Fantastic experience: I very first came to know Swan almost five years ago when I was in my search to have eyebrows done. I was searching and searching for the right artist and knew after meeting with him he was the one. He is the most professional passionate and skilled artist out there. His work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING!!! I have had continuous compliments through the years about my eyebrows. I just went in yesterday for a touch up and he completely freshened them up for me. I’m in love with my eyebrows all over again. I forever will always be going to him. I only trust Swan!!! Not only is he an amazing artist he is a genuine and amazing person.

Negative experience: It has taken me time to write this review because this situation was very hard on me. I went in for a consultation to get my lips and eye brows done since I had seen all of the wonderful work he had done on women via his social media account and I must I was very much taken aback by his attitude. 1. My initial reaction was like is he OK? , when I began explaining to him what I wanted he was very rude and condescending. I then showed him pictures so he could get an idea of what I was asking because he didn't understand my description. Fine, I get it, it can be hard to describe an image, and so I gave him a visual. He began to draw on my eyebrows so I can see what I thought. I didn't like the initial drawing so I kindly asked him to make them slightly thicker because I wanted to see another option. He then became even more annoyed as if I was asking him to do something out of his scope. His demaner became even worse and it looked like he was about to throw a tantrum. He asked to step out, I assume to throw a mini tantrum and my husband had to go help him calm down. Talk about it being ackward and uncomfortable. By this point I was really confused why he would be so angry. Hey, I am about to have a permanent procedure done and I want to make sure I felt good with my choice. Wouldn't you want to be certain the work was done to your liking? I tried very hard to remain calm as possible myself because this was just becoming too weird. Well, he was not only easily frustrated but he then started making misogynistic comments. All I wanted to do was get the procedure done and be done with him but this is when it got even worse, as if it wasn't already. He continued with saying I was wasting his time for asking of him to make changes and he purposefully drew the eyebrows really massive. I don't know if he was having a bad day (still no excuse to be this angry) or this is his regular attitude towards his female clients. I mean he gets customers, so not sure what was going on but I was shocked that I drove for hours to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. Oh but there's more! I will spare you the rest of the details because this is already making me angry as I type this. Finally, he threatened me to not give him a bad review because that would mean that he would never work with me. Well, it was more like, "you will never work with me again"! I mean, did he really think I would want to come back after how awful of a person he was? Yeah, no thanks. I will take my business elsewhere. Yes his work is great but as a person he is very ugly inside. You've been warned. Go elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: I came across beauty by Swan while on TikTok and was in amazement by his work and so I had to make an appointment. His studio was so clean and beautiful and welcoming I felt so comfortable. Swan was just so kind and friendly and just such a genuinely beautiful human. He was so gentle and worked so skillfully that I barely felt a thing and when it was all over I was speechless! I looked amazing, I felt amazing, what a life changer! He really boosted my confidence and how I look at myself! I would go back 100 times and definitely couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I would like to stat this review off by saying i am so in love with my brows, from the shape to the color. I first contacted swan after watching his work on social media for about a year. I was a little hesitant to schedule a consultation with him because i have had my brows done twice before by someone else and i was left with scaring and faded discolored ink on my brows. I was afraid to take that chance again. I am someone that does not naturally grow eyebrow hair so i was stuck with penciling in brows on a daily basis. So when i finally called Swan, He answered the phone and was so kind to me. I made an appointment for the next day. He was flexible with my work schedule as well. I showed up and i was nervous!! He sat me down and explained the entire process with me from start to finish. He was absolutely so professional and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I cant say enough about how awesome and talented this man is. I ended up getting my brows done that same day. I love them! Although it took me 2 hours each way to reach Palm Desert and there are cheaper options around Orange County, I felt Swan would be a sincere and helpful instructor. Fantastic experience: I first had my brows done 2012 by someone who did not know what they were doing and it was a total fail. It takes my son Ty to tell you how devastated I was after that process. I thought I would have to live with that mistake forever...That is until I met Swan. Knowing the back story he talked with me regarding my concerns and what end result I was looking for. At our consultation he planned out the entire shape and pattern using tools to measure my face in order to make the perfect fit. The entire staff was very sweet and helpful. The building was Beautiful and Clean. Swan was also very passionate about his art which was the best part of the experience! After I approved the look, we scheduled the procedure for another day and now that I have my eyebrows SLAYEDDDD, I am very, very satisfied with my new and improved brows. So grateful!
