Fantastic experience: My absolute favourite place for self care, pain management, emotional wellbeing and whole body love for me and my family. I've been going to Sunu for 6 over years and love it for many reasons. The reception staff is always so personable, welcoming and helpful. The practitioners are incredibly trained. The environment makes you keep wanting to come back. I went weekly throughout my fertility and pregnancy journey and have continued to go in monthly through postpartum. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Tara is awesome! I've seen her many times for a massage and she is so attentive and kind. She helped me during a recovery from achilles tendon surgery and did such a great job in the moment, as well as giving suggestions for what I can do at home to care for the surrounding muscles affected by the surgery. I would highly recommend her for both a general relaxation massage or a more specific medical massage. I always feel well cared for by her and the entire SuNu team!

Fantastic experience: June has been my go to massage therapist for years. It started as a friend’s referral to SuNu after a whiplash injury, but now I won’t see anyone else. June is incredibly intuitive, kind, and seems to appreciate my dad jokes. She was a lifesaver after my whiplash and other sport related injuries that followed (whoops). The SuNu staff is always welcoming and everyone knows their stuff. I’d highly recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: I have been to quite a number of chiropractors throughout my life, and none have compared to the care my kids and I receive at Sunu. It feels like most chiropractors do a quick generic crack and send you on your way, but Dr. Emma spends time checking in with our bodies, easing us into the adjustments, asking how we've been personally and it all ties together into the most heartfelt care. We travel from St. Paul to Minnetonka because Dr. Emma is more than worth the drive during rush hour! I haven't personally seen any of the other practitioners, but have no doubt their care is equally high. The front desk employees have always been courteous and kind. As a business owner and homeschool parent, punctuality can be difficult to uphold as I'm pulled in many directions and I've received nothing less than kind understanding when I've not made it there on time. I would recommend Sunu to anyone, of any age looking for healing.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of receiving an East meets West massage with Dr. Adrienne. Oh my. It was the best of all worlds, literally. East represents the world’s eastern body care traditions, and West represents the world’s western. Dr. Adrenaline blended the two modalities seamlessly. Among other approaches, I enjoyed the benefits of acupuncture rejuvenating my back while simultaneously receiving a deep tissue massage on my lower extremities. For 60 minutes time was suspended. Dr. Adrienne’s East meets West is a must try.

I work with a pregnant population. I ended up loving the space so much, I ultimately decided to base my birth consultation business out of Sunu Wellness. I love how all the different modalities of care complement one another and how the body and emotional spirit are considered, and integrated in all treatments.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for the best massage therapists and chiropractors in the twin cities - come here! I've seen June for over 5 years and can't imagine seeing anyone else. I won't even make a massage reservation on vacation because I know it won't live up to June. I've also seen Dr. Courtney for chiropractic work for myself and my infant daughter. I was nervous to bring my infant to a chiropractor, but felt so confident and safe with her seeing Dr. Courtney. The customer service from the individuals at the front desk is superb. After only a couple of appointments they knew my name and greeted me enthusiastically. I'm so grateful for Sunu and all of the amazing individuals who work there!

I have a nagging rib injury that Paige is always able to get it back in place and relieve pain. I go from not being able to lay down comfortably to getting great night sleeps after adjustments!

Fantastic experience: Dr Paige is a true talent. She helped me a couple of times with back pain, caused by lifting weights. The first time was severe, I was in pretty intense pain just sitting. She calmly communicated with me to find what was going on, as she assessed my back. It felt like she had a natural ability to seek and find my exact problem areas. I felt immediate relief after the adjustment, my range was back and the shooting pain was gone. I highly recommend Dr Paige to everyone. Very skilled and intuitive, which is not always an easy find. She listens to my concerns and helps work out whatever issue is bothering me that visit. She also has taken great care of my youngest to keep her aligned and help with some digestive issues. The office is clean and has a great view, along with some locally sourced items for sale if you're looking. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. Fantastic experience: Dr. Courtney is absolutely FANTASTIC!! I had been in labor for over 31 hours with pretty intense back labor. She squeezed me into her schedule even though I hadn’t ever met her before!! She was so patient and worked with me through contractions that were literally minutes apart. She worked on my tailbone and a few other places to give baby more room and me significant relief. Less than 4 hours later my baby was born. My family will forever be grateful for her and look forward to having her care for our whole family.

Dr Susan is incredible and gave me hope that I wouldn’t have to go through life constantly getting headaches or having stomach pains. Susan/Kayla/Courtney/Annie/Cailin are great at adjusting and providing do-able lifestyle advice for both me and my daughter as a new born- they've helped us navigate tongue tie, poor sleep, and difficulty with breastfeeding. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with these practitioners. They gave me so much support when I felt like life was was falling to pieces and I confidently recommend them to everyone I know. Office staff is also top-notch and are always going above and beyond to serve.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Susan since being referred to her years ago, before the birth of Sunu. She can fix just about anything, and even somehow manages to adjust my prosthetic ear bones! Also, her cranialsacral adjustments are fantastic. Tanya is my current massage therapist and I've never had one that I work so well with. She has the best hands and works with my body rather than against it. I tend to guard a lot because of chronic pain, but she always gives me appreciable results every time. I wouldn't trade them for anyone. The women at Sunu keep my poor mistreated body in (mostly) working condition.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment after injuring my lower back after lifting something. I've never been to a chiropractor before and was a bit skeptical and nervous. I was able to get in the next day and receptionist explained all the pre visit stuff well. I saw Dr. Shurson and she was very helpful and explained eveything prior to doing any tests/manipulations and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I noticed an immediate improvement with my pain. 5/5 would visit again and would recommend

Fantastic experience: Was having lower back discomfort likely due to my age and weight, having never seen a chiropractor before, I was very hesitant, but Dr Kayla was not only patient and understanding - but knowing of my hesitations' she explained everything to me thoroughly before receiving treatments. Now, back pain is a thing of the past. I also see Carey for acupuncture to treat restless leg syndrome (RSL); again, Carey explained everything and answered all of my questions, acupuncture may not be for everyone, but if you have RLS, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Fantastic experience: SuNu Wellness is such an awesome place. From the minute you walk in, the ambiance is so peaceful and calming. I was greeted right away and offered a warm neck wrap and water or tea while I waited for my appointment. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I first started going to SuNu after a car accident I was in that gave me whiplash, a concussion, and back spasms (to the point I could not stand up straight). I received acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, and massages at different times and each time I walked in with pain, I left feeling 110% better. I definitely would recommend SuNu to anyone looking for a sense of an overall well-being inside and out.

When you walk in the door, someone is there to greet you and make you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is quite and calming. Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident in October 2016. I called Sunu and had an assessment as soon as I could. Dr. Quigley wrote up a treatment plan for me that included a combination of chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture treatments, and massages. She was even able to send me out to get X-rays of my back. It was all covered by my car insurance (State Farm). I couldn’t believe how easy it was! I was at Sunu very regularly for many months. It started with 2 times a week and slowly spaced out over time (40-ish visits overall). Every one of those visits were amazing. Everyone at Sunu is so helpful, friendly, and understanding. I always feel better walking out than I did walking in. I was treated under my plan til July 2017 when I was deemed “back to normal”. Since July, I have been showing up at Sunu once a month for massage and a chiropractic adjustment. Even though my car insurance isn’t paying for my visits anymore, I can clearly feel the benefits. Before this experience, I didn’t realize how helpful chiropractic care is essential in caring for my nervous system. I feel like I am truly caring for my immune system. Thanks, SUNU!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client at SuNu - Minnetonka for over three years, and can confidently say that you can expect care of the highest quality. I receive chiropractic care from Dr. Cailin, and have loved every session. Her exams are comprehensive and ongoing, and her adjustments are always confident and assertive, without ever feeling aggressive or overbearing.
