Fantastic experience: St Joe Eating Elevated has helped me & my son so much! We see Tammi and love her. My son was basically nonverbal, not sleeping well, not eating well & now he’s sleeping & eating so well! And he’s talking so much more! I was so exhausted & had no energy, wasn’t able to lose any weight, felt bloated and swollen, constant headaches, brain fog & dizziness & am now starting to feel like a new person! My brain fog is gone, I’m starting to not need a nap to get through the day, my headaches have lessened & I’m less dizzy! So grateful we found this place.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Super informative and so helpful with all your questions! I started seeing Tammi because I was so overwhelmed with life and I just didn't feel like me. I have more energy, sleeping so much better, handling stress better may not be perfect but it is better than what it was! I was born with club foot and have struggled more and more with pain. I was to the point I had to have some sort of shoe support at all times to help with pain, I realized one day that I didn't have shoes on when I was cleaning. I don't know the last time I was able to do that. Today I cleaned up the yard barefoot, I have not walked barefoot in my yard in so long. I am so grateful for Tammi and all her knowledge! I'm so optimistic to see the differences as we continue.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from ND and stopped in at Eating elevated with my son. Now days many younger employees don’t seem to have the same work ethic and personableness with their customer service as we did back in my teen years working, but Keira was the exception. Great customer service and care for her customers.

Fantastic experience: I had originally heard of Eating Elevated from adult friends who had a wide range of reasons they were seeing Tammi. I decided to take a chance because our twins who were 5 were having extreme constipation issues. Nothing else was working; the long term fix at the doctors office was miralax and we didn't feel comfortable with that. Tammi and the team at EE has been amazing to work with. Our boys went from holding bowel movements every 10 days to going daily. It has completely changed the dynamic in our house. We have 2 other kiddos that have benefited from coming also. Working with emotions and the whole body has helped them with big kid feelings; attention and when needed viruses. Now that our kiddos are having such good experiences we are starting on our journey too. With gaining energy and knowledge of what best supports our body at our current stage of busy life. We truly enjoy the staff at EE and thankful for that they have brought to our family!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Eating Elevated in St. Michael in 2021 and changed to the St. Joe location when they opened. I love both the practioners I have seen. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped me with several health issues. I feel good about treating my body with the natural supplements they offer as well as the therapeutics and the vitamin IV's. I also like being able to get natural products like toothpaste, face cream, and laundry and dishwasher soaps. I also have learned so much from them about all the toxic ingredients in the foods and products I used. I can't go back to not looking at food labels or personal use products again.

I was diagnosed with Eczema/ Psoriasis by my MD and Dermatologist. They were quick to prescribe steroids both topical and oral. I was NOT interested in taking a prescription. I made an appointment for Nutrition Response Testing with a Practitioner in St. Joe. She was and is a great listener, very informative, knowledge, confident and just truly a Blessing in my life. Her name is Tammi. She suggested certain supplements, therapeutics (Flowpresso, Ionic Foot Detox, Red Light Therapy) and IV/IM shots. Tammi also suggested some lifestyle changes... I trusted Tammi! I listened and was very faithful to her suggestions. I also, want to give a shoutout to Jill, she is the IV Lead and Director of Operations and in St. Joe. Jill has administered many IV's and IM shots on me, she is extremely caring, gentle and knowledgeable. The IV/IM shot(s) gave my body the jumpstart it needed. Another wonderful benefit of EE is their beautiful retail space. SO many nourishing products to choose from. Fast forward... 2 years later my skin is completely HEALED!! Fantastic experience: I have a son with a chronic illness and have been bringing him to Eating Elevated for over a year. My main intent was to get him some natural support to help manage his disease. Within days he experienced better sleep and increased energy. We feel so understood and well taken care of at EE. His practitioner, Tammi, goes the extra mile for him whenever we need adjustments. After seeing success with our son, I started seeing Tammi as well. I have had equal amounts of success with nutrition response testing. I also utilize the therapeutic options very frequently and can feel the difference they make in my day to day life.

If you are having issues with your health of any kind, look no further. I will never visit a doctor again unless I break a bone or for something absolutely necessary. Within an hour they had told me more about my body than any doctor ever has. They found out which organs in my body are stressed or struggling, what my body is sensitive to, what it likes/ dislikes. I have never trusted a caregiver more and this review honestly doesn’t even do justice for how great of an experience I have had here. I am so excited for my follow up appointment to take a detailed look at their findings regarding my health and to see the plan that they build for me. I have never been more hopeful that my health is truly going to take a turn for the better in every way shape and form under their care.
