Negative experience: Worst experience ever with bookings. I am willing to pay good money for services, but the past three times I have booked appointments they have had to be rescheduled and I was contacted just a few hours before my appointment time. If I were to do this regularly to a business I would be charged a fee, yet this seems to be a regular occurrence for this business. To add to the frustration, I show up for a rescheduled appointment, wait for 33 minutes before anyone is available to check me in, and then I am told that I was never actually put on the schedule and there is nothing they can do for me. I’ve wasted so much time trying to adjust my schedule just to get to these appointments that I am PAYING for and it’s been a complete waste of my time. Again, I am walking away with no services completed. A manager should have already addressed this issue when I mentioned it the last time I was contacted for my appointment to be rescheduled when I very clearly communicated my frustrations. I assume at this point my business just is not wanted or needed here.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience at AMS Studios appointment today. Jen pampered me with all the extra goodies that I received with my Christmas Extravaganza gift certificate. I was so relaxed after she massaged, hot toweled, sugar scrubbed, steamed and more. All of which melted all my knots and stress away. The aromatherapy was bliss. My facial was so luxurious and relaxing. If you have never treated yourself, remedy that ASAP. I highly recommend AMS studios. They are such professionals and you will leave feeling like a new person. I am a repeat customer that cannot wait for my next visit!

Fantastic experience: I got a deep tissue massage from Ashley and it was great and I can't recommend her enough. The deep tissue was just that's and I feel great. I told her I have sciatica and she focused a little more on that area and completely for rid of the pain.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely had the best time today! I went for microshading/powder brows. Very clean business and it smells AMAZING when you walk in. A few years ago, I had microblading done by a different business. It was not the best and they used an actual needle to numb your facial area... painful! This experience was totally different. A numbing gel was applied topically and I didn't feel a thing. My shape was redone and it looks so natural. I can't believe I have brows again! Mrs. Connie was extremely nice and I enjoyed talking to her while she provided my service.

Fantastic experience: After 13+ years of using the same “lash lady”, she moved and I was forced to find someone else. I came to AMS Studios today and RACHEL () placed a full set of classic lash extensions on me! This was after making an appointment yesterday and having Andrea removing the few lashes I had left! Both ladies made me feel very comfortable and there wasn’t even a wait in the waiting room (which was amazing)!! Rachel did a phenomenal job!! Kudos to AMS STUDIOS for taking care of a reluctant newcomer and gaining a new long term customer!!

Negative experience: Worst massage I have ever gotten in my life. It felt like she was simply rubbing lotion on me and never once asked about pressure. Pretty sure she was texting throughout the massage as well. Terribly unprofessional. Also the room had so many sound machines, music and light which was very overstimulating shining directly in my eyes when I was on my back. If you need a good therapeutic massage; look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Connie did my shadow brows and they look absolutely amazing . She is so good at her job. Being in the industry for over 20 years I have to say she is just naturally talented . I would recommend her to everyone . I have had so many compliments on my brows and no one could tell they were tattooed . I have also had my 4 week touch up with Connie and everything has been just a breeze . She is very precise in every part of the service . She makes sure you are very comfortable as well as numbing you through the whole service !!

Negative experience: What a disappointment, I've been looking forward for this treatment for a treat for my self after delivering my baby. During the derma planning process I felt sting and burn on my skin and I made a comment about it at the end of the procedure with the lady who did it (Rachel) and she didn't say anything about it being cut. Later on I saw on the mirror that I had 2 cuts on my face and when I mentioned this to the owner, she said this is normal and expected to happen in this kind of treatment. Well... The thing is, this is not my first time having facial derma plan , I've been having facial derma plan for over 10 years in many different places and countries and I have never ever had a cut on my face. And no, I will never expected that my face will get cuts after a $130 procedure! Edit to my original post: Thank you for taking your precious time to reply to my review, It makes me sad too to know that it straight comes from the owner itself who'd rather to lose me as a customer than taking this into an opportunity to gain back my trust, also since your response was the complete opposite to your other customer that happen to had the same experience 7 months ago (extremely rare). Cut happen because of poor staff training from your side. Using a knife or blade doesn't mean that you should get cut. There's a proper way and technique to do that. I really do hope from the bottom of my heart none of your future customers will had a bad experienced like I did. However, I got the message that you don't want my repeat business. Fantastic experience: My lash extension appointment was with Andrea. She was very kind and helpful when I had questions. My lashes came out perfect. I got a lot of compliments. I have gone to several lash techs prior to Andrea and have not been happy with the results, so I was happy that I finally found a lash tech that works for me.

Negative experience: I had been coming here for months to get extensions done with Cara and had been nothing but happy with her work! I am moving away from the area and wanted a lash lift to last me until I could find a new esthetician. I understand that a lash lift is no where near as dramatic or noticeable as extensions, but I just wanted a little curl to my lashes. I came in for a lash lift today with Andrea and not only was I unable to see the slightest difference before and after my service, but she was very unconfident and unsure going into the appointment, stating multiple times before we started that sometimes people see no results with a lash lift and that she can’t guarantee I will be able to see any difference in my lashes. At this point I asked to not move forward with the service, as Andrea had made it clear that she was not confident in her skill set and was told that I would be charged half the cost of the service due to their cancellation policy. While I understand that the policy is in place to help prevent last minute cancellations, I feel like this “cancellation” was due to her not being able to provide the service I had showed up for. I ended up moving forward with the appointment, as I did not want to be charged money, whilst not receiving the service I asked for. After my service I sat up and thanked her, and as she was handing me the mirror, she stated, “well I did the best I could”. She made sure to set the bar very low from the start and failed to meet it. I am beyond upset at her unprofessional attitude and her lack of confidence in her own work, especially after having several amazing experiences with Cara!! I am so sad to have to leave a bad review after receiving such great care with Cara, but after being charged for a service that did absolutely nothing to my lashes, paired with Andrea’s lack of confidence and lackadaisical attitude, I felt it was necessary.

Negative experience: Poorly trained estheticians. I had brought my girlfriend here for eyelashes. And she had the laches glued poorly onto the eyelids. Will never come back.

Negative experience: I went for dermaplaning, which I have been getting done for two years. The esthetician who did it was very kind and friendly, but I ended up with multiple cuts on my face, some fairly large and noticeable. She was in a rush because other appointments had run late, but 30 minute appointment didn't even last 20 minutes. I'd like to give them another chance, but I'm unhappy with the results I received and do not think I'll be returning.

I always do the ultimate facials and started doing micro needling and I love it. She gives the best recommendations on products. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: AMS has the best massage therapist I have ever had! Joanna knows her stuff. She knows relaxation and medical massage techniques. I went in for a massage after going to a chiropractor for weeks for some pain. After my massage with Joanna, I walked out pain free and it was amazing. Their facility is very relaxing and quiet when you enter. They make you feel as if you're the only person there. All the staff is professional and attentive. They have a nice selection of quality products as well. You will not be disappointed.

She was very informed and coached me through the whole thing lol. I don’t live in the area but if I did I would be coming back to her regularly for sure. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I first came to AMS in August 2019, and I’ve had several services here including a massage, facials, microneedling, hydrodermabrasion, and a new LED treatment called Celluma. I am always greeted cheerfully by Jen, Pam, and Meagan, and I’ve had all positive experiences each visit. I have seen great results with my services as well, and I feel personally connected to these ladies as they have each invested time in my visits and helped me in trying new avenues to achieve results I’m looking for. I appreciate people who care and invest in their clients, and I love the calming and quiet atmosphere, I feel so relaxed when I leave each visit. Fantastic experience: I took advantage of the mani/pedi special from Hillary after she was very highly recommended by a good friend and I am so happy I did. The best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had! No electric drills and great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was calming. They had just gotten some new items to enhance your experience and I got to test one out. The mat helped with the stiffness and pain in my hips and lower back. I was amazed by the positive effect, all I had to do was sit there. Wonderful!

Maria did a WONDERFUL job on my lash extensions and was professional and open to any questions I had from the time I made my appointment up until the moment I got to the studio. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable the entire session, and really took her time with my lashes. I can’t wait to go back for my lash fill with Maria and hope to experience more of the services they provide in the future. I tried my first Brazilian sugar wax with AMS, and it was amazing with little to no pain. I am a big fan now.However, my pain tolerance is very high! I have also received a facial with dermaplaning and I must say it was the best decision ever! It was so relaxing. I have tried another spa (which I will not name) with the Brazilian sugaring service, and I didn’t get the experience that I received from AMS. So, I’m sticking with AMS this in my home for my spa needs. I highly recommend AMS Studios for your spa need, trust me you will not regret it!
