Fantastic experience: I am an MD who has spent his life doing biomedical research. Skepticism is a commonly used tool in my toolbox. But the emotional pain I am suffering from is so intense that I thought I would give Reiki, provided by Ms Spradley, a try. The experience, which I do not really understand the mechanism of, was not subtle. I was moved from one place to another in which I feel better. I would recommend to any friend to invest some time just to try this non-language-based therapy and see what happens. I will go back.

I felt a lot of energetic release for many hours after seeing her, and she intuitively called me during that time to check in with me. I recommend to anyone looking for reiki work!

Positive experience: Loved the cashier and the plethora of items that they had! Only thing I'm disappointed with is the Reiki with Bree. Did nothing, but make me feel tired and gloomy after my session. Maybe it worked for some but not for me! 100 dollars down the drain

Fantastic experience: The center is very clean and have several therapist working there. It is easy to text the number to make an appointment. I chose Mary S since she also knows Reiki and craniosacral methods. I’ve had two sessions with her, not only has she relaxed me entirely but has helped with my lower back and knee problems I will continue to see her. Update January 2024 I continue to go to this center, everyone seems very nice and calm. I’m only used Mary and will keep going to her for my massages. In June 2024 I started seeing Dr. Kristin Krussel, chiropractor. My jaw and neck got out of alignment along with my back and hip. She is great at finding the source of the problem and fixing it in a gentle manner. I will continue to see Mary Spradley and Dr. Kris.

Fantastic experience: Saturday I had a massage from Eva she is so wonderful. She help me release a lot of pinned up blocks I had in my body. The massage really had all my muscle to be relaxed. After I felt so much better my body feels like a beginning of new energy flowing. I truly recommend going to her. ❤️❤️

I was a little worried about working with a male massage therapist because I’ve had very little experience with massages but Sky really made the appointment comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. He explained the process nicely and checked in regularly throughout the appointment to make sure I was feeling good. I would definitely recommend.

She made me feel like an old friend right away and clearly explained her theory of my left shoulder pangs. While focusing on very specific muscles in the area she quickly found a misalignment in my collar bone. I felt it click and immediately felt it had put things right. She is most personable and demonstrated a genuine stake in my wellness.

Fantastic experience: Mary was wonderful! I went in with some hip pain and she not only worked on my sore spots, but also offered me some suggestions to try at home for help with pain relief. She took time to ask questions about my specific needs and told me to let her know if I wanted more or less pressure, which put me at ease. The CBD massage made a huge difference for me and I have already made an appointment to see her again. I heartily recommend Mary!

The customer service is outsta Undine and the new manager is expanding and always welcoming That brings in the environment a sense of community. Everybody is welcome to come visit the center and browse the various retail options as well as get to know the therapists and the friendly front desk staff. I would recommend The Center for Mind Body and Spirit to anyone

Fantastic experience: To show how authentic Susan is, first time ever meeting her I was a cancelled appointment so I couldn’t assume or anyone that she know anything about me. That meeting she mentioned things that 2 years later came to fruition. I just so happen saw that she was in St. Louis and I was able to get an appointment with her. Btw she is always booked when she is here so this shows how great of a person she is. Had an appointment today, got right into it since it’s been awhile and everything she said gave me The clarity I need to move to what is next. She shows great compassion and empathy when talking and allowed to speak how you feel. Cry, laugh whatever you may feel. You feel beyond safe and comfortable. She gives you not what you want to hear but what you need in the journey. Love her so much.

She set time aside to talk with me to get down to the root of why I felt the need to come see her and helped me find things outside of her practice to help with what I have going on- different places in the city, activities, gyms that I might be interested in. She said at the beginning of our session that she wasn’t there to just poke people with needles, which is so true. She truly is such a pleasure to work with. She also made my acupuncture appointment so easy and relaxed- I had some anxiety towards the needles, but when she started we were just able to carry on a normal conversation. After seeing Dr. Kris I got to meet Mary who did a reiki massage on me and she was just as phenomenal. Make me feel very comfortable the whole time and really focused on the parts of my body that needed attention. 12/10 recommend this center for all your mind, body and spirit goals.

Most exciting/intriguing thing for me was an event that i was told took place for me in a previous life and my jaw dropped bc I dreamt about it last night! My mind is blown by the experience. All the staff were lovely and kind and it's a very calming environment. I thought the rates were really reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Obsessed with this place! Dr. Kris is the most thorough chiropractor I have ever seen - I always feel better after my adjustments. Mary Spradley has magic hands - her massages and reiki are so calming and healing. Biofeedback and chakra cleansing with Lou has also been amazing. I didn’t know what to expect, but Lou was so warm and made me feel comfortable throughout and now it’s my new favorite treatment. So happy I found the Center!

Fantastic experience: I got a massage with Tiffany and felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I also visited Rhonda twice in the past year prior to receiving the massage. I love this place and never once had a bad experience. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: Just left this place with my autistic daughter. I want to try Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy for my daughter as she has so much anxiety and childhood trauma. I went to see Mary Spradley and before getting the appointment I mentioned that my daughter is autistic and they didn’t seem to have an issue with that. Well, after I went there, my daughter got scared to enter the room and she started crying. I also have a toddler with me running here and there. So, I asked if I can wait outside with my toddler when the therapist can give therapy to my daughter. The therapist didn’t even try to calm her down. She was just standing and watching and after 3 minutes, she just said we cannot do it. If they cannot handle kids or especially special needs, they should tell it upfront. I drove 40 minutes to get to this therapy and Just have to return after 5 mins. I went to other therapies and the therapist would at least try to make kid comfortable by giving some toys or singing some songs. Even Typical kids get scared at new places for first time and with special needs kid; it might take some time for her to settle. The therapist couldn’t even wait or try something to make her comfortable. I am not sure of services for adults but if for kids, just stay away. You will be disappointed like me. I will try to find some other therapist to help my special needs daughter. Therapist should understand that if we bring a special needs kid, that means she needs help in relieving that stress, anxiety and trauma, instead of helping, they just give up. Horrible experience for me. Will never come back again.

Negative experience: Awkward experience. I suppose I didn’t look like their “usual clientele”. They were very awkward and I just felt down right uncomfortable. They didn’t really seem like they wanted to be there either. I will say, a lady who worked there offered some useful information but I had to ask for help. Absolutely stunning store with many cool and unique items. 2/10.

He made me feel important and comfortable, he also is very good at deep tissue work, I was able to breathe so much better after just the first 20 minutes! Thanks to Sky and thanks to this place for a wonderful morning. I am from out of town but visit this area about once a month & I definitely will be back to see Sky!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out for many years and have dealt with the aches and pains, and chiropractic problems that come along with participation in contact sports beginning at an early age and continuing with every type of exercise imaginable, often overdoing it until now…. I’m 70 years old. I had been going to the same chiropractor for over 30 years but had a problem in my lower back that was not responding at all to his treatment after a number of visits. I went to a BJC orthopedist who recommended the office of Dr. Brian Harasha. My experience there was completely different than any other chiropractor I’ve ever been to. It was much more than a simple slam-bam thank-you adjustment, but involved a number of other curative methods, none of which had ever been used before. Two weeks later I was working out again, and a month later I was working out at full effort. In the meanwhile Dr. Harasha taught me a number of strategies for keeping and maintaining good health and avoiding the pain of an inconvenient injury. Dr. Harasha cares deeply about his patients’ health and he is not a clock watcher… he is a healer. I cannot recommend him highly enough if you have any issues that may be related to your spine. The results of my holistic and noninvasive treatment were miraculous. Please take my word for it, Dr. Brian Harasha is a wonderful doctor.
