I used be in a lot of pain. For several years I used to stay at home in tears because of the pain in my back neck and hips. I was afraid of the chiropractic practice because I thought it would cause more pain. My sister talked me into going to see Dr. Davis, and I was very impressed with how thorough he was. He took x-rays and examined my back, neck ,and hips. Then he talked to me about his plan to help me. He told me that it took a long time to get in the bad shape I was in, so it would take some time to get everything back into alinement . For the first few months I saw him 3 times a week. In that first week I started to feel better, and the treatments didn't hurt at all. Then I started seeing him 2 times a week then once a week. Now I see him every other week. I am now very active with my church, I take my dogs to the dog park and go for long walks with them all without pain. I thank God for Dr. Davis, it is like he has given me my life back. He has kept this 70 year old woman moving more like I did when I was in my 30s. Thank you Dr. Davis

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed. I was expecting a professional treatment but instead I got to listen to Dr Davis long obvious speech. Sounded more like he was trying to convince himself "fake it until you make it" they say, but it is very clear that he is far away to make it. After that endless nonsense he finally gave me a short and awkward stretching massage. I've been seeing chiropractors for the past 15 years due to an injury so believe me when I say that he has no clue of what he is doing. He tried more awkward and uncomfortable movements on the spine that left me with more pain that I initially had. At the end Dr. Davis was rude and pushy; he spend more time trying to convince me to book more appointments to “fix me” and trying to sell me other services than the time he actually spent performing the service. My biggest disappointment with Dr Davis is that he put money above my health condition, my impression was that this place is an insurance mill -- their goal is to get as much money as possible from patients' medical insurance. On top of that he basically said "let’s charge your insurance as much as we can until they stop covering our services, then we'll only charge you a very small fee every time you come" legal? Reviews are obviously fake. In a few words: dishonest, unprofessional and creepy. I hope this help.

Negative experience: Besides the inappropriate comments about my body. This was the worst experience of my life! I told my friends about it and one of them happens to experience the same “special” treatment. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the fake reviews. He (I can’t even say his name) rated himself with 5 stars! His family members apparently rate him as well. I also notice that all the reviews are only 3 weeks old. Unlucky me didn’t notice that. I don’t usually write reviews (good or bad) but I thought I'd share this to hopefully save someone else some unpleasant time. I will never again buy a Groupon, that is for sure.

Fantastic experience: Dr Davis is outgoing and caring with a genuine focus on total body health and the patient. He knows what he is doing and gets it done. He encourages a total approach including eating healthy and getting up and taking control of your life. Dr Davis is a chiropractor and not a weight loss Dr. But he provided me with guidance and support as I took control of my life over the last year and lost a 105 lbs. Overall, he helped me to remain focused on the long term transformation that I needed to make. It took me 42 years and a lot of fun to get the point, but Dr Davis was there for me and encouraged me to help fix the problem. He helped me to take control of my life. What I needed was not a one time quick fix but truly a process and a plan and Dr Davis was there for me.

He understands the value in conventional medicine, and gives you an option to try first, much like the name of his practice. I have been a patient for many years, and have relied on his recommendations, and adjustments when needed. He also gives back to those in the community, and is a resource for simple ways to feel healthier. His staff is always cordial, and they could not be nicer. His waiting room is always full, but the wait is never very long. That reminds me, I should make my next appointment....
