Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to Optimal Chiro-Rehab on and off for nearly 20 years. We have received consistently excellent care that solved the particular problems that we were having each and every time. The combination of acupuncture, cupping, chiropractic adjustments, and physical therapy performed by Dr. Tran, Dr. Moon, and other staff has always worked very successfully. I agree with other reviewers that physical therapy requires dedicated hard work by the patient but that is to be expected. I recently started receiving care after an absence of 8 years. Age and neglect of my body has caused several problems. The care that I have received has been excellent as always, and I'm already starting to feel the aches and pains slowly improve. I cannot say enough about the level of caring and professionalism exhibited by Dr. Tran, Dr. Moon and other staff. They will do everything in their power to help you, and they truly care, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: New client here:). Only a few sessions in but so far so good. I’ve primarily worked with Dr. Tran and he’s been great , and one session with Dr Moon who was also good. They are both very personable and really educate you about your body and what they are doing I’ve been have Arthritis in both feet as well as knee and back pain, I guess lots of pain lol. The cupping and acupuncture have been helpful as well as the adjustments and the exercises. I’ve been able to bend my knees further and walk more upright. Looking forward to continued good results. Definitely give them a try. Everyone in the office works together to help the patient which makes for a great healing environment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and holistic approach. The doctors and staff are wonderful, helpful, and go above and beyond in their care. It’s much more thorough of an appointment than traditional chiropractic care and I feel so much better after their treatment. They explain everything and truly want their patients to heal.

Fantastic experience: I feel very lucky that I chanced upon this place while looking for pain relief from a recent back injury. I can very frankly say that Dr. Tran and Dr. Moon are incredible to work with and have changed my outlook on all-around fitness and health. I came in for particular pain relief (and I certainly got that) and found a refreshing take on a healthier lifestyle overall. They evaluate all aspects of your habits, physical condition, and behaviors for holistic improvements to address the source of issues rather than only providing temporary relief. Tran and Moon truly seem to care about the well-being of their patients, and I appreciate that they explain why they are approaching something or teaching something a certain way. Fantastic experience: I've have been going to Optimal Chiro-Rehab for about 6 months to treat a shoulder issue that was previously misdiagnosed as frozen shoulder. Don't you hate that? Dr Moon saw that I was in too much pain for a "frozen shoulder" and suggested me to have a MRI done. It came back as bursitis and a fraying somewhere... anyhow... Although I'm able to move much better, I still have limited range of motion, and I have less pain, But I'm getting in there. I'd totally recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: As I joined Hope For Tomorrow medical mission at Komtum (Vietnam), I met Dr. Tran who introduced to me cupping. After working 2 days at the medical clinic, I have had the major headaches that could not be relieved by the medications. Dr. Tran recommended me to have an acupuncture first, then to do cupping and to have the muscles stretch. I was hesitant with cupping because it looked painful. However, I have seen him treating so many health care professionals and students. I decided to give it a try. After his therapy, I felt much different a couple of hours later. Fantastic experience: Love this place! Started going to them November 2018 and I would visit them everyday if I could. They give free first consultation and are very attentive and methodical in their evaluation to begin treatment. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and so is Dr. Moon. Very experienced and great bedside manner. Love their gentle, gradual and holistic approach. Basically like a functional medicine doctor. They look at how every part of the body relates and affects the other parts of the body and take a big picture approach to decide how to treat each patient. Very personalized and individualized. They were able to answer questions the multiple other doctors I went to previously couldn’t answer. They made sense of issues I had been having for years that other doctors didn’t know how to treat. Finally after years of making no progress with other doctors and feeling increasingly frustrated by my own personal wellness, it was so refreshing to get answers, and a treatment plan that produced results. They do acupuncture, cupping, massage, chiropractic adjustments, scraping, physical therapy and much more. They have worked with my other doctors to help me make progress, including getting X-rays, and MRI to better assess the situation. They have helped me on a road to complete recovery from many sports injuries such as plantar fasciitis, a Morton’s neuroma in my foot, tendinitis in my elbow, problems with my it band and piriformis nerve. Through their treatment I have also regained my physical fitness and wellness and lost 25 lbs! They helped me with my nutrition, supplements of minerals and vitamins, and physical ability through physical therapy. I feel so much better since working with them. My only wish is that I could go more. The only snag was my insurance that doesn’t allow more than 24 visits a year and doesn’t cover them fully, but as far as insurances go, it was already pretty generous. Dr. Tran was always very helpful to find ways for me to continue coming, giving me discounts for future appointments. It is also super easy to schedule with them. I have often done appointments last minute when my schedule opened up or when I had a random pain in my back and they were always very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Tran’s and Dr. Moon’s office since December for my lower back pain thinking I would only get adjusted since it was a chiropractic practice. I however, got a full consultation on the first day to evaluate my posture, which led to treatment on the same day! I fell in love with the effects of cupping and acupuncture that heals the body inside out. They also do the “cracking” at the end. I realized too that I wasn’t as fit as I made myself out to be, and the neglect led to huge consequences on my body. I participated in the PT, so I could learn to maintain the body in the long run. I did learn some cool tricks and am using those exercises to strengthen the little muscles we don’t think about to support the bigger muscles that work too much! I have been a bit inconsistent with my visits, but even with months of no show, Dr. Tran made time available for me to help me with a sudden injury in my neck. Fantastic experience: I walked in with extreme and constant knee pain from years of playing basketball and lifting heavy weights, I went to traditional doctors and they would always just prescribe painkillers. When I came to this office they examined my knees and asked me questions to find out my diagnosis, then they pointed out what muscles were tight and the reason for my pain and even pulled out a textbook and showed why I had constant knee pain. Dr. Tran and Dr. Moon have been helping me rehab for a couple weeks now and I am finally seeing progress after years of pain. If you play a sport where you jump a lot such as basketball or volleyball and have constant knee pain I would highly recommend you book an appointment here.

Fantastic experience: Best chiropractic office in town, I was in a car accident and came to the office the following day for evaluation. Dr. Tran was very friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable, he answered every question I have thoroughly and ensure that I understand how my body works and how to take good care of my health. The treatment plan was between 6 to 8 weeks and focus on the whole body with chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy. Doctors and staffs was very patient and helpful. Fantastic experience: Went to Optimal to address an issue with my right hip - can't put sock on my right foot (without assistance), not just from lack of flexibility, but pain. We quickly discovered that my whole body is somewhat "locked up" - while there is pain with my right hip, all the rest of my body has lost most of it's range of motion. Drs Tran and Moon have been working on me for a few weeks (acupuncture, cupping, Chiro adjustments and PT) Today was a "break through" day. At a rest point between PT exercises, I sort of naturally went to a seated position on the floor, legs flat and straight out, and I was comfortable. "Yeah, so??" Well, in recent years, the ONLY way that I could sit like that, was with my back against a wall, or with my hands behind supporting me, and it wasn't comfortable at all. After so many years unable to do it, It's a break through for me. Also, I'm continually learning about how the body works, is supposed to work, and how just the slightest change in form, for ANY exercise, changes the affected joints and muscles. Dr Tran did a great job of setting my expectations, realizing that decades (literally) of inactivity isn't fixed in a couple of visits. My experience has been "on point" exactly with how Dr Tran mapped out my treatment.

I had backpain because of my job (IT) since last 4-5 years. Fantastic experience: Great service. Very informative therapists. A place where they will work with your specific issue and not just use a blanket program. My daughter has had back issues for 9 years after an accident and they were the first place after many different doctors to actually seem to want to help correct the problem vs put a bandaid on it with drugs and use a program intended for all back pain. X-rays were discussed with me and issues she had were shown to me here where in other places nothing was mentioned except “everything looked good”. Dr. Tran is a chiropractor that you can trust to provide you with exceptional quality care and also be honest with you if he feels you need extra care or treatment from other specialized team. His staffs are extremely nice, well-trained, helpful and can be trusted to provide you with high quality and personalized care. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tran for over 10 years. He is a true professional who is so knowledgeable about human physiology and anatomy and really cares about his patients. He communicates exceptionally well with his patients and allows them to participate in the treatment planning process which he directs the delivery of care. He was able to cure my ankle’s injury from a bad fall at the beach. Pain medicine was only able to provide temporary relief. I couldn’t walk down the stairs after first month of the incident. I finally decided to come to Dr. Tran office and it was the wisest decision ever. He had me to take the Xray and found out that my ligaments were torn. I went through all the treatments that he specifically designed to tailor my need. After 2 months including rehab and exercise, i was able to walk and run like nothing happened before. I cant thank him enough for that. Dr. Moon is the other staff doctor there who is also very nice and kind. He listens to your concerns and address them with optimal care. I had a chance to receive a treatment from him and i cant denied that he is also another knowledgeable doctor with great personality at the office. Fantastic experience: I’ve seen a few chiropractor in the area and Dr. Tran by far is the best one in my experience. I first started going to him on the recommendation from my husband. I had some neck, shoulder and lower back pain due to sitting in an office all day. Dr. Tran took the time in my initial evaluation to explain the causes and walked me through the treatment plan. Unlike the other chiropractors, who only do one initial evaluation, give the same treatment each time and are only available for a few minutes during adjustments. Dr. Tran takes the time to talk to me before each session to understands the issue and follows up on any previous conditions, then decides the treatment depending on what we discussed. Each session is personalized. His goal is not to just get patients in an out of the office as fast as possible, but he truly cares about his patients’ wellbeing and overall health. This became more evident recently when I was diagnosed with SPD (Symphysis Public Dysfunction) at 30 weeks of pregnancy. My pelvic pain was so severe that I was hospitalized and was bedridden for a week. I needed help with the basic tasks, such as turning in bed, putting on clothes and even walking. I went to another physical therapist and immediately realized there was nothing they could do for me. The physical therapist gave me some papers with standard floor exercises (that was impossible for someone in pain to do) and then told me that I just had to deal with the pain, then sent me on my way after seeing me for 15 minutes. Dr. Tran took the time and listened to my concerns, and treated me with cupping, acupuncture, heat therapy, along with adjustments. He also recommended core strengthening exercises, and showed me and made sure I could do them with my pain level. The treatments really helped with my condition and alleviated the pain. Within 3 weeks, my pain level went from a 8 to a 2 or 3. I am continuing my treatment for the rest of the pregnancy and highly recommend him to anyone that needs chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: I am an active and moderately fit 30 year old who started having neck pain and shoulder discomfort. My desk setup and posture were creating strain on my neck. I went in to Optimal Chiro-Rehab Center looking to get an adjustment in hopes the pain would decrease. My first visits included treatment with acupuncture, cupping and a chiropractic adjustment. A few months later with regular physical therapy visits my neck pain is basically gone and I am working to strengthen myself in a more balanced and healthy way. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran and Dr. Moon are lifesavers!! My massage therapist referred me to them last winter when my back was out of alignment. I had been to a slam-bam chiropractor several years ago and was disappointed by his treatment because it was a 15-minute adjustment with very little assessment and follow-through. It cost $65 and I had to submit the insurance myself. In comparison, Drs. Tran and Moon's treatment provides a combination of acupuncture, cupping (remember Michael Phelps) and then an adjustment at each session. Moreover, they require an x-ray after the lst appointment so that they are sure to understand the complete picture. They also follow up with a physical therapy regimen that is specifically designed to deal with your particular problem. Within two weeks of my lst treatment, I was back to normal. Moreover, I developed ringing in my right ear earlier this year, and Drs. Moon and Tran provided treatment that I believe accelerated my recovery. I had an appointment with an ear, nose and throat doctor (ENT), who performed an audiology test and sent me for an MRI. The MRI ruled out any serious problem and the diagnosis was myoclonus (a twitching of a small muscle in the ear). The ENT said that the problem should resolve in about a month, and he did indicate that acupuncture could be helpful. After two acupuncture treatments, the problem went away shortly thereafter. I also had Dr. Moon provide a treatment once for a digestive issue (gastritis) and it immediately was resolved! Finally, I really appreciate that Dr. Tran and Moon's office takes care of all the insurance submissions for you. After I met my deductible, my cost at the time of treatment with my BlueCross Federal insurance is only $35. Bottom-line, if you really want to understand pain problems and get to the root cause and get your spine into a healthier state, this is the place to go! Hands down!!

Fantastic experience: On several occasions when I could not even turn my neck due to poor sleeping posture or injury, Dr. Tran quickly alleviated my pain by providing a combination of acupuncture, cupping and chiropractic methods. The amazing thing about his style of treatment is that he combines all three concepts to produce a holistic healing process. I've been to regular chiropractors and they may alleviate the pain initially by massaging or cracking a few bones, but it does not go away. I'd end up having to come back regular. Dr. Tran's method actually cures and heals the ailment where I don't have to go back. However, one must go through the prescribed treatment because the healing must be complete. I'm currently going through shoulder therapy due to an injury. Within minutes, I was able to move my arm without pain in the shoulder. Seeing a regular doctor didn't help initially because there really wasn't much of a cure. I was told to just rest and let it heal and drink some anti-inflammatory pills. That didn't work. By the time my arm ached so bad where I couldn't sleep at night, that's when I decided to visit Dr. Tran. I realize as I get older, 47 years young, my body requires good posture and proper treatment before it gets worse. Dr. Tran provides very sound treatment advice that isn't normally provided by a regular doctor or chiropractor. Fantastic experience: Best decision I've ever made! Was I hesitant at first? Yes! I've have herniated disk is my lower back for over 11 years. I've been to 4 Chiro, 2 PT, and lets just say those were a waste of my time and money. I hesitate at first because the location was not near my work. I waited a few years before going to him, big mistake on my part! After my recent move, I could not walk down the stair pass two steps, or stand without a sharp pain in the middle of my back. I broke my pelvis in three spots while in a horseback riding accident, and came to Optimal Chiro-Rehab Center for physical therapy once I was out of my wheelchair. Within a week or two they had me walking normally. They helped me gain flexibility and strength in my hips. Within a little under a month of physical therapy, cupping, and acupuncture I was able to ride horses again. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I didn't believe in chiropractic work because of the misconceptions and the negativity you hear. But as with every line of work, there will always be negative remarks. I was somewhat forced on referral to go to the center due to a terrible car accident. Dr. Tran asked me if I had ever been and why/why not? When I told him with hesitation, before proceeding with an evaluation, he made me sit down. He explained to me about the body, the bones, the structure and the functions….he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Fantastic experience: I once had a right rotator cup problem that caused me a lot of pain when I tried to reach my back with my hand (especially when taking a shower). The many physical therapy sessions that I went to (not at Optimal Chiro-Rehab Center) did not help. Then, I visited Optimal Chiro-Rehab. After only a few treatments by Dr. Nguyen, including spine adjustment, accupuncture, massage, and physical therapy, I regained the full range of motion of my right arm without pain at all. Thanks to Dr. Nguyen, I was so happy when I could wash my whole back when taking a shower. On a personal note, Dr. Nguyen always treats his patients with the utmost respect and care. Fantastic experience: I am your classic lower back-neck-tight all over casualty. I went into Optimal from a recommendation from a friend to finally find out what I needed to to do start getting rid of the tightness and pain and regain flexibility. I am a very active person training many hours a week in rowing, weight lifting and cycling.
