Fantastic experience: I love love love this place and staff. I went in last year struggling with hormones and body image after a terrible surgery for severe endometriosis removal on major organs. Not only did they listen and let me cry they helped me every step of the Way and checked in consistently. Semi glutide has BEEN GAME CHANGER for my endometriosis, pain and horrible inflammation. I went from wanting to not wake up to now I get up every morning and go gym before work! I couldn’t even drive sitting up straight the pain was so terrible. Negative experience: I will no longer be going to SWI. I feel that promises were not met. I was told when I didn't lose the weight I worked very hard to lose, that new meds would be introduced to help. But it became not even an option. When I first started with the company I was met with what felt like people who cared. And then that care and attention just STOPPED!!! No one has checked how the meds have been doing or how my progress is. And I do thank Jamie for giving me a discount on medication when she saw i was not happy with the results. But that's the only kind thing that ever happened. I felt Katie no longer being my nurse was hugely wrong and inappropriate cause I never did anything wrong except stress I was unhappy with my weight results. And then she dropped me as her patient. That's unprofessional. I should have been listened to and given options. But instead I was passed off like trash to Jamie. Even on my first appointment I never got my body scan that was supposed to be done to show progress. Jamie upped my meds and then made it very clear if I am not happy with the results after my meds are upped then basically I can leave the program. Again I was told we would try other meds to help. No... that became a lie. I was forgotten about and noticed I was not a patient your company wanted. I was no longer even given in person consultation only phone consultations. It's wrong how I became treated. I will make sure my dr no longer recommends this company. No one should feel unheard and unwanted. Luckily for me I found a dr who cares and pays close attention to my needs. I have been scheduled for gastric sleeve in April. Losing what weight I did lose 25lbs was not due to the medication. (Like I said) the weight loss was from the work I did changing my diet to no carb. Your company helps who they choose is good enough and just forgets who they decide isn't worthy. I pray you don't make anyone else feel the way you have me. We come to you for help. And you make promises to do so. But in the end I leave feeling like I wasted a lot of time and money on a company who thinks I wasn't worth helping. It Simply was NOT worth It!!!!! I am gonna add to this review. Due to the comment made by Jamie below... Yes 25 llbs can be a huge accomplishment. But it was not your company that helped me lose that. I did that. In 4 or 5 months with yal I lost next to nothing. Once I noticed I was being ignored I took matters into my own hands. And lost 25lbs In less then a month WITHOUT your help. So please do not try to take credit for my accomplishment. Thank you. Like I said to you personally you don't know how much i weigh now, you stopped giving me in person appointments. You don't know how sick I got from the medication, which landed me in the hospital. I was ignored and uncared about.. I hope others read this and take it to heart. Over a grand and months of my life I lost 7lbs from this company and they said that's great progress. The smiles are fake if you are not the client they r looking for.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been working with this group of professionals for seven months with astonishing results. As a senior citizen and retired hospital administrator, I was looking for a weight loss program that was safe, fully licensed, managed by health care professionals and offered personal services in a local setting. I asked a lot of questions of Jamie and her staff and I got comprehensive answers that were entirely consist with the independent professional research that I had done on my own. Together, my wife and I have lost over 70 pounds and have never been healthier by any medical measure. Our various doctors can't believe the overall improvement in our health status and activity levels. Moreover, we are having no difficulty in maintaining our new, healthy weights. Of course, you can't just take the medication and get these results. You have to be willing to change the way you eat, give up some old habits and always be mindful of what you eat and drink. We found that surprisingly easy to do on Jamie's program and I have been getting a lot of enjoyment out of cooking and eating a wider and healthier assortment of tasty foods and meals. To celebrate our success, we took a two month tour of Europe over the holidays and beyond, something would could not have done before given our prior health issues and physical limitations. I was nervous about trying it via a compounded pharmacy because you don't know what you're going to get but a friend referred me to SWI (her husband went to high school with the founder). The referral made me feel better and I definitely felt better after my initial consult. The office is gorgeous and everyone there is absolutely lovely. They are always welcoming and efficient. I see Mercedes every month and she's great. The rewards program is fun too in case you want to try other products. I'm currently down 35 pounds and have had no issues with the medication. If you want to try semaglutide, I'd have no worries getting it through SWI.

I have done multiple consultations at other doctors/ weight loss places and nothing compared to the customer service and education i got from sinply wurth it. I had a consultation about semiglutide and they answered every question I had (plus more ) and really explained how this medication works and why some people have side effects and some dont. No other place has taken the time to really go into detail with me. I also recieved a full body scan which was really helpful to see the numbers of my body composition. I was afraid of losing muscle mass with beginning this medication but now knowing we have a way to track my fat loss and maintain my muscle mass makes me feel more confident in my decision to start this orogram! 12/10 recommend!!
