Fantastic experience: I came to Elsa after being told there was nothing to be done by doctor after doctor for 8 months. I was suffering from liver pain, leg muscle pain, and extreme fatigue from high levels of EBV. After just a month on Elsa’s protocol I had no more pain and even lost 7lbs (bonus!) Fantastic experience: In January, I had COVID RSV, and the meds I was prescribed only made things worse. My husband found Golden Health Holistic, and after a quick call with Golden Health team they recommended Viracid and Sinatrol . Within 20 minutes, I felt so much better and I recovered pretty quickly. Fantastic experience: A Lifesaving Journey with My Daughter My daughter’s health journey over the past three years has been nothing short of challenging. It started when she was just 3 years old and diagnosed with anemia. After her health steadily declined, she underwent surgery for a hernia and then struggled with swollen tonsils and hearing loss for about a year. At the time, I didn’t realize some of her behaviors weren’t typical, she was my only child, and I had nothing to compare her experiences to. After two years of frustrating Doctor appts and ER visits I'm so glad I now know what is going on with my body and understand what all the Doctors missed. Fantastic experience: Over 15 years of anxiety, depression, and recent headaches led me to find Elsa at Golden Health Holistics in 2018. To be honest, I was skeptical every step, and every time she was proven right with her observations. When I came in, I took several tests with her. From the Organic Acids Test (OAT) she told me I had a bacteria/fungus issue in my gut and that my liver was struggling to process toxins. We started a protocol but I started feeling worse so I went to a gastroenterologist to verify what I was doing. Another $300 worth of tests at the doctor simply proved that I had Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) and the beginnings of fatty liver. I was shocked and so grateful to Elsa for recognizing this first and helping me treat it. I am also using her protocol to help fight the HPV that is connected to cervical cancer (HPV 16/18). I had a procedure to remove precancerous cells a couple of years ago and I am still worried each time I have to go for a pap smear. While I continue my healing journey, she has been spot on each step along the way and I couldn't be more grateful for her knowledge and support. Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful a friend referred me to Elsa. I had several medical issues going on and it seemed like I wasn’t getting anywhere with the western treatments I was taking. My conversation with Elsa was more informative than I had received from my doctors and I was given a manageable list of foods to incorporate into my diet. Fantastic experience: In November of 2019, I did my usual runs and was excited about my son's upcoming wedding and the holidays. However, two weeks before Thanksgiving & the wedding, I began to have extreme pain in my hip joints that spread throughout my body. By Christmas, I could hardly move. My doctor had given me a short dose of Prednisone that relieved the pain, but when it returned she refused to give me more and told me to see a rheumatologist. Only problem: It took me two months to get an appointment. The pain and waiting was unbearable! After extreme testing that turned up nothing that could be identified, I was put on large doses of Prednisone. Four months later, as we were working to lower my dose the pain returned only to have to increase the medicine again. In July, another medicine was added to try and get the inflammation under control. In August, I knew I had to find a way to get my body to heal itself and found Golden Health Holistics. Within two weeks, the pain started subsiding. Elsa is so knowledgeable and knew just what tests needed to be done and what to do with the results. Going the holistic route is slow and takes time, but the beauty is your body heals itself instead of masking the symptoms only to have more issues and problems arise. I enjoyed a 15 mile bike ride this past Saturday and a 4 mile run on Sunday with no pain and sheer jubilation of having my body healthy again!

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Lam with chronic fatigue 1 year and 3 months after high dose radiation for cancer. I was sleepy no mater how much sleep I got, I couldn’t focus well, I had little interest in anything but sleep. I started with a blood test which gave a lot of information on genetic reasons which would help explain my state of health. It’s been a long road but improvement started with the initial 2 week detox diet and went to 70% improved in the first year. Then I did a urine test for toxins which was shocking in the results. This led to nutrition changes including elimination of gluten and dairy for 6 months.
