Negative experience: I attended a seminar by Amazing Wellness and Chiropractic - they bought a practice and were trying to recruit new clients. I paid a fee for the seminar, and made an appointment. I called my insurance company the following day, and was told they did not cover most of their services, if any. I then called Amazing Wellness and Chiropractic, explained this, and requested a refund. This happened in beginning of January. It is now Mid-March. A few weeks ago, after 10 calls, I was told my card would be credited, it has not been credited. I've now made ELEVEN calls about this. Last I was told, they didn't have my address to send a check to, though they first told me they were going to credit my card. In either case, they never called to get my address. It was a nominal charge, but I resent having to take so much of my time for a refund, because of the incompetence of this office.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to Naples. I fell off a ladder and hurt my lower back. They got me in within two hour for a free consultation which included an X-ray Much to my surprise, I fractured a bone in my lower back. Although they weren’t going to be able to help me, they explained everything and showed me the fracture on the X-ray. They spent probably an hour with me with no charge. I know, right, that unbelievable. I’ve since contacted a surgeon. This is definitely a “top shelf” wellness center. I highly recommend them.

I personally was dealing with some neck pain for over 6-months on and off, shortly after 3-visits I feel like I am back to my old self operating at 100%. Fantastic experience: I've had back problems all of my adult life and been to many chiropractors and also had other treatments. Suffice it to say so far I have not been impressed with previous providers. However, I will say that Amazing Wellness has truly impressed me in the short time I've been I've been a patient...only a few visits so far . Fantastic experience: My Uncle who is in his 80s recommended this place. I will tell you the entire staff is outstanding! Dr. Walters and Long are experts in this field of medicine and I already feel better after a few treatments. I was hesitant on the laser treatment; especially since Medicare didn't cover it. I have severe trigger finger in both hands. I have not felt anywhere near the pain I had daily before this treatment and I now can open my hands at night to retrieve my medication. I can say I feel better with spine and/or laser treatments. I served 32 active military years of service, so being a paratrooper is catching up with me and I can honestly tell you see this team, if your considering treatment. Also I have a service dog and they make sure he's taken care of when I am in the laser room! Amazing!

Fantastic experience: The owners and staff at Amazing Wellness are wonderful! I’ve been going to chiropractors, off and on, for the last 30 years. The receptionist are welcoming, informative, and kind. Doctors Walters and Long are extremely knowledgeable. They attentively search for any issues causing discomfort and correct the problems. They combine new techniques, like lasers and decompression, along with adjustments. The best part is they seem to be much more interested in helping people feel better than money. Even from the first visit, they never tried to over book my appointments. Which, unfortunately many do. Nice people, great chiropractors, and affordable! I’m glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with the upper-left side of my neck chronically locking up for about the last year, and I have been to more than one chiropractor, we just weren’t able to get it to hold in place, and relax. I saw Dr. Jen earlier this week, and within an hour I was feeling that left side relax. Shortly after, while stretching I felt that spot pop back out again, I called, and Dr. Jen was able to slip me back in asap, and set it back in the right spot and send me on my way, all in the same day. The Staff at Amazing Wellness and Chiropractic truly do things differently than other chiropractic centers (and I have been to many), and they truly care about you and your healing.

Fantastic experience: This was the first place I contacted for my chiropractic needs. I am a dog groomer and I have constant headache and pains in my back and neck. Let me tell you I am so glad that this was the one and only place I called. Dr.Long is the nicest and sweetest person I have met she really cares about you and takes the time to understand your pain and help with your needs not only that she treats you as family. I can’t tell you how happy I am to be coming here every 2 weeks for the past year. This place is amazing and I got my whole family to start seeing her. We all love Dr.Long! Highly recommended! Fantastic experience: The light contouring was amazing! I suffer from thyroid disease and had my thyroid removed less than a year ago. I gained so much weight, and dieting and working out hardly made any difference. It’s like this machine kicked on my metabolism! I lost almost 10lbs and like 10 inches. When I would slip up on my diet and workouts, the weight would come off slowly. When I was on top of my diet and work outs it melted off FAST! I’m so thankful I found Amazing Wellness and Chiropractic! I finally got back to my pre thyroid disease weight!

I have had scoliosis since I was 11 years old and was always told that there was nothing anyone could really do about straightening it out, but Dr. Walters has corrected my scoliosis to the point where you can’t even tell it’s there anymore. With my chronic Neck Pain due to Degenerative Spinal Changes… I have been offered more types of Pain Relief Options than I had ever heard about. Also I suffered a L1 Burst Fracture of spine in 2018. Dr Scott WALTERS is always able to take my pain away. Especially when I do too much and overexert myself. Also a Great Place to just wander in, When you need a quiet Place to Get away from it All. Sit on a Wobble Chair… Listen to Relaxing Music and Watch “Happy TV”. DON’T forget to Shake out all the stress of Life on the Whole Body Vibration Machine. (All this Free with no Questions asked. Don’t need to be a client!!) Definitely One of My Favorite Places to visit and Hangout until I feel My Whole Body Relax and take a Refreshing Breath. For years as a competitive athlete I’ve been going to massage therapists and chiropractors all over SWFL and none of them compare to Amazing Wellness. Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with Dr. Long and her staff. I haven’t been to a chiropractor in years and things have certainly changed for the better. I was greeted by a friendly staff and given a tour of the office where they showed me the area to warm up my back prior to adjustment, as well as the machine that “sets” you after. The Dr. started by asking me to do a bunch of different positions to gage pain and knew exactly how to locate pain points and target them in hip and neck. She was gentle and effective and gave me a bunch of information to help me. I went back a few days later for her to tell me my adjustments were “ taking” and to not come back for 2 weeks to see how I was. She also wrote me a letter within an hour of me requesting, it to provide to the mattress store to avoid sales tax!! Great experience and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My wife hurt her wrist playing golf on a Sunday. It worsened overnight. Dr Long examined on Monday diagnosed and treated her and immediately she felt relief.
