Fantastic experience: Dr. Whitfield and her staff are the best, great customer service, friendly staff but most of all very caring about your pain and how to fix it. Very efficient and on time. Highly recommend if you have any back or neck pain.

Negative experience: Don’t let the reviews fool you. I am veteran and l was referred here by a community care because the VA chiropractor has been booked far out. When you come in the first thing they give you is a massage. Then you go and see the chiropractor doctor. The massage takes 30-45 minutes and the chiropractor doctor takes less the 5 minutes. I am not here for a massage, I am to see the chiropractor to get my back and neck straightened up!!!! I saw them twice and I decided to cancel my remaining appointment with them. The lady at the customer service desk was trying to convince me not cancel but l still did anyways. On Tuesday l got a text on my phone that l was booked in for an appointment that was already cancelled. I called the next day only to be told the massage appointment was cancelled but the doctors appointment was not…!!! What..? That was very fishy. Since they billed the VA.. they deliberately decided to not cancel my appointment to file a claim from the VA. Don’t come here if you are veteran going through back pain. My pain is till here and if you call to cancel your appointment they will tell you u will loose access to them if you don’t book once every two weeks!!! You can’t milk the VA through Veterans going through pain.

I still go to Dr. Galloway because they know what they're doing and they get me straightened up as far as my back goes. Fantastic experience: I was on the brink of tears with lower back and sciatica pain when I came to the clinic. I was met with such kindness and concern by the staff, I almost did cry. After listening to my symptoms, Dr. Paige knew immediately what was wrong and began a treatment plan to decompress the disks that were causing my pain. I have a brother and a husband who have both suffered excruciating surgeries to relieve their disk-related pain, and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Paige for showing me surgery and pain medication don’t always need to be the first remedy for this problem! I’m feeling so much better and no longer have to take medication to get through the day. If you’ve never experienced great chiropractic care, be kind to yourself and go see Dr. Paige!

With the help of Dr. Whitfield and using the stretches and advice she provided, I have been able to go a year without severe pain or having to call out from work. Yakelin is a great masseuse and the office assistants are always friendly and helpful. Great team all around!

Being stretched out on "the rack" each week has given me my life back. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help you, and they are always on-time for my appointments.

Fantastic experience: I became a patient of Dr. Paige through the VA Chiropractic Clinic. I knew from the moment I walked in I was going to like it. The entire staff was so kind and wonderful. Dr. Paige spent time going over my treatment plan step by step with me and assured me that I’d definitely come to the right clinic. I sustained multiple injuries over the years during my Military service and some days it’s difficult getting out of bed, let alone trying to maintain an active lifestyle. Well, after my first visit I felt so much relief in my neck and back that I wanted to come back as soon as I could. I was truly amazed at how she knew exactly what was going to work for me. In other instances the Doctor would say “we’re going to try this and see IF it works for you”, but her statement to me was “these are the treatments you’ll receive to help you feel better and maintain your active lifestyle”. Negative experience: If I could give this zero stars I would. I had high hopes of coming here from all the wonderful things I’ve heard from friends n family who come here but my experience was absolutely the worse… Dr Paige refused to do any sort of treatment on me based on my weight, in her own words the table would not be able to hold me.. keep in mind I was already sitting on it and had no issues. I came to get pain relief and all I a reference for pain management injections that I do not want to get. If the weight of professional equipment is an issue you all need to be upfront before an appointment is made and ask people’s weights. Those adjustments tables can easily hold 400-600+ pounds so don’t understand the issue. Will never come back here.

Fantastic experience: I've been having adjustments done at Galloway I believe for almost 2 years although I took a break in 2020 due to COVID except for the one time I went during the later months for an adjustment (mask and all). Dr Paige does a great job assessing my pain issues and getting the spots that need attention. Everytime I go in to see her she is genuinely concerned and takes the time to talk with me and ensure she is addressing all that she can. We even talk a little about the joys of motherhood:-) She has also recommended body massages to be done by the Massage Therapist in their office (which has been phenomenal by the way) to loosen me up for a more effective adjustment. In addition, I've had a few of the other therapies (i.e. electrical stimulation and cold) that have been beneficial as well...not to mention giving me a moment to just be still and relax (and sometimes nap). From appointment making to payment, I am very happy with the service and attention they provide as a whole. They are all very good at what they do! I will say that I did have an issue arise early with my insurance not covering a portion of my services (e.g. massage) so I racked up a little bit of a bill. The issue wasn't their fault and they were accommodating when it come to settling my bill which was much appreciated! Overall, you won't be disappointed with Galloway!! In fact, after leaving this message, I am going to call for an appointment as I am way overdue...so much so I see a pre-adjustment massage in my near futurefuture.

From my first visit I discovered her praise was well deserved.I have always had excellent care from Dr. Galloway, Dr Whitfield and everyone on his staff! The staff there are friendly and caring! Fantastic experience: I have stenosis of the spine and fibromyalgia, so it makes it very difficult to have adjustments. My muscles tend to be too tight and when massaged, my muscles tend to spasm and lock down making it impossible for an adjustment. Having issues with my SI joint, makes walking painful and I occasionally I need it adjusted. They were very gentle and only concentrated on the area of concern to avoid triggering a fibromyalgia episode.

But the excellence of treatment and the broad knowledge of all physical and even emotional concerns are carefully and personally provided.

She provided different supplements for me to take and also adjusted my back. I am no longer living in the area but still make the drive to see her when I'm in need of adjustments.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for a long time when Dr. Bob was the head chiropractor. I was sad to see him go, but was excited to try out Dr. Paige. She is a wonderful chiropractor and a great business woman. She definitely knows her stuff, is a whiz with nutritional products, and does a great job in assessing your overall health to coordinate with chiropractic care. I love the massage therapist (Penny - good deep massages) and the chiropractic assistant (Gloria) is very good and is there exactly when you need her. I thought it was worth a shot to try a Chiropracter and it turns out I was right! My goodness Dr. Paige Whitfield knew exactly what to do to fix my issue. Positive experience: Love Dr Galloway and Paige. The treatments are precise and effective. He’s a graduate from Palmer, the best Chiropractic school in America! I always feel great after seeing them. He always runs on time, and is very efficient. However, the office team needs work. It’s been the same lady for years at the front desk. She treats clients indifferently, both on the phone and in the office, and rarely answers the phones. The billing team sometimes takes months to process the insurance. One time, my family was billed for an appointment that happened almost a year ago! If you actually wanted the money, you would bill your clients in a timely manner! Overall, great place, but please consider beefing up your office team.

Fantastic experience: This is the best chiropractor I have ever had Dr.Bob. Ms. Vicki the massage therapist is a heaven sent she knows all the pressure points with meridian lines to help with pain. With having fibromyalgia I actually like it with really deep pressure and she knows how to do this!
