Fantastic experience: Been having a long term issue with my left shoulder. Painful when sleeping on it causing me to switch sides and disrupting my sleep. Dr Wilkins started working on it and after two visits the pain is gone. Still not 100 percent but getting there quickly.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with Total Health Center! Dr. Wilkins took the time to fully assess my condition and explains things in a way that helps me have a better understanding of my body. After the first session I felt a huge reduction in pain that I had been struggling with for months. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. I am so thankful to have found Total Health Center!

Fantastic experience: This has been an experience that has changed my life by changing how I physically and mentally feel DAILY. The knowledge and understanding provided through this process in about 4 weeks has challenged me to be able to function without pain and exhaustion and overall feeling unwell. I have spent 2-3 years with phantom issues that after many test and multiple drs. and high copays I have answers and have seen ( visually ) the issues leave my body. I am healed In areas I always thought would be in my life daily and actually learned to deal with the nerve pain Now I am able to see less inflammation throughout my body and no joint or muscle or nerve pain. Fantastic experience: I have been to numerous chiropractors in the past and by far, this experience with Dr. Wilkins is the most thorough and tailored experience I've ever had! It's not a cookie-cutter approach with a bunch of cracking my back and neck; rather, it is a lot investigating to provide me the most effective treatment. I LOVE that he uses applied kinesiology! Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Wilkins. After suffering with hip pain for several months I went to Total Health in Kennett. Dr Wilkins evaluated my muscle strength as well as my posture. Long story short after 2 sessions my pain symptoms have improved roughly 80%. Fantastic experience: I've known Winden for some time, as she is a part of our community. I’ve suffered from migraines for over 15 years and seen several specialists to rule out anything serious as I’m a horse person and have taken many hits to the head. There seems to be nothing clinically wrong with me, despite the severity of the headaches. For now, my headaches have dissipated but are always on the verge, as my system has become hyper in-tuned to them because they are a threat to my everyday wellness. Winden felt that my headaches are a manifestation of early childhood trauma and diagnosed me with C-PTSD and we started an intense course of ketamine treatment. I would have never considered myself a candidate for PTSD, let alone C-PTSD, until I remembered. I shut those feelings down long ago and am a 54 year woman. Negative experience: Great chiropractor for prenatal care, however they push a lot of their personal beliefs on you such as don't get vaccines, don't get your baby vaccinated, don't get ultra sounds, do hypno-birthing, etc. I did not appreciate being told to not wear a mask when I was sick, or to not listen to my Doctors advice and not give my baby a vision k shot, not get a covid booster, etc.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapist was excellent. She led my wife through a series of exercises and left instructions on following through with daily exercises.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found out about this place. I started taking my toddler there last winter when I wanted to avoid the pressure of taking antibiotics from pediatricians but wanted to relieve him as he builds his immune system. Dr Matte was amazing. I needed her holistic encouragement and her motherly touch was so pleasant to work with. The whole staff was friendly as it was not easy to treat a toddler. Dr matte was able to relieve his tight neck and improve his symptoms without ever having to take amoxicillin for a supposed “ear infection” and he loves to visit THCKS! He now comes with me to all my appointments and they are very accommodating. Since speaking with Dr. Matte about overall health I decided to do her nutrition program - muscle response testing. I had a load of symptoms - gut issues, fatigue, allergies, chronic colds, irritability and insomnia and no matter how healthy my lifestyle was i couldn’t shake it. she tested me for parasites, bacteria, mold/fungus, heavy metals, toxins and I had everything, even lymes disease. It took a good 4 months of doing her cleanse protocols and regularly testing to get myself feeling good again. Almost like I got worse before i got better. But I’m so relieved of all those symptoms. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Matte and Dr. Wilkins for 10 months for chiropractic and wellness care. I can't believe how much better I feel. When I first started going to them I was bloated and uncomfortable after eating every time. I was exhausted, with brain fog, weight gain, migraines, and joint pain (neck). Dr. Matte performed different tests and determined I had high levels of metals in my system as well as high levels of Radon, all of which came from my earlier years that I had no idea I had been exposed to. I also had parasites in my stomach and intestine that were causing my stomach and brain fog issues. Yes, I know it is gross but we can pick up these parasites in the places we eat, the food we eat if it is not cooked correctly. Just normal day living.
