Fantastic experience: The custom plans definitely work. I just finished my first month and am so happy to have a solution that helps me with the nutrition side, even allowing a small amount of approved carbs! I worked with Pritti on the initial plan and Dr. Susan week to week. Their belief and support really helps. Negative experience: If could rate this company with a zero I would. Customers are overcharged for products and Services that does not work. When you request a refund they make up excuses and try to talk down to you. This company is the worst to help customers with a new lifestyle. They are the worst in Service and products are no good.

Negative experience: I started this program at a very vulnerable time, I was at my highest weight and I was unhappy with myself. My grandmother actually helped me to find this. I was so excited to finally get started with this and they hit us with $9000 for the program. As I started the program, I felt really anxious and uneasy, one due to the price and two due to the person who was supposed to be helping to encourage me on the weight loss, however I did not feel encouraged by her one bit. At the first check-in, I hadn’t lost much weight. Stress from my job, depression, etc and I felt a bit down about it and the lady says to me “are you even trying to lose the weight?” “It’s obvious you’re not following the menu”, well for $9000 that I would be putting in their pocket, I would hope that I am trying to lose weight. I had a not so great experience at all and immediately wanted to cancel, but was told I could not cancel per the contract. I was stuck. I do not talk to them, I do not communicate with them. This experience was more trauma for me than it was a celebration to finally have weight loss. I was not informed that my medicine was only prepaid for a few months and the doctor just stopped sending in refills and did not inform me. I had to ASK why I was not getting anymore injections. I am now required to pay $400+/month to continue get my injection, which is absurd. They are happy to take your money, but not very transparent about the process. Save yourself the headache and the hassle.

Fantastic experience: I have tried and failed many weight loss programs. With the help I’ve received this is the best decision I have made. This venture is virtual for me and I am so impressed with success I’ve had. Talking to Diane once a week is like visiting a friend always being my cheerleader and guiding me through the process. I can never thank her enough and even though I still have a ways to go she makes the process make sense. I am 100% referring anyone that needs a hand up in the process.

Fantastic experience: I started with Healthogenics 3/19/24 and it was the best decision I could have made. So far I am losing appx 4-5 lbs per week. Each week I meet with Diane to go over what I ate and any questions I have. She has definitely been my support system and is very knowledgeable about food and in turn has made me more knowledgeable about what and how I am eating. The plan is with regular food, but they give you a structured way to eat. It's really not hard especially when you start having fun preparing and seeing what different recipes you can make with your food. I also am taking the Tirzepatide in conjunction with my meal plan and supplements and with everything working together it really works for me. I have tried all other types of weight loss avenues, including the sleeve, but that didn't work because I didn't know how to eat properly after it was done and gained the weight back. With Healthogenics, I learned that there is more to losing weight than just cutting calories. You need to know about nutrients and what food to eat, the quantity and structure to your body type. I'm in this for the long haul and when I reach my ideal weight goal, I will be able to maintain my weight because I will know how to eat properly. Make an appointment and let them explain it to you. IOne of my concerns was the cost but once they show you how you can pay for it, that goes out the window. Personally I stopped listening to other people, talked to my PCP and got the go ahead for this program. Now I am doing what I need to do to get healthy. Give it a try.

Negative experience: I recently went to the website to review pricing for the semiglutide program and input my information in the online form. I was contacted the next day regarding a consultation. I was excited and went ahead and booked the same day . I was discussing with Kat and stated that I’m interested in the semiglutide program . She stated to secure the appointment I will have to make a purchase of $49 paid it right away . I was then contacted by the facility where I had a consultation to come in 30mins earlier . So, I agreed . Once coming into the facility no one was at the desk to greet me so that was a red flag at first , there was an odor of the facility , then someone from the back came out and implied I was who they were expecting. Right away I was asked to come to the back and take off my shoes and socks for measurements of my fat . I mumbled is this machine cleaned ( because it didn’t look as if he had been wiped down in a while) …. Afterwards the machine prompted it was printing I was told I can step off and proceed to an office . Immediately this guy start asking me what brought me here and and how much am I’m looking to lose I stated 40lbs or to lose to get to 140lbs . He then started asking about my job and why it’s beneficial for me to lose the weight . I’m in healthcare and I know a lot about insulin and liver and pancreas didn’t need an education refresher . Anyway ,I just wanted to know the pros and cons of semiglutide and how to keep the weight off . He then stated I will need to be on a 20week program and turned his computer around and showed me all these upcharges and why they were the prices they were . So , bottom line the charges where $6700. (To myself I’m like you gotta be kidding me !!!) He immediately stated let’s get you approved with financing . I stated I really don’t want to do financing and rather pay monthly he mentioned that not how it is done and implied I do the financing . I did to credit lines inquiry and wasn’t approved . He then asked what can I put down I mentioned $1200 he started to play with his computer and stated I can do a 3week program for you with semiglutide for $1067 . Didn’t even realized the websire mentioned something less than for new patients and I was indeed a new patient . I went ahead and made the purchase . After I got home I went back to review the website again and noticed I’ve been over charged . The website mentioned 6 to 8 week program for semiglutide for $299 for new patients . Not to mention I never received a detailed print out of the charges for $1067 I paid . Neither the BMI print out I initially paid for in which was the $49 for to step on that nasty machine . I immediately emailed them for a refund and if I don’t not receive a refund of the difference there will other alternatives to be made !!! Before leaving the facility request a copy of your BMI print out and also a detailed print out what your paying for in detailed !!!

Negative experience: I canceled within the allotted time, stating that the products didn’t agree with my Graves disease. Because the girl got trigger happy and scanned a ton of products i wasn’t able to return… I’m now stuck with $1800 bill and products i won’t be using. I have politely said i could return products and pay for what i did use, but because i left their office with things i cannot use, I’m stuck paying. This place is a gimmick to take your money and they don’t really care about their clients. I went for a weigh in… all she did was ask what my weight was a scan a bunch of products. Total waste of time. BEWARE of this place.

Negative experience: The B12 patches do not work. Wouldn't recommend. My friends and sister tried it with me and same results.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. There is no real dietitian or medical doctor to give you a real professional advice. They are nothing but sales level people. They do food critiques to review what you have been eating but all they say you should eat this more or change to this vegetable without scientific explanations or show you a supportive evidence in documents. I was eating the exact portion and food they asked me to eat the whole entire time. Eventually I quit because I wasn’t loosing anymore weight even though I was doing everything they told me to do. In fact, I was having diarrhea due to the strict veggie diet that they told me to do. So I told one of the associates that I was having diarrhea, then she said I should take a diarrhea medicine. I was like what? I told her diarrhea medicine can stop diarrhea but it can cause constipation to me. Then she said you can try this tea. She was selling me a laxative tea. Stupid!! I was already hitting a plateau and they are not trying to modify my diet plan or do anything but to sell me stupid idea and tea. So, I decided not to continue with them. Please don’t waste your money there. Actually none of those people were fit and athletic looking people. There were 1 or 2 skinny ladies while I was there. If they know what they are doing, they should look stunning and you can trust their advice.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time or money!!! All they care about is the money not you or your well being!! As soon as I expressed that I wasn't interested in their meal plan I was rushed out the door. I came for an appetite suppressant and they didn't even weigh me!!! Just showed me what pills they offered as if she was irritated. Her exact words were..."I didn't know this is what I was doing this morning, I thought you wanted a meal plan. I will never go back or recommend this establishment. Oh and the appetite suppressant sucked as bad as the service...makes sense!!!

Negative experience: The plan they put me on wasn’t fitting for me. I expressed this several times. I asked to cancel the plan and was told corporate wouldn’t approve it, which they didn’t, they told me that because i signed a contract they wouldn’t give me my money back. I only wanted the balance that was left and they refused that too. They are a rip off. Every appointment i was rushed out. And even when i had to sign the contract i was rushed out the door so i had no idea what i was signing. I was told as she was pushing me out the door that i had to sign the contract before i left that day. She paraphrased and said nothing about a 30 day guarantee. I lost weight better for free don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this place to everyone who is overweight or who is trying to lose weight because I’ve always been overweight and always wanted to lose weight but I could cuz I would lose weight and gain it back quick. But ever since joining medical weight loss in Lawrenceville I lost 72lbs in like 5 months and I feel better and lighter then ever before and Dee helps you along the way she makes it easier and makes it feel like it’s not a real diet so I recommend this place b cause it change my life and it will change yours as well.

I was going to start over the weekend and my consultant gave me her cell phone number so I could call if I had any questions about my meal plan. Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say but awesome! Dee at Medical Weight Loss in Lawrenceville has been excellent to work with. I went to my first consultation on June 22 and prior to that I had tried many ways to lose weight. Nothing worked. What Dee discussed with me just made sense and I decided to start the program right away. Within a few months into my journey I am down 35 pounds and feeling great. My knees no longer are hurting and I feel so much better. It’s always nice too when others recognize your weight loss and compliment you on it. I have another 40 pounds to go but am confident with Dee’s weekly coaching that I will achieve my goal of losing 75 pounds overall. Fantastic experience: I joined in February of 2020 and have lost around 33 lbs. I am a vegetarian so the diet is a bit different and it is a bit slow going but they help you find what works for you. If you are looking for a quick fix, this isn't for you. It is hard work and they teach you HOW to eat. If you go back to eating the way you did then yes, you will gain your weight back. However if you stick to what they show you and the healthy way they show you , you should be able to keep it off. Yes to begin with they advise on using their products, but this is to maximize your weighloss. After you lose the weight it is up to YOU to keep it off. I appreciate Dee for her encouragement, she is always there to build me up and give me advice, to give me that little pep talk when I'm just not feeling it. If you need the motivation, which I definately needed, then this is a must. Don't think it's an easy fix, because it isn't. YOU have to deal with your issues and why you eat your feelings and emotions, but if you honestly want to get a handle on your weight, I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with MWL by Healthogenics Lawrenceville. I am 69 and was skeptical at first, but with the knowledge and encouragement of Dee and staff I have changed my outlook and have lost 42 pounds in 5 months ... in the midst of COVID-19. I like that there is a good variety of foods and supplements and the fact that plans are tailored for your specific medical needs. The program is expensive but they will work with you on a payment plan. I have learned a lot about nutrition and what foods can cause gain or loss. Knowing what food combinations aid in loss is key and they make it easy to follow. I am closing in on the half-way mark and feel a confidence, thanks to Dee and MWL, that I know will get me to my goal.

Fantastic experience: Prior to joining Medical Weight Loss (MWL) in June 2019, I was an over weight, border-line diabetic individual with critical health issues. I have tried several different diets with no success. I have even been labeled a "diet dropout." Needless to say, my weight gain became so critical to my health and well-being that my doctor recommended gastric bypass surgery. While pondering alternatives with my husband, we looked up and there was an advertisement on Channel 11 for Medical Weight Loss by Healthogenics. We called immediately and scheduled consultation. We were greeted by very friendly and professional staff members, Ingra and Veronica at the Lawrenceville office. After my initial assessment, a program was set up within budget range. The best decision I made was scheduling that appointment with MWL. Since then, I have been losing weight consistently and nearing my goal. MWL have taught me how to change my eating habits towards a healthier lifestyle using real food and never feeling hungry. They also provide a comprehensive dining out lists (updated periodically) highlighting acceptable dishes from which to chose from. Not to mention, the awesome support that is received from Darla (Dee) and the entire staff. If you are contemplating weight loss, I highly recommend being and feeling at home with the Lawrenceville staff.

Fantastic experience: I've been using MWL now for a number of months and have nothing but great things to say about them. Overall, I've been able to loose around 65 pounds with the help of MWL. For me, the regular support and coaching from the folks here is what's been key for my weight loss success. The overall program that I used I felt was tailored to me based on a number of factors (weight goal, medical conditions, etc...) all developed from a in-depth consultation at the start of the program. Everything as part of the program was easy to understand and follow. I also found that I wasn't having to "starve" myself like you would with a diet program would because you learn to make better choices in the food that you eat. MWL has been probably the best choice I've personally made when it's come to my health. Between the experience with MWL as well as the results I was able to attain, their my top recommendation for anyone I come across that wants results with weight loss.

Fantastic experience: I have been in this program for almost 2 months. It’s working wonderfully as I am losing weight (over halfway to my goal), have plenty of food to choose from, and always feel full. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and feel like family. The plan is easy to follow. I can make healthier meals now for my whole family which is one reason I chose MWL. I really wanted to learn about food, serving sizes, and the way our bodies process different foods and supplements. I can eat out and at home. I’m completely satisfied with the program and could not be happier. I cannot say enough about how amazing this program is and the positive impact it’s having on my life.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been using the Lawrenceville office and I must say Darla and Lauren have been absolutely wonderful! They have always made themselves available for any questions we may had throughout this entire time. Also, the front desk are always welcoming to us. My daughter has had Amazing results. I like that there are NO pharmaceutical drugs. This is a healthy natural way of losing weight with awesome results. A plus is that you can get your food from the grocery store. I must say once you are there you are treated like family and you will look forward to meeting with them each week. I highly recommend the Lawrenceville location!

Positive experience: Amazing staff! Very professional and friendly! And most importantly they help you get RESULTS !!!! Not only have I lost weight but I have more energy and my overall health has improved. I posted the previous review a year ago. But I do have to change my review to a more honest one. The staff are very friendly and always nice. However, I do have to warn potential customers that it will cost you thousands of dollars and you must stick with the programs to see good results. I have now gained back all the weight I lost because I started to eat again and stopped all the drinks and supplements that helped with my weight loss. So if you never eat out and are willing to follow the diet to the letter and spend thousands of dollars the MWL might be right for you. I did see results but they didn’t last so now I am back at square one. And I am working with my family doctor on a plan to lose weight. I recommend talking to your family doctor first. I know a doctors visit is expensive but it’s not as expensive as MWL. And MWL will work but you have to be able to prepare several meals a day and go by a strict diet that is not easy for all. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful but it wasn’t an easy program for me.

Fantastic experience: I am a registered nurse and I am usually skeptical of weight loss centers. This one is entirely different. With this program you are eating normal food in combinations that encourage your body to function more efficiently. You weigh on your own scale that is part of the program and it calculates weight, body fat, body water, muscle mass, bone mass, and BMI. You learn how what you eat, even in small amounts, can change each of these numbers. I have lost 13 pounds in a little over 3 weeks. The staff is well educated and super friendly and encouraging! If you are looking for a weight loss center this is the one that teaches life changing ways of eating that will last, so you will not gain it all back.

Negative experience: At the end of October, I found out I was pregnant. I knew then that I no longer needed and could no longer afford the $150 per month that I was paying for services at Medical weight loss. Prior to finding out I was pregnant, my account was put on hold for about 3-4 months due to my busy schedule. (However I was still paying). I was told by Lauren that I could put my account on hold, and either resume services when i want or cancel when I want, and I would not have to pay for any services I have not used. In October I began call the Lawrenceville location and spoke with Dee multiple times up until now. She has promised me multiple times that someone from corporate would call me, but I have still not received a call back, and they continue to charge me $150 per month for services they know I am trying to cancel. The only thing they have done to help me is hold my account for the month of January. I have called multiple times, I have given them a pregnancy confirmation letter from my doctor and they still have not canceled my account or given me a refund on the services I have paid for but have not used...not to mention they have still not called me back. I will never use their services again.

I chose the Lawrenceville location, where I met Dee Dobbs, the director. She was friendly, understanding and professional. Their services are not cheap, but I knew if I made this investment, I would stick with it! Dee worked with me to get the price down to an amount that was in my range. I was apprehensive at first, but Dee has been there every step of the way. All the vitamin's and supplements are part of your initial price, Your meal plans are all foods you get at your local supper market. There are extra items/supplements to purchase if you need/want more assistance. I have had a few concerns, but when I have shared them with Dee, she addressed them immediately. I have been happy with the services and my results. Made it through Thanksgiving with out over indulging! 37 days in...my metabolism is up, my uncontrollable cravings are gone and I have lost 13 pds. Slow and steady!! Thanks to MWL by Healthogenics and Dee I am learning, losing and on my way to better health.

She keep asking to do it that day, I didn't even have my credit card with me, and she even waited for me to call someone to give me the numbers for the card to make a down payment. Negative experience: I understand it’s a weight loss program and it’s a benefit to loose the weight but once you sign there is no refund. I was charged $5000 for my husband, son and I. Way overpriced! I had a personal financial situation and when I asked to cancel two weeks being in the program they refuse to stop or cancel my program. So even if I’m unable to make the complete program I’m stuck with a $5000 + bill unable to finish it. I fell in the trap.

I have developed a personal relationship with many of the counselors in the office and I really feel their support and interest in my success. They give me alternatives when something isn't working, try to stimulate and help me maintain my motivation. Create positive and creative ways for me to stay on track and help me set realistic goals.
