Fantastic experience: I have been thinking about plastic surgery for over a decade (6 pregnancies!). I called Winds of Change (recommended by a friend with GREAT results) on a Wednesday, they had a cancellation that afternoon, and I took it. My husband and I were greeted warmly and spent about an hour and a half with Dr. Sumpter. I am not an impulsive person (and had an ideal surgery date five months away in my head) but was so comfortable with her, and trusting of her abilities as a surgeon, that I scheduled surgery a week later (they were a no pressure office BTW). The stars also aligned in my personal/work life that I was able to take some time off. I was most impressed that Dr. Sumpter is a very approachable person, has a great bedside manner, and was very thorough with her recommendations and explanations. Her support staff was also excellent. The office was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sumpter did an amazing job and recovery was a breeze. My wife and I did a lot of research before me having Blepharoplasty done on both eyes. Based on our research we expected that I would be black and blue for weeks, with some pain, and probably 15 days at least before I would go out in public. However, the bruising and swelling was going away and reducing substantially within 72 hours. Bottom line, she knows what she’s doing!

Fantastic experience: I am an ABSOLUTE CONVERT for lymphatic drainage massage! It’s light and relaxing and my skin feels so much tighter the next morning! It moves any swollen spots and keeps fluid under your skin moving. I now use this at the same intervals as a mani/pedi! Vivian is amazing!!

This is the most comfortable I have been with any doctor while researching breast explant procedures and physicians qualified. I drove from Dallas just to meet with her and the trip was well worth it! I will definitely be returning for my surgery!

Fantastic experience: Wow I had such a great experience at Winds of Change. It’s been 7 weeks since my implant removal surgery & Dr Sumpter was just amazing. My scars are healing so nicely I had no pain during my recovery & just a bit of discomfort but that’s for sure to be expected. Prior to the surgery she really went into detail about everything & gave me all I needed to prepare for the surgery. Everyone in the office are just amazing as well. If I had any concerns or anything they were ready to help me out.

Positive experience: 4 years after surgery, i noticed something looking not right. I called the office, receptionist said Dr is out of town this week but she will call me back after asking her what happen in my case. Well, still not hear back from them... Im disappointed with Dr Sumpter's office, worry and frustrated with my situiation. Updated: i received a call back and have appt with Dr Sumpter soon, will see. Updated: She doesn't know why the left side dropped down compare to the right side, she gave me the option of doing another surgery to lift it up or just leave it alone..... I did wonder if this is the norm that happen to others as well or im just bad luck. I'm pregnant now and dont want any surgery at the moment

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life. I was depressed for many years because of a procedure gone wrong. I would not recommend this doctor for any plastic surgery of the face or neck.

Negative experience: About a year after my surgery the scaring has worsened, there's a permanent crater on the side of one of my eyes, and Kristi Sumpter (the surgeon who performed the surgery) has only offered discounts of future procedures to fix the mess she left. I left voicemails and a letter with no response since then. I was really disappointed with the outcome. I can understand scaring when you have an appendix removed, but this was not just some medical procedure. This was COSMETIC. I should not have been left in this condition. The person I'm currently dating finally got around to asking me about the scars, wondering if I was hit in the face with a beer bottle!
