Fantastic experience: As a “transplant” to Texas and the Waco area, Compleo has been my “village”. You know when they say, “It takes a village”? Yes, they’re THAT village for me…my hype men, my cheerleaders, the people in my corner. For the past two years, I’ve enjoyed every moment spent at Compleo. I’ve worked with Lauren for breastfeeding and pediatric nutrition, Kendra for my son’s physical therapy, Sarah for pelvic floor therapy, Lindsey and Taylor for counseling services, and attended the New Moms Group where I’ve met other Compleo staff who are just as wonderful! I’d also like to give a huge shoutout to the front office staff, because they make scheduling and checking in SO simple and easy, they are extremely friendly, and they take the time to remember your name and face! This team, this place, is a true “one stop shop”, especially for new moms. I’ve spent hours and hours with all of these great people of Compleo and I consider them my village because they care so much about the wellbeing of their patients. They SEE me for me and don’t ever brush off what I say or any concerns I have. They LISTEN without judgement! They do all that they possibly can to find solutions that YOU can get behind and feel comfortable with. I probably share too much information with them sometimes (my opinion, not theirs), but they’ve honestly made me feel like family. I wish that more Compleos, with the same fabulous staff and environment, existed because I know how much my life has been changed for the better here. This place and these people are a little slice of Heaven and I’m not sure where my family and I would be, both mentally and physically, if it weren’t for the help, patience, love, support, kindness, and care that’s poured out here. I always joke and say I feel like I live at Compleo, but if there’s a place that I can call my “home away from home”, there’s no better place than here. The people, the culture, the “vibes”…it just makes you feel like you belong. Thank you, Compleo, for being all that/who you are!❤️

Fantastic experience: I had the most personal experience with Compleo Physical Therapy &Wellness. They are the best in Hewitt Tx. They are very attentive and listen to everything you need and want in the future in their field. When talking to Mrs Kay I felt like I was talking to a friend who just wanted to see how I was doing and getting her feedback on eating habits and good healthy choices to try. If giving a chance, book your appointments with the best and someone that’s close to home.

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot say enough about this amazing practice. My pre-teen and I both frequent Compleo for visits for physical therapy, lactation counseling, and nutrition counseling. Dr. Thomas Anderson (physical therapy) is incredible at what he does. He has helped me tremendously with finding the root of my issues, rather than just treating the symptoms. Lauren (lactation) is truly a miracle worker. She is a patient advisor, and an amazing encourager. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable in lactation techniques and has been my saving Grace. The office staff are wonderful, friendly, and super helpful. I am grateful for my OB’s referral to Compleo.

Negative experience: I was excited for my grandson to get in here, unfortunately he never has. Everyone was friendly and helpful except for the last person I spoke with. We have been on the waiting list since early this year. I finally spoke with someone that was supposed to set up a meet & greet with a counselor and get back with me. After a week of not hearing back, I reached out. I explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone and she told me I was wrong. Said counselor did not have any openings for a month. I explained it was only a meet & greet and I was previously told something would be set up and I would be contacted. She proceeded to tell me that would not be done until counselor was available, a month out. I said that is not how it was explained to me but, ok. It has now been a month and a half and I still have not been contacted by anyone. Communication and follow-up is poor. Staff is friendly for the most part.

Fantastic experience: It was a beautiful experience. At first, my son did not want to go in and asked me to cancel the appointment since it was his first time. But in a few seconds, the doctor, with love and patience, became his friend, making his consultation very pleasant for both my son and me.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Lauren for lactation support! I’m quite sure I wouldn’t have made it this far in our breastfeeding journey if it weren’t for Lauren’s incredible kindness, reassurance, and fount of knowledge as we worked through each challenge. She was very supportive of our goals and has been an invaluable part of my postpartum recovery and wellness.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful that I have been able to rely on Lauren as my lactation consultant during my breastfeeding journey. Prior to having my baby I took the Feeding Baby Basics course at Compleo, which I highly recommend. Since then I have met with Lauren to help me both prepare for breastfeeding and to continue breastfeeding once baby was here. She is always so patient and knowledgeable. I don’t think I could have done this without her. Everyone wanting to breastfeed should have a Lauren to help them!

Fantastic experience: Kay Williams was AMAZING! She listened to my concerns and gave me recommendations with explained the reasoning behind them. I have been treated for cancer for months with little to no help from doctors on how to eat correctly to regain strength through treatment and continue a healthy lifestyle afterwards. Kay was attentive, concerned, and helpful. I would recommed her 110%. This was the best knowledge and appointment I have had through my entire journey.

She was so sweet and reassuring so I really did feel better and more open minded going into it. Sarah is amazing! I actually looked forward to my appointments with her because she was so sweet and down to earth. She made me feel heard and so comfortable with the whole process. I highly recommend Compleo!

Fantastic experience: I am 5 days postpartum & had my first home visit with Lactation Consultant Lauren Sams. I already knew I was going to be in good hands after my initial consultation with her before baby arrived, but I had no IDEA what a HUGE difference it was going to make! The tools, guidance, support, encouragement that she has already given me has been priceless. After a disappointing failed attempt at breast feeding my first child, it was extremely important to me to I try again with my 2nd, and have it be successful. Again, 5 days postpartum, I can’t tell you what a world of a difference this experience with feeding my baby has already been. Do yourself a favor, Mamas, & use Lauren for any of your lactation consultant needs. You will not be sorry!!!! :)

Negative experience: If I could rate them zero stars specifically regarding how the PT runs the counseling side, I would. Was a client of one of their mental health therapists for 4 years. Was notified by phone that he was no longer there and that they would send a list of local therapists taking clients. I know that this wasn’t planned. This place is run by PTs not LPCs or LCSWs which is evident in the lack of continuity of care planning for his clients which included marginalized populations. Mental health therapy practices should follow the ACA and NASW code of ethics even if they are run by PTs. I would suggest not going to counseling here as they are not running the counseling side of the practice according to best practices, multiple codes of ethics for all mental health providers and continuity of care procedures regarding mental health treatment. I would expect this to happen at a big healthcare system but not a private practice in Woodway.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Compleo multiple times recently and they are such an amazing team! The staff are knowledgeable, creating a warm and supportive environment for parents and babies. The facility is clean and baby-friendly, making it a comfortable space for learning. When I found out I was having a baby, my husband and I attended the CPR/car seat safety classes and the baby feeding basics class. Both classes were informative and helped us feel prepared for what was to come. I have also attended new mom social hour, had my car seat installed by Kendra, who is a Child Passenger Safety Technician, had Lauren come to my house for lactation support after my baby arrived and have also been to infant massage classes. Kelsey is super helpful and always willing to provide information on the benefits of PT for a newborn and is also a wealth of knowledge about community resources outside of her business. Overall, Compleo is a valuable resource for anyone seeking guidance and community.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Compleo from first contact to my last appointment was exceptional. I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for some time and Thomas, DPT was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me back on my feet (no pun intended). The whole staff is very responsive, professional and diligent in working with you as a patient. You will not regret checking out Compleo for your therapy needs.

Started with doula Stephanie- revdoula, continued amazing lactation support from Laura and currently working with the greatest, nicest, caring Pelvic Floor therapist, Sarah. And a future patient of dietician.. they’re always there when/ what ever you need. All staff are so caring, friendly, nice and kind. I love the team and energy!

After delivery, we did an in home lactation visit which was super convenient with a newborn. Both visits were very informative and helpful to my husband and I. Lauren was able to help answer any questions and concerns we had.

Fantastic experience: Kay (and the rest of the staff that I met) is absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet and caring and she made me feel so comfortable. After just my first session I left with a wealth of knowledge and a much more positive outlook. Other nutritionists in the past have told my to do XYZ, even if it didn't work for me and left me feeling confused. Kay included me in figuring out a good plan tailored to me and explained everything thouroughly. I finally feel like I can be successful with an healthy eating plan and with only a few tweaks.

Fantastic experience: As a retired therapist I highly recommend the PT Thomas. I had horrible shoulder pain with very little AROM and with his help the pain decreased and my AROM increased.

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional. Appointments are canceled 2 hrs prior. But has policy if client cancels in less than 24hrs they are fined fees.

I was dealing with digestive issues my whole life, but after the birth of my son, I had hormonal, sleep, and body image problems that was causing me deep pain. Courtney showed me a new way to look at my relationship with food, and has given me hope to heal for the first time in a very long time. She was extremely attentive to me, and her compassion is radiating. We need more people like Courtney!!

Fantastic experience: We love Compleo! We have worked with Lauren for a few months on breastfeeding related issues with my son. If it weren't for her, I could have never kept breastfeeding and my son's tongue tie would stay undetected. He's now almost 9 months old and is still exclusively breastfed (in addition to eating solids for the past ~3months).

Fantastic experience: My sessions with Aubrey have always been pleasant! She is really helped me with my needs and provides great stretches for me to do with whatever I’m struggling with. I’ve learned so much about the pelvic floor and how certain stretches and positions can help or hurt. I love that she educates women on things they can do to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. I’m so thankful to have her as my therapist!

Compleo was able to schedule me a telehealth meeting with Lauren within 2 days! Fantastic experience: I came to Compleo for lactation consultant services. I was not able to establish breastfeeding with my oldest child so when I was pregnant again I knew I wanted to seek out a lactation consultant as soon as possible. Lauren met with me near the end of my pregnancy and answered all my questions and helped me come up with a game plan for while I was still in the hospital to help get breastfeeding establish right away. As soon as we were discharged from the hospital Lauren came to our house and did home visits for the first few weeks. Despite all of Lauren's help my baby was still failing to gain sufficient weight and I needed to begin supplementing with formula. Lauren educated me on the different types of formula and helped me choose what was best for my baby. She helped me feel confident with supplementing while still working to find the root of the issue that was causing the lack of weight gain. Lauren suspected my baby may have some oral ties that were causing poor milk transfer so she referred me to an SLP for evaluation and it turns out my baby did have a lip and tongue tie. Thanks to Lauren's attention to detail and her referral to the SLP we were able to get the ties released and breastfeeding greatly improved. Lauren's passion for helping moms feed their babies in whatever way works best for them shines through in every session. She is thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I can honestly say without Lauren I would not have been able to breastfeed this baby either. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the best!

Fantastic experience: The entire team at Compleo is amazing (our family has worked with 6 of their therapists - 3 PTs, their amazing PFPT, the personal trainer, & the dietician!). First of all, Dr. Kelsey Baas is simply the best. If she hadn't sent me to the ER after TWO other doctors sent me home, I would have lost my right lower leg because I had arterial thrombosis and required an emergency procedure to fix the blockage! While everyone we've worked with has proven exceptional at their job, I want to highlight Aubrey Smith, DPT whose excellent diagnostic skills far-exceed those of many doctors in town who had never even heard of my rare condition. The work she does is nuanced, highly skilled, and holistic. If you need help with your pelvic floor, don't hesitate to book an appointment with her - she makes what could be an awkward experience very comfortable. Finally, Thomas Anderson, DPT does an amazing job of manual PT & patient education. In addition to providing me with the helpful tools I use daily to alleviate my low back pain, he has worked his manual therapy magic many times. I will always go to Compleo for my PT needs, and I recommend you do the same. You won't regret it.

I had no idea how beneficial pelvic floor therapy would be. I saw so much improvement after a few visits. I can happily say that I haven’t had any issues after continuing to apply all the therapy I received from Audrey. Pelvic therapy is a must!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Maggie Roeger at Compleo for the past 7 months and think she (and Compleo) are extraordinary. Compleo, because every therapist sees only one patient at a time. This means that Maggie really knows my capabilities, knows how to challenge me, and gives me ample time (while on the treadmill of course) to check in about how I feel about our progress. I learned recently that this is not the norm in most PT clinics. In regards to COVID, they are very careful about exposure and clean the equipment thoroughly after every appointment. The space is large and well-ventilated, and masks are always worn. In addition, every staff member is incredibly careful about quarantining after exposure. Maggie has changed my life, simply. When I started going to PT I couldn't walk for more than a couple minutes due to chronic lower back pain and tightness. Maggie never stopped challenging me, but also moved at a pace that felt doable. And when I would come to her and tell her something felt miserable to do, she would change it! I, of course, have to do my own work at home (my walks and my exercises), but Maggie feels like a partner in my mobility. I've cried to her so many times about the slowness of my progress, and each time she would reassure me that progress that is slow is the progress that sticks. And now 7 months later I'm able to take pleasure walks and easy hikes with my family. I could never thank her enough. All this to say, if you need to see a Physical Therapist, this is the clinic to go to.
