Fantastic experience: Dr. Martinez is very professional, he listens to the patient and their concerns . He is so informed and knowledgeable and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I was a first time patient and everyone from receptionist to the dr (Dr. Rivera) were so kind and the experience was a great one. Definitely staying here.

Fantastic experience: Office was nice and spacious. Front desk was SUPERIOR with customer service needs! Doctor was funny and immediately made me feel relaxed and welcomed. PLUS appointment started at my appointment time! Found my new PCP!

Positive experience: Good place, you can tell the staff cares about their work. The only thing that irked me was that Dr. Martinez never asked me if I felt any pain. I’m sorry, but usually, a doctor should ask if their patient is in pain. Just because I seemed OK doesn’t mean that I don’t feel anything.

Fantastic experience: The wait is almost nothing, they really pay attention to your problem, the Rx's are sent to the pharmacy right away , the receptionists do answer phone calls , they use the latest technology to confirm / remind appointments , I can see my lab results in the portal . Overall , they are a 10

Negative experience: Worse experience, I was told I had a cyst in my liver and a CT scan needed to be ordered to make sure it isn’t cancerous. The clinic had 3-4 weeks to schedule a CT scan. I call today and the nurse, Leslie, blames it on DHR and provides me their number to make an appointment, DHR advices me that premier has not sent over the insurance authorization and therefore cannot proceed with setting up an appointment, DHR calls premier while I am on the phone with them and finds out premier never obtained the authorization. I contacted premier and Leslie stated it was the insurance fault because they take 1 to 3 months for an authorization and suggest for me to go to the ER if I am that much in pain. I contacted my insurance company as soon as I ended the call with Leslie and they stated it was never requested however, they will gladly call the clinic and send them over the authorization. The insurance provider called while I was on the line and they tell they are closed, all this before 5pm and within 30 minutes of discussing with Leslie. I will be switching primary care, the staff simply doesn’t care about patients and I don’t even know if the doctors aware since the nurse Leslie is always stating he is busy and can’t attend me.

Negative experience: This office demonstrates significant negligence in managing medications, resulting in a three-week delay in my treatment. Daily calls to the staff, including Leslie and Shelly, proved unhelpful and frustrating, as they lacked urgency and often ignored my concerns. The doctors, like Dr. Rivera, rushed through consultations, leaving me feeling dismissed. They are only nice during the initial visit to reel you in—after that, they don’t seem to care. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing, and I would advise others to avoid this establishment.

Fantastic experience: I’m from a Florida and finding a new physician was a daunting task. I can’t say enough of how happy I have found Dr Martinez and his most capable staff . They handled my transition beautifully and made me feel very welcome as a new comer

Fantastic experience: First time seeing Dr Martinez. He actually listens to you and does not make you feel rushed. I really like him and feel comfortable talking to him. I feel as though finally, a doctor is going to work on finding out why I feel the way I do and help me. His staff is friendly and professional. You do not sit for hours waiting to see him.

Negative experience: I've had some pain in my abdomen area in the past months come and go so I called yesterday to make an appointment but the receptionist was arrogant and rude showing no compassion saying they're really busy and can only make an appointment 2 weeks from now! I'm like this my primary family doctor and I have to wait 2 weeks to see what's wrong with me? I tell her what if I get the pain again and she coldly replied just go to the ER! So back to the drawing board to look for another doctor cuase here all they care about is your review and that's it.

Yes maybe a few minutes after sometimes, but never have to wait very long. Dr. Rivera is so sweet and let's you talk to her about all your concerns. Never rushed, and you can call in and never put on hold but a minute or so & very helpful. I could say more but you get the point.
