From September to January, I lost 22 lbs, thanks to his holistic approach, patience, kindness, and incredible knowledge. He truly listens and tailors a plan that works for you. The gym itself is spotless and never crowded, which I love. The machines are top of the line. Their bio-hacking recovery services are exceptional, and the weekly massages are a luxury bonus you simply can’t find anywhere else. The level of care and service they provide is unmatched. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the owner Imani. You get an immediate feeling you are in a top-notch healing/training facility. You have top-of-the- line equipment including Italian leather. Then you can experience all the healing modalities. I did the sensory deprivation float, and felt amazing after. It’s an all-in-one inclusive fitness, recovery, and anti-aging facility. It’s a must-join kind of place Five stars from me for sure! I will be back!

Fantastic experience: Wow... I was visiting from out of town and this facility was amazing!! The Owner was very welcoming and gave me a tour while thoroughly explaining all of the amenities and services available. The gym equipment from dumbbells, barbells and machines, are all top notch and kept very clean. The wellness side of the facility had everything you could possibly want for recovery and wellness. I wished that I lived in the area so I could join and be a member. If you are a local I highly recommend checking it out.

Train hard and recover harder at Wellness Elite The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand or give advice to help you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I love Wellness Elite Fitness. This gym is a one-stop shop. The gym is stocked with the best state-of-the-art equipment. My favorite part of Wellness Elite is the biohacking clinic that incorporates sauna, cold plunge, float tank, PEMF, hypobaric chamber, and massage therapy. Not only is this gym top of the line but the staff are always cleaning and ensuring the guests needs are met. Come see this gym, you won't be disappointed!

He cares about you as an individual and is very passionate about all things health, wellness, and fitness. The gym and amenities on the wellness side are all very high class. The value for the money is pretty incredible for all the wellness treatments you have access to. Imani continues to add value for all of his clients with new additions. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to multiple gyms over the years, this one is most definitely the cleanest, on top of that the equipment is the most prestige and efficient I’ve seen, they also provide a numerous amount of recovery and health therapies for everyone. Fantastic experience: Imani and his team are about their clients and their health. They are continually seeking new ways to improve Wellness Elite by adding services that support members on their wellness/fitness journey. It’s a semi-private setting for workouts allowing me to move about freely without waiting on people to get off machines. There is usually a trainer/owner in the weight room as well. I’ve asked them to critique my form on multiple occasions. The wellness/recovery side is amazing with a plethora of options to reduce soreness, speed up recovery, etc. From cold plunge and sauna to red light/blue light therapy, massage, the list goes on and on. It’s the best facility and staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with at a gym. If you’re looking for a new fitness home in or near Friendswood, you’d have a hard time finding a better value or a harder working ownership group.

I underestimated how incredible those machines are but ... you gotta experience it to understand the perfection. Negative experience: Guess you can't satisfied everyone. Call to come see the location and the man that answered the was was rude. After I said hello and ask who I was talking with and he answered wellness elite fitness. We like to know who we are speaking with makes it more inviting. I had my wife cancel the appointments, not very inviting in my book. Just rude, I guess the is the new way of doing business.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family in town and needed a short term gym pass. This gym has a free 3 day trial which was perfect for my short stay. The gym was clean, the staff friendly, and had all the equipment I needed. The owner, Imani, gave me a tour of the entire facility and I was blown away. They have a cold plunge, infrared sauna, normatec boots, and other recovery tools that I would normally have to go to a separate facility for. It is so convenient to have a one stop shop for a quality gym and wellness activities. I will definitely be back when I’m in town for day passes/short term stays!

Fantastic experience: Professional and very nice equipment. We use the monthly membership and also do training sessions. Imani is a very experienced trainer. I pulled my back getting a wagon out of the car and I was still able to do my training appointments without further hurting my back. We also worked on correct form and posture. I would recommend the monthly membership and the training sessions!

Fantastic experience: I had the fortunate opportunity to work out with Imani Lowery and have him for a trainer. His conditioning and strength training paid off for me. I was injured in an accident in November. I started PT in December and could still hear Imani telling me yes there is going to be pain but without it there will be no progress. If you quit the only person you are quitting on is your self. What a motivator he is. I am making great strides. I am finishing my therapy on my own now and I am not going to give up. Imani is the best trainer you will ever get.

You do have to put in work, but the team is here to assist you every step of the way. This is awesome because it gives you a sense of accountability. They give you a specialized meal plan for whatever your goal is and check up frequently to see how your adjusting to the new change. The workouts I believe are specialized as well, and they are amazing. The results speak for themselves! Definitely recommend coming here if you are thinking about it.

During our consultation me asked what I ate and drank on a daily, Imani took my height, weight and body measurements. Then you created a meal plan for me that included daily supplements. Fantastic experience: The Wellness center in Friendswood is a perfect atmosphere for working out. It is very modern and is such a comfortable environment. The owner and my trainer for over 3 years is Imani and he is a spectacular personal trainer. He pushes you beyond what you want but never too far. I was 55 when I started training with him and I had several injuries, my back, hip, elbows, knees and neck. (It was almost comical the way he had to work around my “owies”, but he did it!) He was able to get me into shape and I not once had to quit working out due to my injuries. When I 1st started I wasn’t even able to lift the leg press with only the bar. (40 lbs) but then before I knew it with a lot of work and encouragement I could lift 125 lbs. I lost 25 pounds and gained 10 pounds of muscle. Imani is the best trainer I have had and I would recommend him and his new Wellness center to anyone of any age. Even those that may require special attention. While Imani takes a very scientific approach to health and wellness, he also realizes that there are so many components and factors that go into an individual reaching their wellness goals. Over the past year we have mixed at different times, eating Keto and training with high reps as well as intermittent fasting, plant based eating and lifting heavier weights. In the process of figuring out what my individual body responds to we have learned that my body burns the most fat and builds the best muscle tone while I am eating a mostly plant based diet while also doing high rep. workouts. However, he is constantly making adjustments to get the best results so I do not stay in a plateau. I am a 49 year old female who was struggling to lose just 5 lbs on my own and I am happy to report that with his knowledge and approach to fitness, over the last year I am down 20 lbs and feeling great.
