Negative experience: This place is all about the money which I could respect if they bothered to let people know that they were going to change things repeatedly and charge you more money to go and see them instead of showing up and them wanting more money, no emails, no notifications know nothing. First of all, they charge double the price that mountain care pharmacy does for the medication. They refuse to write a prescription for you to get it at mountain care pharmacy because, as I was told they make money off of that. Today when I showed up to get more medication. I was told that even though I was seen 3 months ago and they put me in an appointment for May because the provider told me I could go four months and that's where they put my appointment that they could not give me, my medication because there was a change in the formulation and the provider would have to see me first and charge me for "The Visit," and they were several weeks out on scheduling, which is a bunch of crap. Providers provide medication all the time without having to see the patient with each new medication that they prescribe, it's super common. Even if it were the case, an email sent out would have been a good idea, but that is not what happened. Word to the wise. Get an appointment with your regular care provider. Ask them to send you a prescription to mountain care pharmacy. You'll get the medication for half the price and you won't have to put up with the nonsense.

Fantastic experience: I finally feel heard and understood about my hormones!! I now feel back to myself, balanced and lost weight since my first appointment! It can only get better from here and I have Bailey and her amazing supportive team to thank! I’m referring every lady I know struggling through menopause when it doesn’t have to be. Life changing!!!

Positive experience: I was going to give a 2-star review but would like to revise my posting due to their acknowledgment and remedy of the situation. I truly appreciate their attention to the matter. I want to start off by saying the staff was very nice and did hear me out on this but I want to forewarn people that they will charge you $150 just for a 30 min. conversation with their DNP (who was still lovely). I went in for an initial consultation to get information on their process, products, pricing, and if it might be a good fit. I left with a few sheets of information on their products and was charged $150. I get that there might be a consultation fee but many places offer that for free before you move forward. I was expecting maybe $50. I bet their services are top-notch!

ID, ID 01 12/3/2021 I have been a patient of this clinic for several years, and a very satisfied patient. However, this week I had an unacceptable experience. Personally, I've been in the healthcare field for over 45 years and I managed a staff of 15 physicians for the most recent years of my career. In my experience, communication is frequently the most troublesome. And this week, I experienced the absolute worst communication from this team I have ever experienced from any clinic. Leo, who only identified himself as the owner of the clinic after requested, definitely reflected poor communication skills, being entirely unaware of the situation and the facts of the case and blindly stumbling into a call - I must say his communication certainly has trickled down through the staff at this clinic. Having taken many calls, from unhappy patients, I know from experience - that the first line of information is knowing the history and status of the call and working with the patient to determine if the issue can be resolved. I will be the first to say that the 'customer ISN'T always right'............but having enough facts to determine where the problem is occurring is absolutely required. Something Leo nor his staff did. While I had excellent service for several years, the service this week was beyond tolerable. I recommend you exercise caution and gather all of your facts when communicating with any team member of this clinic.

Negative experience: I originally had a great experience here, I was receiving hormone therapy due to low testosterone. I was paying 25 per injection twice a week. After having high red blood cell count etc, my PCP ordered a referral for an Endocrinologist. After one visit and blood work I was told I was on a ridiculously high dose and needed to get off it. He wrote a prescription for the same testosterone, which cost me 37 dollars for a 10 week supply. This company made over 700 on me in four months. Who needs to be making a 700% profit margin on health related care?

Allison and the team really care about finding the ailments and deficiencies and giving a diagnosis that promotes better wellness. I know it's cliche but with my treatment I receive I feel 10 years younger. I was having trouble sleeping, which led to low energy and high cortisol which then would cause me to have trouble winding down at night. My treatment plan worked almost immediately, and I have sent many friends and family members here! Highly recommend!

I had a total hysterectomy with a Pulmonary Embolism (bilateral saddle heavy blood clot load in both lungs) a year ago and struggled to stay awake daily. Gained 40 lbs and zero energy. I honestly cried in my car after my first visit with Alison. She was sympathetic to my situation and gave me renewed hope. We’ve been correcting my hormone levels with a few prescriptions, supplements and weekly testosterone with B12 shots. My energy is increasing each week, brain fog is clearing, sleeping REALLY good and my anxiety has been in check (Jasmine is AWESOME with a needle!!!!!) Fantastic experience: I highly recommend hormones plus weight loss! I started working with them because I could not seem to lose weight and was also experiencing anxiety, low energy, and low libido. I am happy to say that since I started working with them in July I have lost 30 pounds and my other symptoms have drastically improved! In order to lose weight you will still have to change your eating habits etc, it is really hard work but I believe getting my hormones balanced has made my efforts work where before I could not lose weight even if I was counting calories. Fantastic experience: I have been on very low dose HRT for years. I still felt somewhat tired, unmotivated and some times foggy. Old doc kept telling me that I was fine simply “getting older” and all my tests were normal. Dr. Melle recommended a totally different approach and I haven’t felt this good in years.
