Positive experience: The prices are great, but the delivery to store never works out because of that highschool guy working there. After you order with next day delivery to store, he always says there is a delay at the manufacturer, which isn't true because if you show up at hilife your order is already delivered there. Ignore the guy who comes out front and just deal with the owner, the woman in the back. She's very helpful

Negative experience: Placed an order for two supplements. Somehow after three days, the order hasn’t even shipped out yet. Emailed them to cancel the order and refund me asap. When you place an order, you don’t get any type of email confirmation regarding the order - you have to dig around in their website to try and find your order info. Save yourself the trouble and order from iHerb.

Negative experience: I placed an order on Nov 14 for 3 herbal supplements that had been suggested to me. I received a confirmation that the order had been received. On Nov 19, I received an email saying they were still working on my order and there was a delay in shipping. On Nov 19, I responded to request that my order be cancelled as I could not wait longer for the items. On Nov 23, I sent a follow up email to confirm that I would like my order cancelled. I did not receive a response to my emails until today, when I received a note stating that part of my order had been shipped. Why was it shipped when I requested to cancel it because of the delay of almost 2 weeks?

I emailed twice and wrote to the company through their website, but I have not heard back from anyone. I needed the ordered item before a certain date and am now left in a position where I will have to pay another company for expedited shipping.

Regarding the product, we did cancel your order because the item is no longer available from the manufacturer, they now only carry the 90 size bottle if you are interested.

I placed an order for same day pickup, specifically because I needed an item today. 3 hours later, I called to confirm if it was ready because I didn’t receive any pickup confirmation. I held on the phone for 30 minutes before a man answered the phone to tell me that they don’t have my products in stock. I asked him to cancel my order and refund me, he said my card was never charged. It was, in fact, charged so I asked him to send me an email stating that I would be refunded. He started to give me an attitude and was questioning why I thought my experience was unprofessional. I will not be returning and I really regret wasting my time here!

Negative experience: Half of the cans of supplements were damaged because they weren’t packed properly, so I submitted an email with pictures. But they never seem to answer the phone — they don’t even say it’s because of a long wait time, just to leave a message (which doesn’t get returned). So still waiting to hear if I will be refunded for the products that leaked their contents they were that dented. But I’ve called and called — it’s like they’re not even around. Wish I had known this before I chose to give them my business. Will be sure to go elsewhere next time.

Negative experience: Terrible, after 5 days of waiting for confirmation that my order has shipped, and even after sending them an e-mail asking if my order will ship soon, nothing at all from them. I called in, and they informed me that they oversold my items. They may have been legit at one point but they are certainly not there now.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service. I received my package faster than the shipping date, they make sure their customers are satisfied.
Positive experience: I ordered protein powder from HiLife Vitamins and received an order confirmation email right away. Six days later I had heard nothing more from the company so I sent them an email. It turns out that they didn't have the product in stock and did not know for sure when they would get it in stock, if ever. I would not order from this company again, since they do not show on their website when an item is out of stock. If you unwittingly order an out of stock item like I did, you might be waiting a very long time for your order to ship. UPDATE: The company told me that this problem occurred because they were changing inventory management systems at the time of my order and that my experience was a glitch. To apologize for the snafu, they offered to ship my order for free when they got the item in stock. They did eventually ship me the item without charging my credit card - a $40 savings to me. I thought this was very generous, and so I would try ordering from them again.
