Fantastic experience: I went today to Vitality Health Center in Joliet to see Lily, massage therapist. I feel I am able to keep the neck and back moving better for me by seeing Lily every two weeks. She can usually tell if I am having problems. Today, when I went in felt good, came out feeling great! Highly recommend Vitality Health on Caton Farm Road!

Fantastic experience: I been going for adjustments for months to this place,” long story short”, I avoided an MRI and possibly an unnecessary surgery thanks to the adjustments I been having here, I can walk straight again most of my pains are vanishing and I am able to sleep again normal.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to VHC for over a decade and never had any complaints about Dr K, the physical therapists, and of course Gladys which unfortunately is no longer there. I am still very happy for her because she is doing what she really wanted but I can't deny we all miss her. Going there and see her at the front desk was nice. Always smiling and engaging with everyone. The person that was hired to replace her needs to learn A LOT from her. She doesn't greet, she doesn't acknowledge patients, and acts like she hates her job, which probably does. Dr K, sorry for this review but it is true. Hopefully, you are able to do something about it.

The office staff are exceptional, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. The environment is welcoming and relaxed, an atmosphere that is increasingly rare to find in medical practices today. Despite the busy nature of the office, it never feels overcrowded or overwhelming, allowing patients to feel at ease. I am truly impressed and satisfied with the care I received and the professionalism demonstrated by the entire team.

Fantastic experience: I came in early (because that's me) expecting to get paperwork done and wait a bit but I was lucky and was able to see the doctor almost right away. Dr. Kapoor is amazing. He's friendly and explained what he was doing and gave me time to ask questions. I feel much better after being adjusted. And, if any of my past chiropractors are reading this, you could learn a few things from my new one.

Fantastic experience: I can’t begin to tell you about my continued satisfaction or how happy I am with the treatment my family and I receive at Vitality Health. Not only do I receive treatment there but so does my wife, daughters, and son in law. I can’t forget to mention many friends and people I’ve worked with. It seems that every time I’m ready to leave the office someone else I know is coming in for care. Dr K and his entire staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The practice gives you the sense of being part of one big happy family. Dr K is an awesome Chiropractor. He listens to your concerns and treats you accordingly. His massage therapists are always on top of their game. And the front desk staff are always accommodating. If you are considering chiropractic care do not look any further. Dr K and his Vitality Health team are the ones you are looking for. I’ve been to numerous doctors and their practices for my chiropractic needs but this one is where I stopped looking. Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain when I first started seeing Dr. K. I had pinched nerve with some radiating pain from my neck to my finger tips. Dr. K helped me work through the sore muscles, taught me some exercises and adjusted my neck, shoulder and back. It was a free weeks of working through but feeling so much better now. I highly recommend Dr. K! He will put you at ease has a good sense of humor and is great listener. If you are thinking about getting an adjustment look no further!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. K in 2020 after having my first son. He helped me with my lower back pain/sciatica. I’ve continued seeing him since then, even throughout my second pregnancy. Just gave birth in March 2023 with an incredibly easy/quick labor…thinking the chiropractor visits may have contributed. Just this week I started seeing him again and even brought in my very colicky 6 week old. I kid you not, he’s been so much better since seeing Dr. K I even started worrying thinking there was something wrong because he was finally content while awake. It then clicked and I remembered he got adjusted this week which I’m sure has played a huge part! I’ve previously gotten a few massages by the girls in the office as well and I also give them 5 stars. Definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Anyone needing a chiropractor especially one that has weekend availability, well you’re in luck! Chiropractor has Saturday appointments available. There’s hardly any chiropractors that work weekends. I have not had any more back pain since been treated, As long as I follow my therapy at home I have been back pain free. And the massages are way better here the massage therapist take their time focusing on the area of pain or discomfort. The Receptionist is very kind and nice, always meets you with welcoming smile.

I can usually get in for an appointment when I need it most. I also get regular massages with Becky, and she gives an amazing massage! She gives just the right pressure to work out some of my stiff muscles.

Fantastic experience: I have been having issues with my left hand for a couple of weeks. I call and they tried to get me in as soon as possible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the possible issue with my hand. I got a massage from Lily and later in the day my hand was already better. She showed me a few exercises that I can do at home to avoid further pain and strengthen my arm and hand.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing severe pain in my lower back and going down my leg (sciatica pain). It has been painful to sit, walk, sleep or stand. I visited a physical therapist twice with no change. I made an appointment with Dr. K. After 2 visits I am able to sleep at night and function at work and home. He suggested a massage with Jenna today. I am happy to say right now I am feeling really well. This is the best I've felt in a month. Staying with Vitality.

Fantastic experience: Finding a personal care provider that works well for you may take some time. This might be true for a hairdresser and a massage therapist. At Vitality Health, I found my massage therapist-Jenna. Grant it, this is part of my personal preventive health program, sometimes I am not aware of the knots and strained muscles acquired from exercises and running. Jenna finds them all and restores my health.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Vitality more! I have been going to the Naperville location for the last year, and I have started also going to the Joliet location specifically for one of the massage therapist at that location (Lilly). She is just that good, that I am willing to travel an extra half hour to see her! I’ve seen at least 50-60 different massage therapists over the last 20+ years, and Lilly might be the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. Since my previous massage therapist moved about 5-6 years ago, I have floated around trying to find a new one that is good, that can work on my jaw / ear / neck issues properly, and who is knowledgeable — and I’m so glad I finally found one at Vitality! I cannot recommend Lilly enough! I also see Dr K for chiropractic and he is great. My husband had an acute back flare-up and saw him for several weeks in a row, and helped him so much! I have seen many chiropractors over the years and stopped because of my experiences where they would be too rough, or wouldn’t really help my issues, etc — so when I decided to seek chiropractic treatment again, I had to see several chiropractors until I found Dr K. I’ve recommend my mom and several friends to Vitality to see Dr K and other providers, especially Lilly for massage therapy. They take insurance, copays are reasonably priced, they have great providers — I can’t recommend enough! I know my review sounds overly positive lol — but I often have a high level of expectation when it comes to healthcare providers, and there’s been MANY clinics and providers that I think are terrible. Suffice it say, when I do find a good clinic — especially providers like a good chiropractor and good massage therapists — I am thrilled, because it’s hard for me to find ones that I actually like and that are really good at what they do!
