Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! The people are so friendly and encouraging – it makes showing up way easier. The coaches really know their stuff too; they're super knowledgeable. I've been taking some of the classes, and they definitely push you, but in a good way – challenging but doable. Fantastic experience: I joined Ampz fitness 3 months ago, and it's been an absolute game changer. As a moderately fit person who's always desired more, I have long struggled with consistency and pushing myself with home workouts or when freestyling at a gym. That said, I always thought bootcamp style workouts were a gimmick, and not something for me. I was also scared it would be so intense that I wouldn't be able to keep up. While that may be the case at other places, I could not have been more wrong given my experience at Ampz. The trainers are amazing! They push you in the right ways. They support you to no end. They explain everything clearly, and help you to modify when needed. The community is instantaneous. If you asked me 3 months ago if I thought this would have been fun, I would have thought you were crazy. But it truly is! The level of camaraderie and friendliness is off the charts... You instantly belong when you join. From a workout standpoint, I am able to accomplish in 1 hour a day more than I would be able to accomplish in 2-3 times that length of time working out at home or elsewhere. I cannot recommend Ampz enough, no matter where you are on your journey. Three months in, I'm feeling great and seeing results. And this is just the beginning. I can't wait to see where my journey takes me in the company of such awesome people. If you're thinking about it, definitely try a free class. You'll be hooked!

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend joining! You are welcomed by everyone and you feel comfortable from the start. The coaches are very kind and know exactly what they are doing. They will help you and push you to do your best which I loved. The training is top notch. The environment was amazing and the place was very clean which I loved. And my favorite part is how each class is focused on one work out. And the prices are very reasonable, Will definitely be going back. Fantastic experience: Found Ampz when I was visiting my parents. Coach Amphone was so responsive and got me signed up super quickly for a class the following morning. Fantastic experience: Have been going to Ampz for about a month now where I’ve been working with fitness Coach Nick. It has been an extremely positive and hugely productive experience. After a total hip replacement a few years ago, I gained an unhealthy 25 pounds, and lost much strength in the muscles stabilizing the joint, largely from my own hesitations about training. Nick has helped me strengthen and activate muscles long forgotten, including stretching through an old shoulder injury. He is quite knowledgeable with regard to biomechanics, physiology, and good old fashioned strength building. I’ve become motivated to push past self imposed limitations and to be a healthy weight again. If you are seeking very personalized training, with specific goals in mind, strongly consider Ampz. Thoroughly impressed with this team of professionals. Highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I am writing a second review because I just completed my $30 for 30 days challenge! With the exception of Sunday’s where no classes are offered, I attended 6 days a week for the 30 day trial and feel great. Compared to where I started, I feel like my mentality is stronger already. Before I would psyche myself out and now I feel that I am more excited to meet the challenge and push myself when I feel myself tiring. Coach Brian and the team are all great motivators when you need that extra push. A month of work-outs and not a single day was a repeat. There are repeated movements, but as far as the structure of the work-out it is well-balanced and varied so it always feels like a challenge. I love coming here and even when I don’t feel like getting out of bed on a rainy cardio day, I am always glad that I showed up and worked hard. This is truly a special place in terms of the community and you will see the results you seek!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to get in shape, offering well balanced diverse workouts that are accessible to all fitness levels. The combination of cardio and strenght excercises ensures that you don't get bored. The trainers are very knowledgeable and approachable and provide personalized attention and advise. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!!!! I’ve been with Ampz for a while, and I’ve never felt better about my body since I started. I’ve joined several gyms before, and I’ve never experienced a better workout like I get at AMPZED!!! This gym is my final destination. Workouts are nothing you’ll ever expedite before during an hour of class; the atmosphere is so positive; the energy itself just gets you so pumped to push yourself to try harder; and the owners (Amphone and Scottie) are so loving and caring that you just feel like you're part of their family! That being said, you will always walk out of the building feeling so good about yourself! Forget getting a therapist; AMPZ will prove you all the support and more.

Fantastic experience: Ampz is a great workout and has the best atmosphere! As a physical therapist I appreciate that they allow each individual to go at their own pace while modifying any moves to get the best form. The coaches are motivating in the best way and the workout is always challenging but fun. I thought I was getting a good workout at home but realized I didn't push myself 1/4 as much as the Ampz workouts and I look forward to continuing here. The owner is extremely responsive and I was signed up in a day with all of my questions answered. Give it a try and you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I wish I actually took photos of where I started to now. Underweight from cancer & surgeries. No muscle to speak of. I couldn’t lift the barbell and struggled with 5 lb dumbbells. I just wanted to be healthy at first and now I’m seeing how far I can go. With coaches who really know how to help you get from an absolutely newb to hitting heavyweights to a great group of people who always lookout for you. Be it dropping form or needing to be called out for grabbing something heavier. We push each other everyday to try to have a better day than the one before.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Ampz in 2020-2021 before we had to move farther away and I never found a gym like it. The coaches care about your safety and form and bring great energy each day. It's a clean gym and the members are always welcoming. We moved back to Bristol in May 2023 and I'll be coming to Ampz for as long as they are here.

Fantastic experience: My wife first brought me to AmpZ fitness about 6 months ago after she had started attending classes on her own 6 months or so earlier. I started by attending two classes a week. This quickly turned into three and now is verging on becoming a regular 4. All the coaches are very involved and intimately committed to working with their members in a way that is very genuine and friendly. The group workouts feel more like personal training with the level of engagement the coaches deliver. I attend the classes of almost exclusively two coaches, and both exceeded my expectations. They are more than happy to re-explain a move set or notice a correction to my form. So pervasive is their attentiveness that I will often find them asking how my back muscles are holding up at a station, just before I start reaching my limit. Having known little in the physical fitness area I was made comfortable and encouraged to push myself and reach; even if my goal was just getting through the days’ class at first! The other gym members are also a very positive aspect of this gym. I haven’t met one that wasn’t friendly and everyone I’ve seen is quick to encourage one another. Having not been a gym-goer I was hesitant to put myself in a “gym” environment. AmpZ hasn’t shown me any of the negative stereotypes often attached to gyms. However, my experience has not been limited to pleasant social interactions. The regimen is diabolically effective. A constant rotation of workout components and overall targeting has meant no two workout days have been the same and I’ve never been bored. I’m still able to recognize most of the moves most of the time but it’s always fresh. When I started attending classes I was the lightest I’d been since a kid at 140 pounds with something like 23% body fat. 6 months in I’m at 185 pounds and 17.5%. I’m certainly the fittest I’ve been in my life. While I haven’t closely tracked and don’t know the fine details on the results I’ve gotten from attending, I feel absolutely great and that’s enough for me.

Fantastic experience: I joined Ampz fitness over the summer when my previous gym closed. I thought I was in pretty good shape however the workouts at Ampz are challenging (in a good way) and the trainers push me to work harder every class. Fantastic experience: Life changing gym! I signed up for a discounted 4 month trial at the beginning of the year when I was going through a really hard time in my life and just needed something that would help me keep going through the motions. AmpZ was all that and more. I have trouble writing this review because I can't say enough about how I love this gym. I honestly look forward to going and it's usually the best part of my day. Who says that?! I love the community! Everyone is welcome here. The coaches are friendly, encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and will get to know you and challenge you! You show up and they walk you through the exercises that day. They will help you modify and they will help you push yourself. I lost 15 lbs in the first 2 months, lost inches and gained lots of strength, muscle and confidence. I have gotten so strong not only physically but mentally and emotionally. My life has changed drastically since that first day I stepped in this gym and I'm so grateful! I had every intention of leaving after my trial when I signed up, but 10 months later and I'm still going strong. My husband saw my results and love for the gym and we now go together and he loves it as well. If you feel stressed about signing up to a gym and figuring out what to do when you get there, stress no more. Check out AmpZ where the effective workouts are already put together for you, the music's blasting, and you can be challenged to be the best version of you!

Fantastic experience: The gym is on of the best I ever tried. All classes are different, the couches helps you fallow the stations. Also the communication with the owner is great- always you get quick response.

Fantastic experience: I really love coming to workout at Ampz Fitness. Classes are taught by energetic and knowledgable coaches and provide you with step-by-step exercise demonstration. There is a variety of classes offered in both cardio and strength. Work in the morning isn't an excuse as they have classes starting as early at 5am as well as some afternoon sessions!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending classes at Ampz Fitness since November and I’m extremely happy that I decided to make this change in my life to help better my health and overall wellbeing. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also motivated; they are there with you every step of the way to help guide you through your class making sure you’re moving through each exercise properly. I also love that I don’t need to plan and think of my own exercises. You show up and your workout is already planned for you! It’s easy and effective! Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Amped Fitness for just over two months and although I haven’t lost any weight (my own fault for eating too many sweets) I have gained muscle and energy. For someone who struggles to get up in the morning I do three 6:00 am classes a week.. two are strength training and the third is cardio (which really kicks my butt). The instructors/coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They compliment your efforts after every class. A nice blend of members of varying ages and men and women work out side by side. Two thumbs up for a great strategy to fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ampz Fitness for over 5 years. This is the ONLY gym I have been able to be consistent with. The group atmosphere, the full body workouts, music that gets you pumped up, people that keep each other motivated, and lots of laughs along the way. Ampz makes it fun to work out! The workouts are planned each day so you don't have to think about a thing. They do it all for you! Coach's are there to motivate and help you along the way. And the best part is that you can go at your own pace. Coming to Ampz has changed the way I feel and the way I look. I recommend this gym to anyone at any age and any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Ampz around 3x a week for 3 weeks and already notice great results. My clothes definitely fit better already. These are great workouts that are around 45 minutes with stretching afterwards (they get you in and out in an hour or less). Classes are anywhere from 3-12 people which is a great size because it's not cramped but you're with a group too. It's a great workout for any age range and the coaches give the right balance of challenging you. Coaches are knowledgeable and call out proper form with specific tips which is important when working out at a higher intensity. You will not be disappointed with the results!
