Fantastic experience: We've been chiropractic clients for decades, but several years after moving to Hewitt/Waco, Texas, we were still searching for a new "chiropractic home." Good news: it's Generational Family Chiropractic, 875 S. Hewitt Drive, Hewitt, TX 76643!! Dr. Eric Fisher and his staff provide the best chiropractic care we've ever experienced! The all-encompassing exams, evaluations, recommendations, exercise protocol and ongoing care are amazing. The atmosphere at the practice is welcoming, kind and encouraging. The clients range in age from children/young people/kids to older individuals like us (ages 76 and 92). The staff are all versed on each individual's plan and are on site to assist, answer any questions or help with exercises. After two adjustments, my husband is feeling better than he has in a long time. The exercises prescribed are helping immeasurably in his return to his former vitality. He reports being pain-free and looking forward to staying that way! I have just begun the process of evaluation, etc., and am looking forward to the same excellent results! Positive experience: Excellence all the way around, including flexibility. The treatment is scientific, and X-rays are taken three times to validate how the spine is changing. I would have liked another set after the third phase was completed.

Fantastic experience: I have been to other chiropractors, but none with the focus on healing like this place. Dr. Eric and Dr. Hailey develop a plan for each patient based off your history, symptoms, X-rays and tried and true methods that work. You will be given rehab to do at home that helps enhance what is done at the office. Be ready to put in some time, if you want great results. I did and it is paying off. I am starting to see positive changes in my X-rays after only 3 weeks and my pain has lessened as well. Absolutely everyone in the office has exceeded my expectations for friendliness and kindness!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eric and Dr. Haylie are wonderful! And let’s not forget everyone else in the office. They are all so friendly. You can tell they all truly care. The office is very inviting and kid friendly for those with little ones. Their hours are great for people with busy schedules and they work with you financially as well. Not only do you get spinal rehab with each amazing adjustment, they also provide you with all of the equipment you need to do home care exercises. In addition they send you home with a box of essential vitamins that help with so many things. They care about your health as a whole, not just your spine. They have educational classes you can go to where they share so much useful information. But they also listen to you and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: It really is bad that you can not have a payment plan so all people who need your care could receive it. You pretty much only want patients with good incomes. Had I known this I would not have spent the money for ending up with out being able to go back. After one adjustment I feel worse then I did before I went in there. I don’t trust just anyone taking care of me. You really need to tell people up front what the charge is and that it needs to be paid for in only 3 months time. If’ve gotten not one call or text since I left your office and before the 2nd appointment I was continually getting texts.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to chiropractors for years and even worked for two in Sugar Land, but I have never seen the type of complete chiropractic care, nutrition and exercise plan that Dr Eric and Dr Haley and their wonderful staff provide! They make everyone feel important and listen to their patients! I have been going there for one month with some fairly severe issues. After one month, xrays show that my spine is straighter and my hips are almost level! I have a 77 yo neck that will take much more work, but even so my neck is improving! I actually look forward to my appointments because I know I will feel better. My migraines have not occurred after one month of treatment, and my pain levels in neck and back are improving!!!!!! I am so excited and highly recommend General Family Chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: I found this place through a lunch and learn at my job. When Dr. Eric brought food for us and talked about healing our bodies by aligning the spine, I have to say, I was a bit of a skeptic. However, since joining the Max Living Family, I no longer need to wear my glasses. Yes, my vision improved by my 2nd week. By week 4, I bought a standing desk at work and stand the majority of the day because I no longer have sciatic pain shooting down my leg. Now I'm at week 7 and I'm still feeling changes all throughout my body, from eating with TMJ (that's gone) to having proper digestion. Negative experience: If you are looking for a chiropractor to do adjustments and that's all this is not the place to go. I was looking for a good chiropractor for adjusting and someone who takes pride in there work. I wasn't looking for a facility to join just adjustments. Completely blindsided with all the scare tactics and package they are selling. Please be more forward with your intentions because I wasted 2 days of my time and money that I could have used for an actual adjustment.

Fantastic experience: I saw his Facebook ad and I wanted to give it a try for myself. After being diagnosed at Baylor Scott & White and treatment and pills didn't work for months so when I saw the ad I had to try it. I got my first adjustment ever after seeing multiple doctors on my second visit. He's the first one that explain everything from my heart problems to my arthritis and allergies any concerns that I have he answered and it actually makes sense. He's also a nerve specialist and nutritionist the man is like a Heaven Sent superhero! The staff is super friendly very professional they make you feel like family they even have a playroom for the children. The office is spacious and always clean and smells great after two visits I'm loving this place so far!

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with neck/back pain for 10/12 years now. I have attempted multiple different things to fix it but nothing has been a permanent fix. I have even been told that if I want a permanent fix I will have to get a spinal fusion. Which being 25-30 at the time of being told that is not even in the least bit appealing. I had been thinking about going into Generational Family Chiropractic for a while now because I had heard so many amazing things. I went in yesterday and it was truly a breath of fresh air. Everyone of the staff members were very genuine and felt like they were happy to see me walk in. I explained what had been going on to Sandra and Katie at the front desk and I asked when the next available appointment was and she explained to me that they had just had someone reschedule for the 4:15 that day and if I was okay to be seen today I would be able to be seen by Dr. Eric and get my x-rays at that time! I was on the brink of tears due to how much pain I was in and all the stress I was feeling but everyone there made the entire process so stress free. So thankful to everyone there and am looking forward to the progress I will be making.

Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical making my initial appointment. I have struggled with Asthma my entire life and it was suggested that Chiropractic care could help. I diligently kept logs of my progress and noticed dramatic improvements during my first three months of treatment. I began sleeping better, had few headaches, breathing MUCH better, stopped taking asthma medications, running faster, and the list goes on. All the staff at Generational Family Chiropractic are friendly and caring folks.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I began to receive treatment from Generational Family Chiropractic in Hewitt, Texas. I could hardly walk into their facility the first time I went. Lol, I had the "little old lady, it's too painful to walk or move , just barely get around shuffle" down pat. I have had about 85% debilitating lower back pain for decades, have never in my entire life then been able to actually stand ramrod straight, and had a myriad of other problems. I will be 81 the middle of January, and most would believe there is no hope, as my neurosurgeon emphasized there was nothing that could be done for my lower back where the bones made a Z and he did not want to operate. After 3 weeks, I can easily walk now, bend over and touch the floor with ease, sleep much better, stand ram rod straight, have lost 4 lb, my appetite is less, and on and on.....principally and foremost get up at 5:00 and go all day long with great energy which is utterly and absolutely unbelievable but factual because I am doing it. Their website registers a 4.9 approval, and I agree with that 100%. I encourage anyone who has any problems with their back or otherwise, and everything actually does stem from the spine to contact this facility. I do not believe anyone will be disappointed. I have gone to chiropractors since I was 36 years old and believe they do help, but this young chiropractor has totally convinced me that treatment of the spine, and it isn't the old snap crackle and pop method, can alleviate most problems. I can not say enough good about Eric, Katie, and the rest of the staff, as they have literally changed my life. I could not clean my house, and now I can. I could stand up for maybe four or five minutes and have to go sit down for 15 minutes before I could try to do anything else again. I was in a prison of pain, and this young man opened the door. I can now go out and walk a mile a day, clean my house, bend over and pick up my kitty cats, and live normally. I just wanted anyone who reads this to know there is hope, and I am the prime example of it. Ya'll have a great day! I'm personally going to have one beginning with walking my dogs and then building some shelves for my pantry.

After a few treatments, I had a bad fall that put me in the ER, the doctors and nurses suggested that I wait a few days before continuing my adjustments. I called the GFC office to let them know what happened and Sandra suggested that I really need to come in to get adjusted. She checked with Dr Eric and he agreed that I needed to come straight over there for adjustment. From the ER!! Reluctantly, I did. They Were Right! That was just what I needed to do! No muscle relaxers, just an adjustment and plain natural healing from my own body! I didn’t regress in my healing, I just continue to heal! Amazing!

In just 4 weeks of spinal adjustment treatments and physical therapy, he had moved my spine 3 degrees closer to center.
