Negative experience: Disappointing experience. Found this place through my insurance app. Called and made an appointment over the phone. Responded to the email and submitted my information on their intake form. Arrive 10 mins early for my appt to be greeted by 2 ladies, who seemed already annoyed and frustrated with their day at 9am, to be told they don't take my insurance, but will in a couple months. Don't appreciate my time being wasted when there was more than ample opportunity to offer that information up front.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ethridge has treated me for a couple of years now. Periodically my neck and or my upper or lower back gives me fits. I call them and usually I can get in quickly to get relief. The Dr. uses “The Tool” on me. For you folk out there, this is the place to go!!!!

Negative experience: I already don’t like Leesburg staff at certain places but I just called up there and they are so rude! Oh my…answers the phone like she’s at home and when I continue to say have a great day it’s “bye”.

Positive experience: I was given one time for this appointment at my previous appointment and another time was put into the system. When I arrived, the staff was very accommodating and fit me in. Quite a difference from the initial appointment where the wrong area was xrayed twice, and the light near where I was on the traction table was turned off, leaving me in the dark for several minutes! Dr. Etheridge is wonderful, however, and I highly recommend him! His staff just need to focus on their respective jobs, I think.

I work for UPS which is extremely hard on a body. Dr. Etheridge has treated issues with my hands, he’s kept me able to work by adjusting my neck when I come to him in tears. Currently he’s caring for my lower back muscles (with spasms) that I pulled while coughing. He & his amazing staff are all so polite & courteous. I highly recommend seeing him! The offer a variety of items, I’ve purchased very nice ice packs, bio freeze & all natural tables that have stopped the muscle spasms & helped with relaxing the muscles.

Fantastic experience: I was in pain from sciatica . I got an appointment quickly. Dr Etheredge consulted me and made a treatment plan. I was put on a decompression table for 10 minutes and then had alignment therapy. I felt the pain was reduced. After my second visit it felt even better. Fantastic experience: I had a great visit at Etheredge Chiropractic. This medical office was referred to me by an urgent care Dr. Prior to Etheredge Chiropractic, I had been to my Primary care doctor, an orthopedic doctor and to an acupuncturist. I was still in a lot of pain and was told by my Primary care doctor, to allow 6 more weeks to heal while taking the prescribed medication. During my first visit to Etheredge Chiropractic, they took my concerns seriously, completed a full evaluation and completed three different types of treatment (Traction, ultrasound therapy and an adjustment). I left this office with immediate relief and no longer needed prescribed medication and/or otc medicine. I am very happy with my experience at Etheredge Chiropractic. The Staff and Dr. Etheredge took very good care of me.

The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5 is because they did not inform me ahead of time that my regular doctor (Dr. Etheredge) was not going to be there when I received my confirmation for my appointment. I would have liked the option to have rescheduled. Dr Paul was very thorough and asked me several questions to make sure I received the correct treatment from her,

Positive experience: After an automobile accident where I was T-boned and had the back passenger side bumper knocked off, I visited Dr. Etheredge to find some relief from the whiplash injury to my neck. He was very thorough and after evaluating my problem, he immediately treated with electronic stimulation, ultrasound and decompression before he personally provided a hands on adjustment. It'll be a long haul but I felt better after this first treatment.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always very friendly and cooperative. You don't wait long in the waiting room at all. Their care has certainly helped to get from walking with a limp back to playing golf again.
