Fantastic experience: Nice courteous staff. They handled my procedures well. Very professional.

Negative experience: First time patient, walked in 2 people at the desk but 1 on the phone. The other one didn't acknowledge us and after 10 minutes, the one on the phone said "we will be with you shortly", have a seat. 15 minutes later we are still waiting to sign in and complete paperwork. She is off the phone but doing something on the computer. We left. If this is how they run an office, I'm not sure how they have any patients! The front desk staff told everything I needed to know about this practice. They clearly didn't want to be at work. We won't go back.

Negative experience: We went to this location in July 2024 to complete the I-693 form for the immigration process, as they were listed on the USCIS website as one of the places that provided this service. We did all the required exams, brought all our vaccination records, and paid everything upfront. We spent half the day there waiting for them to finally issue the forms (for me, my husband, and my son). We only left when the clinic was closing. The service was terrible and extremely slow, but we let it go. Now, to our surprise, we were informed that our forms were incorrect! Yes, we paid for a service, and they did it wrong! They failed to include our polio vaccinations. My husband called the clinic, and they told us to stop by so they could correct the mistake. We went there and waited for over an hour, only for them to say, “Oh, you need to come back tomorrow.” We scheduled an appointment for 3 PM the next day and ended up staying there until almost 7 PM, just for them to add my and my husband’s vaccines to the form. Then, they wanted us to sign the documents as if they had been issued almost a year ago! We refused—it made no sense, especially since we had updated our son’s vaccinations in February of this year. Then, they told us that if we wanted the form with the correct date, we would need to provide recent flu vaccinations. We had them with us—they just never told us! The only one missing was my son’s, so we rushed to Walgreens, got his flu shot, and came back. Terrible!!!

Negative experience: Dr Bennett is the best!! The only problem I have with the office is everytime I call, Im on hold for 20-30 minutes

Negative experience: Horrible!! Highly do NOT recommend!! Called to refill prescriptions 3 times and they will tell you the order is sent in, but it never is. Very unprofessional and staff is clueless! It's worse than fast food customer service.

Negative experience: I have been a patient here for a few years. I have been blessed with good health and have not needed to make visits except for a few minor issues and annual physical exams. My last few experiences here are my reasons for not returning. I have had less than pleasant encounters with the front office staff over the phone and in person. It’s often as if they wish they could be anywhere else except there helping you. One gentleman in particular spoils my experience nearly every time I encounter him at the front desk. During my last experience with him, I was simply trying to relay a message from the doctor I had just seen regarding my next appointment, and instead of taking me at my word or even verifying the message, he chose to argue with me in front of a waiting room full of people telling me what I can and cannot do. Pretty unprofessional. I have also witnessed triage nurses in the past complain about their work to each other when I’ve come in closer to closing time. Definitely not someone I want sticking a needle in my arm. I was seen recently for one issue, and was carelessly prescribed antibiotics for something that was never a complaint or even a discussion in the office. At my next appointment which happened to be a few days later I inquired about the prescription and after reviewing my records I was told there was no reason I should have been prescribed that medication. The doctor seemed baffled. It’s rare to see the same person for an issue here and no one ever seems to be on the same page. At my most recent appointment I requested two pretty simple referrals for an optometrist and dermatologist. Today I received a call from an imaging facility saying they received a referral for me to have bone density imaging. I’m 35, not 75 and never mentioned any issues with my bones. Whoever the elderly person is waiting for a call for their bone density scan, he or she may never receive it due to the carelessness at this office. If I didn’t think my concerns would fall on deaf ears I would try to call and express these issues however, the message would likely not make it past the front office staff. For urgent care needs I suppose this place could work but I don’t believe they should be offering primary care services. Should you choose to be seen here, please beware.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been patients of Dr. Bennett for several years and are very pleased with him and his staff. We moved an hour and a half away from his practice a few years ago and still make the drive to see him. “Great bedside manner.”

Positive experience: I am modifying my previously 1 star review. There are a couple of front desk clerks that are the worst in class, but the rest of the team are so kind that they do not deserve a bad rating. Also, as said, Dr Bennet is a kind person and sure he knows his craft. Dr Bennet is great. The nurses are kind and supportive. The front desk staff and other support personnel they’re blatantly rude and unprofessional. They kill the whole experience and is a shame for Dr Bennet because you can see that it is the general opinion on these reviews.

Positive experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Bennett's for about 5 years now. First I would like to say that Dr. Bennett, Mrs.Jennifer and there is one other doctor I have seen I believe twice and all three are amazing. As for the nurses assistant and front staff they have had more moments than I like to mention that either they were rude and unprofessional and could never get my meds called in on time or called the wrong medication in. The visits were always a all day ordeal. I personally have sat for 3 hours at some appointments in the past. The gentleman up front that works in the afternoon has just recently been somewhat of a help however i have been in a full blown disagreement in the office. The office is always clean however, and and will say over the last couple of months they have been so much better with a consistent staff up front and the sweet young lady up front has made sure to go beyond her job and makes sure my meds are handled correctly. Great job wingard for making the changes for us and keep up the good work.

Negative experience: won’t be coming here or recommending this place to anyone in fact I’ll steer people away from this place if they ask but why have an appointment scheduled at a certain time AND ask to show up early if you’re going to continue to have to wait another 30 minutes we have things to do as well that’s why people make appointments

Negative experience: Hard to get a hold to anyone took forever they tried to overcharged me and they never called in my prescription i had to return there in person again the next day to remind them and it still wasn’t called in very unprofessional

Negative experience: Do not GO!!!! Worst Primary Care facility I've ever been to. The staff are unprofessional. The girl who triaged me made rude and unprofessional comments about the patients while they're waiting to be seen by the provider. That is a violation a a persons HIPPA privacy not to mention unacceptable! The NA who was triaging me complained about her job and the provider to me while I was being triaged. Also they will not refill a prescription unless you're seen every three months. For a person in good health with a high deductible plan that is unacceptable! If they were the last doctors office on the planet I would not go! If I could give this place a negative star rating I would.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a place to do your USCIS medical examination for your immigration document asap, I’d not suggest you to go here because they took way too long to get my stuff in. First off, they forgot to schedule me to come in and they accidentally overcharged me $200. I was not happy with how inconsistent the communication was every time I called in and even when I came in, they didn’t have all of my paperwork ready. It’d take over an hour, I understand that they don’t have enough people working but it was just a mess. I appreciate their professional tho!

Negative experience: This isn't a practical solution for a PCP. This is an urgent care mill that focuses on collecting insurance for the maximum number of visits. My previous PCP would issue a yearly prescription for my only medication, Windgard requires you return every 90 days.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with our experience here. My husband has been a patient for nearly 2 years. We tried this office specifically to see Dr. Bennet but he is almost never there. He has only seen this doctor 1 time. Each visit it is a different doctor. He has to start the conversation over about his medical history each time he sees a doctor as no one is familiar with him nor can help in the consistency of progress and follow-up. Not ideal when you're looking for a place to help you longterm. This office is very transactional and disconnected from the doctors, to the nurses to the front desk staff. We've had a few experiences where the staff was unprofessional as well. Suggest looking for other options before visiting.

Negative experience: I have visited here off and on for years. Always loved Dr. Bennett, however my recent couple of visits were not good. The front desk person did not greet us upon entry and was rude. We watched them have friendliness with another client who entered but we were treated poorly and when we pointed it out no apology was offered, no effort was made to make it right. We probably won't return, sadly.

Negative experience: I would not recommend Wingard. Unprofessional office staff. Long wait times. Takes weeks of texts and phone calls to refill prescriptions. I’ve given them 8 months and I’m switching medical offices now. Terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: I needed someone to look at my 11 month old who had a full body rash, and came in after visiting a few other urgent care centers that were booked. Dr Bennett was so kind and caring and was able to look at him even though they usually don't see babies. I am so grateful for him and his time.

Negative experience: This place should be ashamed of themselves.. writing this review to warn others of what kind of horrible people work here. I won’t mention names because I’m not trying to hurt anyone but I will say my mom was given fake prescriptions.. I’m talking they were on computer paper and unsigned when I got to the pharmacy is when I found out & I was shocked so I put the pharmacist on with the person who answered at the front desk. The pharmacist was told “yes we gave her those “copies” because she always insists on having them in paper form” THAT ISNT WHAT SHE ASKED FOR .. it’s like you need to beg these ppl to do their job. Everytime my mother has a appointment they say they will send it over & never do I have to call 6 or 7 times and they still take days so she asks for paper prescriptions to make it easier on her and so they gave her fake ones & now she’s without her meds.. great job winguard!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a micro needling with PRP facial with Kendra. I have never had such an outstanding experience at a med spa. Kendra introduced me to everyone in the place and she explained everything so thoroughly to me before the procedure. She was so friendly and she did such an excellent job. Everyone there was so friendly and so professional. I could give this place 10 stars on a five star scale. Top-notch, super excellent, I would highly recommend this med spa to anyone.

Negative experience: I visited windguard yesterday for the first time and I was pleased with the service until, I had to wait an entire day before my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I was told it was sent while I was there last night only to find out it did not go through and now when I call them back they tell me I have to wait until the doctor working today has time to put my prescription in. Seems like you guys need to figure something out about how you send prescriptions over to the pharmacy. This is a huge inconvenience especially when you are sick and need your medication. I'm not very happy with this situation.

Positive experience: Dr. Bennett is very good, and gives you what you need vs. what you think you need. However, Wingard is very slow, even when seemingly not very busy. Also very slow to send prescriptions over to pharmacy. Improve customer service and you'll be positioned well as a solid go-to urgent care in PTC & for neighboring areas.

Negative experience: Scheduled appointment for 1:15pm, waiting for over 2hrs, changed room 3xs and still haven’t been seen.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bennett is an amazing dr. He takes his time and listens to your concerns and explains everything to you. Sometimes you have to wait, but the wait is well worth it. I take my children there and my mother went when she lived with me. I do not trust many drs but he is good at what he does.

Negative experience: I got there one hour early to complete all of my paperwork, then waited 22 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I was never even seen and was never offered an apology, explanation or request to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for years and always receive excellent service. Dr Bennett answered all my questions and his office follows up with me to make sure all was well.

Fantastic experience: The reality of a good medical office that takes the time to give individual care is that there may be delays in being seen. We all should know this. If the the staff was on a hard schedule as in some other practices you'd notice the 10 min rule. I have ONLY EVER been treated with kindness and respect. Given all the time I needed with the provider and never left feeling like I was shuffled out the door. Bring a book or flip through your phone if there is a wait. Take the down time to relax get your questions in order or just enjoy the music and peace of the space. The facility is very clean and bright. The staff is professional and caring. The nurses who do the initial assessment and blood draws are amazing. I would highly reccomend Winguard.

Negative experience: Always a wait, even for scheduled primary care visits. If you call to get a medication refill and actually expect them to call in a refill for medications, be prepared to follow up at least 3 times. Guy at the front desk obviously has no customer service experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bennett for several years. Him and his staff are so attentive. The providers take their time with each patient so longer wait times are expected. I would rather wait and know all my health concerns are being met vs going to another office and feeling like a co-pay. I love the feeling of not just being a patient but being part of the family. From the time you walk in you get warm greetings and smiles through the whole process. Dr. Bennett isn’t scared of treating patients with rare illnesses and listening to all your concerns and addressing them. I can not say enough wonderful things about this practice. Negative experience: If you have more than an hour to kill, this will be fine. No sense of urgency. Poor interaction, an attitude that Leaves you feeling you are interrupting their day. I will be changing to the new “patient focused” Summit care. Service and patient care has rapidly diminished since first opening.

Negative experience: went there for a check for the first time, it went very slow, there was one patient before us, but it took for us long time of waiting inside the little room. one person at front desk was not friendly, and the other lady was just sitting carelessly of what s happening. the assistant Dr. was good. but at the end one of the medications was not sent to pharmacy, made several calls but no one cared to reply, past 5 days now and no medication. we wont go there again!

Negative experience: If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. Today was my 2nd encounter with this facility. My first visit, the office was closed. No signs. Just closed. Today, my husband and I entered, signed in and waited. We were not acknowledged. The receptionist was too busy packing up to go home. Another person sat behind the desk and talked on the phone. No greeting whatsoever. We left after waiting 20 minutes without acknowledgement. Even as we walked out the door, no one said a word. This is a poor excuse for an urgent care facility. I do not recommend this place at all. Looking at the reviews, I'm not surprised.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Wingard Urgent care was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. I’m about 6 weeks post-op (fun sculpting) and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Ray Bennett is an exceptional doctor comes highly recommended, not only for his skills and knowledge but also his caring attitude. Prior to the procedure, I was a little nervous, but Dr Bennett completely understood the look I was going for, made some recommendation and ultimately, his recommendation for my body frame turned out to be perfect! He knew exactly what would look best on me and throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed or pressured in any way, but instead felt very comfortable with how knowledgeable he was. After the procedure, I had to go back for my lymphatic massages and he made sure to check on my progress, almost every single time (as busy as he was-which I really appreciated). He always made sure that I left feeling comfortable and that all my questions and concerns were addressed. His team- completely amazing! I was always treated with the utmost professionalism at each and every visit. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable, patient and always there to help or answer any questions or concerns you might have. I can't express how happy I am with my results! I’m down 8 inches around my waist area!! The fat was removed from my sides, stomach and lower back. He completely changed the shape of my body from a somewhat square shape to an Amazing hourglass, super sexy flat stomach, small back, tiny waist and somehow my hips looks fuller which complements my whole body transformation Dr. Ray Bennett is extremely Talented with amazing skills. If I could give him an infinite amount of stars, I would! I Absolutely Positively recommend him!

Negative experience: The providers are good, however waiting an hour and a half every single time ( with an appointment) just isn’t worth it.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk-n patient and was seen immediately. They took great care of me.

Negative experience: This place is an embarrassment to the medical profession. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment in order to finish he necessary paper work. I had this paper completed in 15 minutes. I then waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before being treated rudely by staff on my way back. Never received an apology for the wait and it was not busy. Absolutely will never set foot in this miserable place again!!!! I hate it and I want to go home and cry.

Negative experience: We waited two hours and by the time we finally got back I was sitting in the hall in a chair because the room was full and I was hot and this rude Staff man has the audacity to tell me to move. No one acknowledged that our wait was extremely long. We waited another 20 minutes once we got into the room. I don’t recommend even thinking about this place.

Negative experience: If I could put no stars and leave still leave a review .....I would .....over 4 hours to take a DOT test...would love to know who I could complain to that would and could remove this facility from my community.

Fantastic experience: I visited Wingard Urgent Care & Wellness on August 16, 2018 as a new patient, for treatment of an eye abrasion. The staff was efficient and curteous and I was seen very quickly by Jennifer Leimbach, P.A. She was very thorough and informative. She examined my eye, used dye and a camera that allowed me to see the abrasion and its location, took time to inform me regarding the abrasion and the vitals that were obtained there, and prescribed an antibiotic which I was able to purchase economically in-house and avoid a trip to an outside pharmacy. I was very pleased with the experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr.bennett is very good. The nurse Jessica was also very good. Did the needle without any pain.

Negative experience: Painful! I am not sure how Wingard is still open. It has to be the absolute slowest urgent care I have ever been to, there is no sense of urgency at all! Nice enough staff, but not worth the wait!

Fantastic experience: Never waited more than 15-20 minutes, which is reasonable for the level of care each patient receives when seeing Dr. Bennett. I moved from out of state and he was able to continue and even better my treatment for an ongoing condition. Very satisfied with the treatment options, not just a doctor writing prescriptions, I get medication if necessary, but they are conservative, which is great as so many doctors overprescribe, and other options like physical therapy, daily habits and stretches, fitness advice, that improve life without adding more medicine to my body. Negative experience: Waited for 2 hours after my appointment time to be called up and told I needed to fill out some paperwork. At no point did they ask for a photo ID, only asked what my birth date was. Collected a urine sample, but had me sign the sticker before I provided the urine, and put the sticker on the bottle before I provided the urine, thus causing the tamper-evident seal to be broken. Dr. Bennett was very professional and courteous, but was clearly in a hurry and overbooked.

Negative experience: If I had the option to give this place 0 stars, I would. I will NEVER step foot in this place again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours with only three patients ahead of me. Oh and not to mention they allowed another lady to go in front of us because she complained to the front desk. The wait was absolutely ridiculous and the care was not worth the wait. I woudnt even take my dog here. Rant over(:

Negative experience: Waiting 1 hour with two kids for physicals. No one was there but is for the entire hour. I finally went to ask how much longer and he(as I was told by someone who called me back after I complained-that it was the doctors brother) told me he didn't see us!! I was livid! I then pointed out we were the only ones there??? He then changed his story and said very rudely-I was waiting on you to bring your forms up here. When I called to complain the lady on the phone told me it was the doctors brother and maybe I could just shedule my appointments when he's not there because they have had problems with him! Seriously, what a joke. Very unprofessional and highly discourage anyone from going here.

Fantastic experience: Doctors and staff are always kind. Last time I was there they were running a bit behind and the doctor was very apologetic. It's always nice to deal with people who have smiles on their faces!

Fantastic experience: Great facility and staff.

Negative experience: Two negatives, which are rather big. 1. Regardless of an appointment, you will WAIT for a long time. I just wanted to check for a sinus infection and I've been waiting over an hour 2. They are not a legit urgent care. They bill as a PCP which is a much higher fee. You will not find this out until you've sat and waited for an eternity. I'm actually about to see if I can get a refund and go to a real urgent care where copay isn't $80, when it's usually $25. Unacceptable!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here since we moved to PTC. The staff is amazing! Always nice and professional!!

Negative experience: Had medication called in incorrectly. Did not get the care I expected from my new primary care doctor Although when I saw the PA the next time she was great!

Fantastic experience: The staff went beyond the expected to assist me. As a combat veteran it was refreshing to be treated as I was and I could not say enough about this clinic to do them justice. Want the best from people that care... go see them.

Negative experience: The doctor and staff was great when I was there. The follow up was horrible. Gave me the run around with my lab results and a week later I still do not have them. Called the office and was told the doctor received them Monday its now Wednesday, and has yet to review them. So disappointing.
