You trick self conscious people into paying over $1,000 a month for COMPOUND PHARMACY NON FDA APPROVED drugs, and then say they’re similar to “wegovy and ozempic”, but we make sure to put that little part in the fine print right? Keep taking advantage of middle class Americans so your owner can buy his 3rd Lamborghini.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place . Went there once or twice 3 years ago . 4 days ago I purchased a Groupon voucher, made an appointment for today and as soon as I walked in I was told I can’t use my Groupon voucher because it’s only for new patients. Well, on Groupon deal it clearly says you can use this deal every 6 months, so that means you are considered as a new patient every 6 months ( 3 years ago I paid full price , didn’t use Groupon) I was told that it is GROUPON POLICY , not theirs .False advertising! Btw if you are paying full price , they will require to get your blood work done and will charge extra $$$ for it ,but will never send you results , but if you’re using Groupon deal no one never ever will care for blood work , they will get you in and out within 5-10 min.

Also booked appt online w price I was ok w but when I got there it’s considerably much higher. May not have booked had I known that. Need to update yr website. Also sends you confirmation to fill out paperwork prior to arriving but there is no attachment. However, super easy fast process and the staff is pretty amazing!

Negative experience: Warning this place is a scam and if they charge you for bloodwork, ask them to print the results nice people but I guess the bill and medicine got lost in translation because for $400 I thought I was paying for three months I’ll just go to my doctors and get the same thing for five dollars

Positive experience: The staff is overall amazing. However, being notified that my injections expired without proper notice wasn’t fun to hear or professional. If you choose to buy the three month package please make sure that you use them within the proper time frame. Otherwise you’ll be out of $$$ like myself!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get started on Mounjaro. I was told it would be shipped to me in 2 weeks. It has now been over 3 weeks and nobody can give me any update. I keep being told that they are waiting to get a call back from their manager but he is "very busy." and can't seem to get a hold of him. They were so quick to take my $600 but can't provide any update as to why my product has not been received. Completely unethical and unacceptable.

Negative experience: Nadia is a self shaming person who makes you feel bad because you are over weight. I went there numerous times and she treated me like I was nothing. Try 700 Speer st. Better service and Care. If you want to feel like sonatine is in you're corner don't GI there. Plus they talk about all of their Patience. Email me if you have questions. Do not go there.

Fantastic experience: This place has been a life changer. Since I started getting the B12 and Lipo shots I have lost a total of 13 lbs in 34 days. The shots give me energy and make me feel like a totally new person. I got the shots on Groupon but plan on continuing with the services until I hit my desire weigh loss goal. I had a baby 2 years ago and had not been able to loose any weight until I found this place. The staff is polite. The location is very convenient and I am extremely happy with the results.

Negative experience: Staff is incredibly rude, they will try to force you to buy 3 months worth of stuff and say it’s their “policy since they opened” despite me being a pt there for years. Would highly recommend seeing a actual Dr got the same RX for $10 don’t wast your time money or energy dealing with these unprofessional people.

Fantastic experience: They are really nice, show you how to take the the injections so you can do it at home, I stayed because they checked my weight each week. Lost about 10 pounds within the month and actually that has kicked started my going back to the gym, boxing and walking. They tell you to drink plenty of water and certain things to eat. I have GI issues so I really just eat what I can but eating ever 2-3 hours I think is speeding up my metabolism. Also they give you an extra shot if you write a review which is pretty cool. I really love the Black lady that’s there I can’t remember her name but she is so lovely to me.

I was told I couldnt use the groupon because it was only for new patience even though its been 9 months. No where on the groupon does it state any of this. I have always liked this clinic until now. I wasted $50.00 they will not refund or even credit my account. Horable customer service.

Fantastic experience: Found this place on groupon so just thought I'd give it a go.. Currently just taking B12/Lipo shot. Dasha has been providing injections. Shes super sweet professional and friendly. Front desk girl always welcoming. Feeling great and have already lost 10 lbs!!!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a monthly subscription with this practice in January. I went on vacation in March and returned shortly before the stay at home order went in place. I went online to make an appointment for my prescription refill and injections when I got back from vacation (Mid March) and the soonest open appointment was April 20. I figured they were closed, like most other businesses, and my monthly charge would be paused. Today they told me I forfeited my March prescription because I didn't come in soon enough, although I would get my B12 shots. They said I should have called in instead of trusting their website, and that they will not refund the charge either b/c it's "against their policy." Other than this incident, their service was generic at best. I don't even care if I have waste $200 with them by now, I will not go back in there until they resolve this issue. During this time of crisis, businesses should be considerate with their clients, not side step responsibility and blame their customers for not going out of their way to double check that the clinic's systems were working properly. I guess I paid for nothing, lesson learned. Update-Luz, the office director called me back and resolved my issue. While the other lady was rude and provided terrible customer service, Luz made up for it by providing me with at least the most recent month's refund and personally offering to take the rest of my shot appointments so I don't have to deal with the other office lady. Go to this clinic, but ask for Luz by name!!

Negative experience: This is the same business as Cherry Creek Weight loss, so if you hated Cherry Creek, this is no better. They need to clarify that info, but they don't. They'll bring your file over too if you are a patient. Just avoid both places because if you are even 1 point above their baseline blood pressure they want, you go home without phentermine. I've never encountered this anywhere else in the multiple states where I lived. This is a bizarre place.

Negative experience: I was the very first appointment of the day. After having my blood draw messed up I waited for an hour for the provider and had to come out in the hall to find someone to help me. They told me the provider was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t even be there to see me for at least ten more minutes. I was at the front door 20 minutes before the place was even open for the day and spent nearly two hours waiting for service. WHY MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR NINE IF YOU DONT PLAN ON SHOWING UP UNTIL 10:00. I’d give zero stars if it were and option
