Negative experience: I was hesitant to make this review, but after years of this memory haunting me, I figured I needed to make a review and warn other people of this place. I found this place through Groupon in 2021. It took many days and calls for someone to answer. Finally, when appointment day came, a male masseuse took me. During the massage, he kept “accidentally” brushing his fingers against the lips of my private area. I was young, 21, and didn’t know how to react. After the massage, he told me I looked like a movie star and that he was hesitant to tell me because of his profession, but that he was too shocked by my beauty to not tell me. I thanked him and left but I was traumatized. I felt vulnerable on that table and taken advantage of. This guys clearly knew I was young and defenseless. I knew something was weird when he kept touching a certain area and not even saying sorry or pretending like he didn’t touch me there. It was weird. I have called this place a few times since, but no one has answered the phone. It’s been years and I’ve grown to realize how creepy that whole interaction was…. Especially since I made a friend who is also in the practice, he told me how absolutely unprofessional this experience was, I decided I needed to share my story. Not your average review, just my story. As a woman, there are not many places in which I feel safe, and now, I don’t even feel safe getting a massage. That time in 2021 was the last time I got a massage because I was traumatized.

The staff is attentive to your needs, caring, and make you feel at home. . Negative experience: A scam! I had booked a Groupon for a massage for a back injury. It had an expiration date of 2 months. I called first day I bought it and the woman said the doctor wasn’t in town and won’t be for 4 weeks. I called 4 weeks later, doc still not available. Then why the he*l are you selling services when you’re not even working? Couldn’t get a refund, another person to do the massage, nothing. A waste of my hard earned money.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Rodriguez for over 13 years, first for chiropractic therapy and now kinesiology. I call him “magic hands” because he has cured me countless times from various problems, the most serious being my herniated disc. My wife and I have referred him to our immediate family, all having been under his care for a while now, as well as many friends and coworkers. His staff are all so friendly and pleasant as he is and the facility has all the necessary equipment. I highly and sincerely recommend his practice.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for massage therapy on July 1 at 1pm. When I showed up, the doors were locked and lights were off, no one answered the phone and there was no option to leave a message. No one had contacted me to cancel the appointment. This office has no respect for their patient's time.

Negative experience: Got a coupon for massage for my birthday. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm but woke up sick and gave them a call around 7.30am to let them know. They said the company policy is to let them know 24hrs in advance or I will have to pay next time I go in. How tf would I know I will be sick as well as my kids??! They said I should still come in (I have a fever, sore throat and fatigued as hell). I would not reccomend due to uncomodating and rude staff not to mention they told me to come in sick so that I can pass it on to them and other patients as well. Like huh?! Seriously?! What a joke this place is

Fantastic experience: I love this place, and I love the doctors and staff. Everyone is very attentive and listen to me and is eager to help me fix my shoulder injuries. The doctors have taught me a lot about shoulders and I have a much better understanding of how to exercise at home and how to communicate my pain to them. I practice martial arts and it's important to be aware of my body so they're amazing for this. I originally went in for a torn labrum in my right shoulder and I can't explain how much better I feel because of the work we all put into improving my shoulder. And that's just it - it's a team effort and I really appreciate that they're willing to meet (let's be honest, exceed) my level of effort in this with their expertise. They know and love their trade and I honestly feel like that's a rare and beautiful thing. The facility is a bit small, but it's very clean. The staff is always working at 100% to facilitate the patients and keep them safe. I happen to design and manufacture medical devices in clean-rooms for a living and am quite familiar with the theoretical and practical concepts of "cleanliness." They always wear their masks and keep their hands clean, so I feel quite safe there. If you're skeptical like I was, all I can say is that if you go in with a closed-mind, there's nothing anyone can do for you. I work with many surgeons for a living and the docs here don't seem any different than any other doctor who loves their trade. I'm so glad I challenged my skepticism because now I can get back to practicing martial arts again.

Rodriguez. Doctor Rodriguez has been awesome with helping me with my Plantar Fasciitis and Hip pain, my family doctor just pump me with pain killer meds and after seeing Doctor E. Rodriquez and he has advise me of a few ways he will take me off all these Meds, acupuncture treatment and some therapy that will help me with the burning and needle pain under my feet. I have seen great results and has been seeing him for about 6 weeks now and will continue to see him. His staff and office is great and very helpful. Negative experience: I attempted to make an appointment by phone after making a groupon purchase and no response or returned phone call. I had to contact groupon to get my money back. Cannot tell you how good the procedures or staff are because I could not make it through the front door. Very unprofessional from the start. first time I had to get asisstance to get a refund. Just be ware you have 72 hours to cancel and get your money back from groupon themselves.
