Fantastic experience: I got fantastic results with Dr. Rutenberg. All conventional doctors didn’t really take my issues seriously, neither did they attempt to find out what was truly causing my issues. Dr. Rutenberg actually listened to my concerns and felt that my issues stemmed from my gut. He put me on a 100 day Wahls paleo diet and since I’ve been on it, I’ve been basically almost cleared of most of my issues. He truly wants to find the root cause of what’s going on. Fantastic experience: I started with Holistic Specialists back in November 2020 after 3 years of countless traditional doctors. Told my labs were normal. I kept gaining weight, my blood pressure was 180/120, I was prediabetic, horrible brain fog, zero ability to stay asleep, uncontrollable body temperature and debilitating acid reflux. I ate normal, exercised, did everything I was suppose to and yet the symptoms kept getting worse. I was at my wits end. I had no hope. I had doctors tell me, "its a simple equation, calories in versus calories out." They made me feel lazy and stupid. I had my breast implants removed, tried every diet under the sun. Nothing made things better. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Diego and finally, I found someone who listened. I gave him my laundry list of issues and he went through them one by one. At my one year anniversary seeing him, I am happy to report I have had 3 sets of FULL blood panels done and they continue to improve by leaps and bounds. Fantastic experience: I went to see Diego after being hospitalized 3 times and my doctors couldn’t find what I had. All my labs were ok and I was feeling very sick with a mixture of symptoms similar to flu, but with gastrointestinal issues too. I couldn’t eat and all my doctors could tell me was that I had stress. Diego very patiently listened to everything I had to say, and then sent me some tests for SIBO. They came positive with very high levels. I had lost 10 pounds and I am a 5.1 woman that used to weight 116 pounds. When I saw Diego I was 106 and was looking and feeling terrible. Fantastic experience: After finding Dr. Diego my life has change. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes less than a year ago at the age of 30. I am 5’4 138 pounds and an active mother of two. After about 7 months of daily does of metformin I was tired of the serve stomach problems I was having. Also I was worried about having to be on a medication for the rest of my life, along with other fears.
