Fantastic experience: Who knew getting your whole body realigned could be both effective and actually enjoyable? I came to Dr. Medford’s office waddling in like a very pregnant duck, thanks to pregnancy pelvic pain that made even getting off the couch feel like an Olympic sport. Within weeks, my pain has already been significantly reduced—and I can finally walk (and sleep!) without wincing. Dr. Medford is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely funny and clearly loves what she does. She makes every visit feel easy and positive, even when things are out of whack. Her energy is contagious—in the best way. Her Team just as fantastic—friendly, caring, and always up for a good laugh. In fact, I even got to help Dr. Medford pull a name prank on one of the girls, which felt like being part of an elite, spine-aligning comedy troupe. You don’t just get better here—you have fun doing it. 12/10 would recommend getting cracked here. You’ll feel better, laugh more, and possibly get recruited for harmless mischief. They’re officially stuck with me through pregnancy and beyond—sorry not sorry!

Fantastic experience: When I could not bear my hip pain anymore and I had only 4 days before a long international flight, I called Dr. Medford’s clinic in agony. Against all the odds, I was not just taken in on such a short notice, but received with warm welcome and care. Dr. Medford and her stuff felt like a caring family throughout those 4 days. I was given daily treatments at by the fourth day I could walk with ease and minimal pain. Dr. Medford wrote a detailed instructions for my future treatments. I feel Soft wave therapy I received is still working its way through my body and healing. My only regret is, I didn’t know about that clinic earlier. I can’t thank Dr. Medford enough for her personal approach to her patients, for listening my complaints with care and making me feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: i LOVE dr. medford!!! I started going to her because she is webster certified and my midwife recommended I go to align my hips for birth. She is so knowledgeable and makes sure you feel comfortable while you have your appointment! She did such a great job that my husband started going to her as well - and not just for chiropractic care but he's also getting softwave therapy and decompression. We love our visits and look forward to going every week!

Dr.Medford is a true healer and is credentialed with the VA because she wants to serve. That should tell you a lot about her. Fantastic experience: 10-23-22. Time for an update, been coming about a year now. Every 3 weeks now as I am also working out @ the gym now so lots of changes to my body. Feel amazing, rare to have back pain, Dr. Medford is a true God sent healer! **** Tell everyone or keep the secret? Dr. Medford is such a great Chiropractor I never know if I should shout it out on the web or keep it a secret so I can still get in to see her when I need to.  I originally chose her because I wanted a woman and she accepts my insurance but I stay because she really cares about her patients and if you’ll work with her she will help you gain strength, health and mobility.   At my age I’ve got to get into a better place with my body and learn to maintain that but I don’t want to go to the Dr. every week for the rest of my life.  Not even sure I want to go every month and she keeps it real.  When she evaluated me she made several offerings that could move me forward and one was pick when you come in and we’ll do our best.  There was no hard sell or phone calls to convince me.  I took time to decide (ran the numbers) and I did choose her treatment plan and I am not sorry.   My back and neck were a mess and I’d been in a severe car accident in my 40s so I had existing issues.  I knew my insurance was only going to pay for so many visits before it was all on me to cover the cost.   Her treatment has been a great investment.  I am just about done with the 12 week PT phase and I feel like a new woman.  I hardly notice my neck and back now because I am no longer in pain all the time.  Not only is she a great chiropractor, her staff are awesome, kind, respectful and fun.  Any time you have relationship there can be issues but I found if I was honest and spoke up Dr. Medford and her staff were responsive and helpful, it was easy to work things out.  I actually look forward to going to the Chiropractor; how amazing is that?   Massage is also available at the same location though it is a separate business.

I have been battling with a frozen shoulder(constant pain and a dramatic reduction in range of motion) for well over a year now. Therapy-nothing. Shots- nothing. The sound wave treatment I am receiving there has been the only thing that has given me any results. Dr Medford and her staff welcome you with open arms and they treat you like family!

Negative experience: I'm a disable veteran and LHI set up a chiropractor appointment for me with this Chiropractor. I had an appoint at 10:00am. I got to my appointment at 9:45am. I waited as I saw several people come in after me get seen. Around 10:40am another patient got up to complain that she had an appointment and had been waiting 30 minutes past her appointment time. The lady working the desk told her she would be next. Now this lady told me she was a school teacher and was on spring break and could wait but thought if you schedule an appointment you should be seen close that appointment time especially when you are there before the appointment time. Less than 10 minutes later they called her to the back. I was the only one sitting in the waiting room. The lady working the front desk looked into the waiting room as if she was looking for someone then closed the door. At 10:57am. I went to the front desk to let them know I have been waiting over an hour and that I have to get back to work since I schedule during my lunch break. The lady looked at me and said I'm sorry with attitude. Another desk lady asked if I wanted to reschedule but I told her no and that I would be contacting LHI. I'm not sure why I got overlooked but I could make an educated guess.

Fantastic experience: Feeling better!

Fantastic experience: I went in with a problem Dr Medford identified as a rib injury. Got that fixed and I’m now able to breath deeply without pain. Looking at my X-rays when I first came my lower back and neck were determined to potential future trouble spots. With years of ju-jitsu under my belt I was well aware of that. We put a plan in place to lessen future trouble. Seeing the after X-rays and how much they improved I was quite surprised. I honestly didn’t think the degree of improvement I saw was possible. Job very well done Dr Medford and team!

Negative experience: They did not help my wife at all. We were told that if we paid in full for the treatment plan we would save $200.we paid over $900. But when my wife stopped going there was no refund.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Medford Chiropractic for 8 years (since I first slipped a few discs in my spine during my senior year of college). Between decompression therapy, adjustments, and recommendations of exercises and massage, Dr. Medford has helped me to regain much of my flexibility and strength - so much so that I was able to carry and deliver my first son this year without any additional complications with my spine. I’m forever grateful to Dr. Medford and the entire staff for the way they’ve served me over the years. I don’t know where I’d be without them!
